Claims (11)
- 装飾層を有する基板であって、前記装飾層は、
第1材料層と、
前記第1材料層の少なくとも一面に形成され、少なくとも1つの接着剤を含む少なくとも1つのベース層と、
前記少なくとも1つのベース層の上に形成され、少なくとも1つの金属粉末を含む少なくとも1つの着色層と、
前記少なくとも1つの着色層の上に形成された第2材料層と、を備え、
前記装飾層の外縁に均一な視覚効果を有する一体成形構造をさらに含む基板。 - 前記金属粉末が、銅(Cu)、銀(Ag)、鉛(Pd)、金(Au)、アルミニウム(Al)、ニッケル(Ni)、白金(Pt)、スズ(Sn)、インジウム(In)及びこれらの組み合わせた酸化物で組成される群から選択される請求項1に記載の基板。
- 前記第1材料層が、二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)、酸化インジウム(In2O3)又はこれらの組み合わせから構成されるガラスを含む請求項1に記載の基板。
- 前記第2材料層が、光硬化性樹脂又は熱硬化性樹脂である請求項1に記載の基板。
- 第1材料層を用意するステップと
予め設定されたパターンに基づいて前記第1材料層に接着剤を塗布することで、前記第1材料層にベース層を形成するステップと、
少なくとも1つの金属粉末を含有する着色層を前記ベース層に形成するステップと、
第2材料層を前記着色層に加えるステップと、
硬化方法により前記第2材料層に加えて装飾層を形成するステップと、
前記装飾層の外縁を表面処理方法で加工して、均一な視覚効果を有する一体成形構造で前記装飾層を包ませるステップと、
を含む基板の製造方法。 - 前記硬化方法は、光硬化、熱硬化又はこれらの組み合わせを含む請求項5に記載の基板の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理方法は、研磨、サンドブラスト、マット処理、梨地処理、吹付け塗装、流し塗り、ヘラ塗り又はこれらの組み合わせを含む請求項5に記載の基板の製造方法。
- 前記第1材料層に第1マスクを介して前記ベース層をさらに形成する請求項5に記載の基板の製造方法。
- 前記ベース層に第2マスクを介して前記着色層をさらに形成する請求項5に記載の基板の製造方法。
- 前記第1マスクの設計が、前記予め設定されたパターンと同じである請求項8に記載の基板の製造方法。
- 前記第2マスクの設計が、前記予め設定されたパターンと同じである請求項9に記載の基板の製造方法。
