Claims (5)
- 内側リング及び外側リングの一方である第1の軸受要素(2)と、内側リング及び外側リングの他方であり、前記第1の軸受要素(2)と滑り接触する第2の軸受要素(3)と、を有し、
前記第1の軸受要素(2)は、多層状に被覆され、内層(9)が気相蒸着法によって前記第1の軸受要素の基材上に蒸着されており、前記内層がくぼみを構造(11)として有し、外層(10)が前記内層(9)の構造(11)をならすPTFE含浸層として構成されており、
前記第2の軸受要素(3)は、滑りライニング(6)を有し、
前記第1の軸受要素(2)の前記内層(9)が、非晶質炭素層として構成されている、または、炭化性硬質材料および酸化性硬質材料を含有する硬質材料の群から選択される少なくとも1つの硬質材料を含有し、

- 前記第1の軸受要素(2)の前記内層(9)が、前記硬質材料を含有し、前記硬質材料が、チタン、アルミニウム、クロム、およびモリブデンの元素のうちの少なくとも1つを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受。
