Claims (6)
- 特に生体組織融合のための医療用鉗子器具(10)であって、
分枝体間で生体組織をつかむための2つの分枝体(18、19)を含むツール(16)と、
ヒンジ軸(21)に対するピボット動作をして、他方の前記分枝体(18、19)に近づく、または、遠ざかる動きができるように、前記分枝体(18、19)のうちの少なくとも一方を支持するヒンジ(20)と、
前記ヒンジ(20)に可動的に配置され、組織当接面(28a、28a´、28a´´)を有する組織当接部(27、27´、27´´)と、を備え、
前記組織当接部は、スライド部材として構成され、前記ヒンジ軸と平行な方向の幅が当該スライド部材のその他の当該方向の幅よりも大きい凸部を持つ前記組織当接面を有し、
前記組織当接部は、作動構造の一部であり、
前記作動構造は、前記分枝体を動かすためのギア構造を介して、可動的に支持されている前記分枝体のうちの少なくとも一方に接続され、
前記ギア構造は、前記分枝体の閉動作中に前記組織当接部が前記ヒンジに向かう方向へ動くように構成される
鉗子器具。 - 前記分枝体(18、19)は、互いに近づき、かつ、互いに遠ざかる動きができるように支持される
請求項1に記載の鉗子器具。 - 前記組織当接部(27、27´)は、線形的な動きができるように支持される
請求項1または2に記載の鉗子器具。 - 前記組織当接面(28a、28a´、28a´´)は、前記組織当接部(27、27´、27´´)の遠位端として構成され、平面、単曲面、または、二重曲面である
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の鉗子器具。 - 前記組織当接面(28a)の前記ヒンジ軸と平行な方向である横方向の寸法(b1、b2)は、前記分枝体(18、19)の当該横方向の幅よりも小さい
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の鉗子器具。 - 2つの前記分枝体(18、19)は、電極が設けられるか、または、電圧をかけることができる電極として構成される
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の鉗子器具。
