Description
A)芳香族ポリカーボネートと、
B)0.1~5重量%の1種以上のポリエーテルポリオールと
C)0.01~0.30重量%の3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸と、
を含んでなる熱可塑性組成物である。
A)50~98.5重量%の芳香族ポリカーボネートと、
B)0.1~2重量%のポリエーテルポリオールと、
C)0.05~0.25重量%の3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸と、
D)更に添加剤と、
を含んでなるものである。
A)69.85重量%~98.5重量%の芳香族ポリカーボネートと、
B)0.1~2重量%のポリエーテルポリオールと、
C)0.05重量%~0.25重量%の3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸と、
D)必要に応じて、難燃剤、滴下防止剤、耐衝撃性改良剤、フィラー、帯電防止剤、着色料、顔料、成分BおよびCと異なる熱安定剤、潤滑剤、脱型剤、UV吸収剤、IR吸収剤、加水分解安定剤ならびに/または相溶化剤からなる群から選択される30重量%以下の1種以上の更なる添加剤と、
からなる。
A)93.0重量%~97.5重量%の芳香族ポリカーボネートと、
B)0.5~1重量%のポリエーテルポリオールと、
C)0.05重量%~0.25重量%の3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸と、
D)必要に応じて、難燃剤、滴下防止剤、耐衝撃性改良剤、フィラー、帯電防止剤、着色料、顔料、成分BおよびCと異なる熱安定剤、潤滑剤、脱型剤、UV吸収剤、IR吸収剤、加水分解安定剤ならびに/または相溶化剤からなる群から選択される6重量%以下の1種以上の更なる添加剤と、
からなる。
本発明によれば、「熱可塑性、芳香族ポリカーボネート」あるいは単に「ポリカーボネート」は、該ポリカーボネートがよく知られた様に直鎖であっても分岐鎖であってもよいポリエステルカーボネートを含む芳香族ホモポリカーボネートおよびコポリカーボネートの両方を包含すると理解されるものとする。混合物を使用することもできる。

〔式中、
Zは、6~30個の炭素原子を有する芳香族ラジカルであり、1つ以上の芳香環を含んでいてよく、置換されていてもよく、脂肪族もしくは脂環式ラジカルまたは架橋要素としてアルキルアリールもしくはヘテロ原子を含んでもよい〕。
R6およびR7は、互いに独立して、H、C1~C18アルキル、C1~C18アルコキシ、ClもしくはBrなどのハロゲン、またはいずれの場合も置換されていてもよいアリールもしくはアラルキルであり、好ましくはHもしくはC1~C12アルキル、より好ましくはHもしくはC1~C8アルキル、最も好ましくはHもしくはメチルであり、
Xは、一重結合、-SO2-、-CO-、-O-、-S-、C1~C6アルキレン、C2~C5アルキリデンまたはC1~C6アルキルにより置換されていてもよいC5~C6シクロアルキリデンであり、好ましくはメチルもしくはエチルであり、あるいはヘテロ原子を含む更なる芳香環と縮合していてもよいC6~C12アリーレンである〕。
成分Bは、ポリエーテルポリオールの形態の安定剤である。
i)ポリエーテルポリオールの合成を開始するスターター分子に依存する、ヒドロキシル官能価;
ii)DIN53240-3:2016-03に従って決定されたKOHのmg/gで表される水酸基含有率の測定値である、水酸基価またはOH価
iii)開環により異なる(すなわち、第一級または第二級)水酸基を生成するエポキシドをしようする場合、一方では、ポリエーテルポリオール中のそれぞれのエポキシドの割合を表し、他方では、ポリエーテルポリオール中に存在する水酸基の総数に対する第一級または第二級水酸基の割合を表す。
iv)ポリエーテルポリオールのポリオキシアルキレン鎖の長さの測定値である、分子量(MnまたはMw)。
本発明による組成物の成分Cは、3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸である。本発明によれば、3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸を、組成物全体に対して、0.01~0.30重量%、好ましくは0.05~0.25重量%、より好ましくは0.1~0.25重量%の量で添加する。3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸の純度は、好ましくは、≧99重量%である。
本発明による組成物は、他の従来の添加剤(「更なる添加剤」)を含んでもよい。この群としては、難燃剤、滴下防止剤、耐衝撃性改良剤、フィラー、帯電防止剤、着色料、顔料、成分BおよびCと異なる熱安定剤、潤滑剤、脱型剤、UV吸収剤、IR吸収剤、加水分解安定剤ならびに/または相溶化剤が挙げられる。
A1:Covestro Deutschland AGのMakrolon(登録商標)2508。試験温度300℃、負荷1.2kgにおいて15cm3/10分(DIN EN ISO1133-1:2012-03に従った)のメルトボリュームフローレートMVRを有するビスフェノールA系直鎖ポリカーボネート。
B1:Lanxess AG(独国)のMakrolon3600DHP。α,ω-ビス(テトラヒドロ-2H-ピラン-2-イル)-ポリ[オキシ(メチル-1.2-エタンジイル)]。ポリエーテルポリオール。
B2:Covestro Deutschland AGのDesmophen(登録商標)3600。スターターとしてプロピレングリコールを用いたプロピレンオキシドをベースとした二官能性ポリエーテルポリオール。OH価:56mg KOH/g。DIN53240-3:2016-03に従って決定。末端水酸基の大部分は、第二級末端水酸基である。Mn=2,000g/モル、上記の通り決定。
C:Dr.Spiess Chemische Fabrik GmbHの3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸。
D1:ペンタエリスリチルテトラキス(3-ラウリルチオプロピオネート)。Songwon International AG(スイス)のSongnox(登録商標)。
D2:着色料の混合物。
Sudpack Medica(独国)の放射線滅菌用ラミネートパウチ(アルミニウムラミネート)(OPA/Al/PE)、サイズ:長さ24.5cm*幅15.0cmを使用した。(OPAは二軸延伸ポリアミドフィルム)。酸素捕捉剤として、O2 Zero(英国)のものを使用した。低O2雰囲気下放射線滅菌のため、1つのFMP(着色サンプルプレート)および5つの酸素捕捉剤(50cc捕捉能力)をラミネートパウチに入れてから密封した。O2雰囲気下放射線滅菌のため、FMPだけをパウチ中に密封した。
1)β照射(電子加速器10MeVで生成):高線量率および限定的透過度→滅菌処理時間:数秒。
2)γ照射(Co60源によって生成):非常に高透過度および比較的低線量率→滅菌処理時間:目的の線量に達するまで数時間。これは、線量計に従った。
Claims (15)
- 熱可塑性組成物であって、
A)芳香族ポリカーボネートと、
B)0.1~5重量%の1種以上のポリエーテルポリオールと、
C)0.01~0.30重量%の3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸と、
を含んでなる、熱可塑性組成物。 - 0.05~0.30重量%の3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記芳香族ポリカーボネートが、ビスフェノールA系ポリカーボネートを含む、請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- ビスフェノールA系ポリカーボネート以外の他のポリカーボネートを含まない、請求項3に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記ポリエーテルポリオールの量が、0.1~2重量%である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸の量が、0.05~0.25重量%である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 少なくとも95重量%の芳香族ポリカーボネートを含んでなる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- A)69.85重量%~98.5重量%の芳香族ポリカーボネートと、
B)0.1重量%~2重量%のポリエーテルポリオールと、
C)0.05重量%~0.25重量%の3,3’-チオジプロピオン酸と、
D)必要に応じて、難燃剤、滴下防止剤、耐衝撃性改良剤、フィラー、帯電防止剤、着色料、顔料、成分BおよびCと異なる熱安定剤、潤滑剤、脱型剤、UV吸収剤、IR吸収剤、加水分解安定剤ならびに/または相溶化剤からなる群から選択される30重量%以下の1種以上の更なる添加剤と、
からなる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。 - 前記ポリエーテルポリオールが、スターター分子としてプロピレングリコールを用いてプロピレンオキシド単位を繰り返すことから製造され、DIN53240-3:2016-03に従って決定される50~70mg KOH/gの範囲内のOH価を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記ポリエーテルポリオールが、エンドキャップされている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 成形品の滅菌のための方法であって、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物からなる領域からなる、または該領域を含んでなる成形品を、少なくとも20kGyの線量でβ線および/またはγ線に暴露する、方法。
- 酸素雰囲気下または低酸素雰囲気下で前記放射線照射を行う、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記成形品を、放射線照射中に密閉されたパウチ内に収容する、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含んでなる、医療技術製品または医療技術製品のパーツ。
- 前記パーツが、透析器のパーツ、人工肺のパーツ、チューブコネクター、種々のコネクター、血液ポンプ用エレメント、点滴バルブコネクター、注射器、静脈内アクセスコンポーネント、手術器具、または二方弁もしくは切換弁である、請求項14に記載の医療技術製品のパーツ。
