Claims (10)
- ヘッドランプ用光学素子であって、光線の出射方向に順次接続された集光部(11)、 出光部(12)、及び反射部(13)を含み、前記集光部(11)と前記出光部(12)と前記反射部(13)とが一体成形されていて、
前記反射部(13)は、一端が前記出光部(12)の下部に接続され、ロービーム明暗カットオフライン(51)を形成するロービームカットオフライン構造(15)が他端に設けられ、又は、
前記反射部(13)は、一端が前記出光部(12)の上部に接続され、ハイビーム明暗カットオフライン(52)を形成するハイビームカットオフライン構造(17)が他端に設けられ、
前記ロービームカットオフライン構造(15)は前記反射部(13)の反射面の前縁部に設けられ、前記集光部(11)は集光カップ構造であり、前記反射部(13)から離れた一端にキャビティが開けられ、前記キャビティはフロント入光面(111)とサイド入光面(112)を含み、前記フロント入光面(111)は、前記反射部(13)から離れた側へ突出している曲面であり、前記サイド入光面(112)は、前記反射部(13)から離れた一端から前記反射部(13)に接近する一端に向かうにしたがって周長が徐々に小さくなる曲面であり、前記集光部(11)の外部輪郭面(113)は前記反射部(13)から離れた一端から前記反射部(13)に接近する一端に向かうにしたがって周長が徐々に大きくなる曲面であり、且つ、前記集光部(11)の下部にIIIゾーンパターン形成構造(14)が設けられ、前記集光部(11)により集光される光線の一部は、前記IIIゾーンパターン形成構造(14)から出射されて前記反射部(13)の下方を経て出射されて、ロービームのIIIゾーン(53)パターンを形成することを特徴とするヘッドランプ用光学素子。 - 前記ロービームカットオフライン構造(15)を有する前記反射部(13)の反射面に50L暗領域形成構造(16)が形成され、前記出光部(12)から前記50L暗領域形成構造(16)へ放射される光線は、前記50L暗領域形成構造(16)によって反射・屈折され、ロービームの50L領域(54)の輝度を低下させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ用光学素子。
- 前記反射部(13)の前記集光部(11)から離れた一端の端面は、曲率が連続的で且つスムーズな凹面弧状曲面であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のヘッドランプ用光学素子。
- 前記集光部(11)の数は2つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドランプ用光学素子。
- 前記反射部(13)の反射面には増反射層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドランプ用光学素子。
- ヘッドランプモジュールであって、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドランプ用光学素子(1)と、レンズ(2)とを含み、前記ヘッドランプ用光学素子(1)と前記レンズ(2)は分離式構造であり、前記レンズ(2)は前記ヘッドランプ用光学素子(1)の光線出射方向に設けられ、又は、前記ヘッドランプ用光学素子(1)と前記レンズ(2)は一体式構造であり、前記レンズ(2)と前記ヘッドランプ用光学素子(1)は接続板(3)によって接続されることを特徴とするヘッドランプモジュール。 - 前記ロービームカットオフライン構造(15)又は前記ハイビームカットオフライン構造(17)は前記レンズ(2)の光軸(21)の10mm上側~10mm下側の領域内にあることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のヘッドランプモジュール。
- 前記レンズ(2)は凸レンズ又はフレネルレンズ構造であることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のヘッドランプモジュール。
- 請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドランプモジュールを含むことを特徴とする車ライト。
- 請求項9に記載の車ライトを含むことを特徴とする車両。
