Description
(a)20~50wt%未満の1種または複数種のC10-C14アルコールと;
(b)25~70wt%の、非イオン性、カチオン性、アニオン性および両性界面活性剤から選択される1種または複数種の界面活性剤と;
(c)5~50wt%の、(i)水および(ii)最大25wt%の水混和性C1-C3有機溶媒から選択される少なくとも1種のものを含む極性成分。
本明細書に記載の濡れ組成物を液体に添加する工程と;
低エネルギー表面を、濡れ組成物を含む液体と接触させる工程。
ここで、本発明の実施形態を以下の図を参照して説明するが、これらは単に例示であることを意図している:
(a)20~50wt%未満の1種または複数種のC10-C14アルコールと;
(b)25~70wt%の、非イオン性、カチオン性、アニオン性および両性界面活性剤から選択される1種または複数種の界面活性剤と;
(c)5~50wt%の、(i)水および(ii)最大25wt%の水混和性C1-C3有機溶媒から選択される少なくとも1種のものを含む極性成分。
本発明の実施形態の濡れ組成物を液体に添加する工程と;
低エネルギー表面と濡れ組成物を含む液体とを接触させる工程。
以下に記載する実施例の濡れ組成物を形成するために、所望の量の界面活性剤と所望の量のC10-C14アルコールとを合わせることにより、初期混合物を形成する。次いで、初期混合物を所望の量の水またはエタノールと合わせる。次いで、成分を混合して濡れ組成物を提供する。
上記の一般的なプロトコルを使用して、表1に詳述されているように、様々な種類および量の成分を含む様々な濡れ組成物を調製した。
備考:
1.超純水。
2.Teric BL8(非イオン性)界面活性剤。
3.Silwet L-77と同一の有機シリコーン系界面活性剤。
4.ドデカノール70%およびテトラデカノール30%を有する市販の調製物Dodecanol Rezex DDによって提供される。
表1に見られるように、超純水の表面張力は、20℃で約72mN/mであった。本発明の濡れ組成物は、試験した濃度のうちの1つまたは複数で、水の表面張力を24mN/m未満の値に有意に低下させることができた。
本発明の濡れ組成物と市販の除草剤濃縮物との相溶性を評価する。
・ グリホサート360g/l(Roundup(登録商標))
・ MCPA(2-メチル-4-クロロフェノキシ酢酸)広葉除草剤
・ ブトキシエチルエステル100g/lとして存在するGrazon300g/L TRICLOPYR
・ ピクロラム木質雑草除草剤
・ BrushOff(登録商標)(メトスルフロンメチル粉末)、600g/kgの木質雑草除草剤で、水和剤である。
・ 2,4D(2,4-ジクロロフェノキシ酢酸)広葉樹除草剤
本発明の濡れ組成物と、水溶液中に最大65%の固形物を含有するメラミン尿素ホルムアルデヒド樹脂との相溶性を評価する。
濡れ組成物と、硫酸アンモニウム、ドロマイトおよび石膏分散液、銅塩、(カルシウム)および種々の窒素葉面肥料などの液体葉面肥料との相溶性を試験する。濡れ組成物を含む肥料は安定である。
床材の製造は、濡れ組成物0.2%を、シングルデイライトパーティクルボードプレスで製造した床材の表面と芯の両方に添加して行った。
Claims (18)
- (a)20~50wt%未満の1種または複数種のC10-C14アルコールと、
(b)25~70wt%の、非イオン性、カチオン性、アニオン性および両性界面活性剤から選択される1種または複数種の界面活性剤と、
(c)5~50wt%の、(i)水および(ii)最大25wt%の水混和性C1-C3有機溶媒から選択される少なくとも1種のものを含む極性成分と、
(d)0~10wt%の他の添加剤と、
からなる、水性液体の表面張力を低下させるために水性液体に添加するための、濡れ組成物。 - 最大で45wt%の1種または複数種のC10-C14アルコールを含む、請求項1に記載の濡れ組成物。
- C12アルコールとC14アルコールとを含む、請求項1または2に記載の濡れ組成物。
- C12アルコールとC14アルコールとの相対比率が、50:50~90:10の範囲内である、請求項3に記載の濡れ組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤がアルコールアルコキシレートである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の濡れ組成物。
- 前記極性成分が10wt%の水を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の濡れ組成物。
- 前記極性成分が水混和性C1-C3アルコールを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の濡れ組成物。
- 前記水混和性C1-C3アルコールがエタノールである、請求項7に記載の濡れ組成物。
- 0~25wt%の1種または複数種の添加剤を含む、請求項7に記載の濡れ組成物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の濡れ組成物を添加して表面張力を低下させた水性液体を含み、表面張力が20℃で25mN/m未満である、水性液体組成物。
- 前記水性液体が水である、請求項10に記載の水性液体組成物。
- 前記水性液体が水性ベースの樹脂である、請求項10または11に記載の水性液体組成物。
- 前記水性液体が農業用組成物からなるか、または農業用組成物を含む、請求項10または11に記載の水性液体組成物。
- 水性液体の表面張力を低下させる方法であって、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の濡れ組成物を前記水性液体に添加する工程を含む、方法。
- 低エネルギー表面を比較的高い表面エネルギーの液体で濡らす方法であって、以下の工程を含む、方法:
請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の濡れ組成物を、前記液体に添加する工程と;
前記低エネルギー表面を、前記濡れ組成物を含む前記液体と接触させる工程。 - 請求項10に記載の水性液体組成物でコーティングまたは含浸された低エネルギー表面を有する製品。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の濡れ組成物を添加して表面張力を低下させた水性樹脂を含み、表面張力が20℃で25mN/m未満である、樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の濡れ組成物を添加して表面張力を低下させた水性農業用組成物を含み、表面張力が20℃で25mN/m未満である、農業用組成物。
