Description
なお、自動変速機のダウンシフトとは、変速比(=入力回転速度/出力回転速度)が小さいギヤ段すなわちハイ側のギヤ段から、変速比が大きいギヤ段すなわちロー側のギヤ段へ変速することである。また、低ギヤ段とは、変速比が大きいギヤ段すなわちロー側のギヤ段のことである。
なお、エンジン断接装置の同期とは、エンジン断接装置を完全係合させることができる状態のエンジン側の回転速度と電動機側の回転速度との関係で、クラッチの場合、エンジン側の回転速度と電動機側の回転速度とが等しくなる関係である。

- エンジンと、該エンジンから摩擦係合式のエンジン断接装置を介して動力が伝達される電動機と、該電動機よりも動力伝達経路の下流側に設けられた自動変速機と、を備えているハイブリッド車両に関し、
走行中に前記エンジンが自力回転できるように始動させ且つ前記エンジン断接装置を完全係合させるエンジン始動制御を実行するエンジン始動制御部と、
前記自動変速機の複数のギヤ段を予め定められた変速条件に従って切り替える変速制御部と、
を有するハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記エンジン断接装置をスリップ係合させて前記エンジンの回転速度であるエンジン回転速度を所定回転速度以上まで上昇させた後に着火して自力回転させる第1始動方式、および前記エンジン回転速度が前記所定回転速度に達する前の段階から着火して自力回転させる第2始動方式、の2種類の始動方式で前記エンジンを始動させることが可能であり、
前記第2始動方式で前記エンジンが始動させられる時に、前記変速制御部による変速制御で前記自動変速機がダウンシフトしている場合は、前記第1始動方式で前記エンジンが始動させられる時に、前記変速制御部による変速制御で前記自動変速機がダウンシフトしている場合に比較して、前記変速条件を低ギヤ段とすることを許可するダウンシフト先拡張部を有する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記エンジン始動制御の開始時に前記電動機の回転速度である電動機回転速度が予め定められた第1判定値未満の場合は前記第1始動方式を実行して前記エンジン始動制御を完了させ、前記エンジン始動制御の開始時に前記電動機回転速度が前記第1判定値以上の場合は前記第2始動方式を実行して前記エンジン始動制御を完了させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記第1始動方式の実行により前記エンジン始動制御が完了する前に前記電動機の回転速度である電動機回転速度が予め定められた第2判定値以上になった場合には前記第2始動方式に切り替えるもので、
前記ダウンシフト先拡張部は、前記自動変速機の変速制御中に前記エンジンの始動方式が前記第1始動方式から前記第2始動方式に切り替えられた場合には、該始動方式の切り替えに伴って、前記変速条件を、前記第1始動方式時における前記変速条件よりも低ギヤ段とすることを許可する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - エンジンと、該エンジンから摩擦係合式のエンジン断接装置を介して動力が伝達される電動機と、該電動機よりも動力伝達経路の下流側に設けられた自動変速機と、を備えているハイブリッド車両に関し、
走行中に前記エンジンが自力回転できるように始動させ且つ前記エンジン断接装置を完全係合させるエンジン始動制御を実行するエンジン始動制御部と、
複数の摩擦係合装置の係合解放状態を切り替えることにより、前記自動変速機の複数のギヤ段を予め定められた変速条件に従って切り替える変速制御部と、
を有するハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジン始動制御部により前記エンジン始動制御が開始される時に、前記変速制御部による変速制御で前記自動変速機がダウンシフトしている時、前記変速制御に基づいて前記自動変速機の入力回転速度が上昇させられるイナーシャ相が開始する前で且つ該イナーシャ相の開始前の状態で待機できる場合は、該イナーシャ相中または該イナーシャ相が開始する前で且つ該イナーシャ相の開始前の状態で待機できない場合に比較して、前記変速条件を低ギヤ段とすることを許可するダウンシフト先拡張部を有する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記変速制御部による前記ダウンシフトの変速制御は、前記複数の摩擦係合装置の中の解放側摩擦係合装置の係合圧を低下させて前記入力回転速度が上昇することを許容するもので、
前記ダウンシフト先拡張部は、前記変速制御部に対して前記係合圧の低下を中断する指令を出力することにより、前記イナーシャ相が開始する前の状態に待機させる
