Claims (16)
- 構造化充填モジュールであって、
互いに直立した平行な関係で位置決めされた複数の構造化充填シートであって、各構造化充填シートが、交互の山部及び谷部と、前記山部及び谷部の隣接するものの間に延在する波部側壁と、から形成される波部を有し、前記構造化充填シートは、前記構造化充填シートの各々の前記波部が、前記構造化充填シートの隣接する各々の前記波部に対して斜角で延在し、前記構造化充填モジュール内の前記構造化充填シートの比表面積が、概して、100m2/m3を超えるように、構築及び配置されている、複数の構造化充填シートと、
前記構造化充填シートを通る流体の通過を可能にするための、前記構造化充填シート内の複数の開口部であって、前記構造化充填シートの各々における前記開口部が、前記構造化充填シートの隣接する各々に対して開口し、かつ実質的に妨げられず、前記開口部は、前記波部側壁が、前記山部及び谷部内に存在し得る開口面積のうちのいずれかのいずれの密度よりも大きい密度の、前記開口部によって形成された前記開口面積を有するように、前記構造化充填シートの各々に分布している、開口部と、
前記構造化充填シートの隣接するものの対向する側の前記山部のうちのいくつかのみに接触する、前記山部上のスペーサと、
を備え、
前記スペーサが、より大きい頂点半径を有する前記山部の隣接する押下区分よりも小さい頂点半径を有する前記山部の区分として形成され、
前記開口部のうちのいくつかが、前記スペーサと前記隣接する押下区分との間に位置決めされている構造化充填モジュール。 - 前記開口部は、前記開口面積のより大きい密度が、前記山部及び谷部のより近くに存在し得る任意の開口面積のいずれの密度よりも、前記波部側壁の中心線のより近くに存在するように分布している、請求項1に記載の構造化充填モジュール。
- 前記開口部が、前記山部及び谷部の長手方向の延在方向に対して略平行な方向に延在する1つ以上の離間した列に配置されている、請求項1に記載の構造化充填モジュール。
- 前記構造化充填シートの各々の前記波部が、70°~120°の範囲内の頂角を有する、請求項3に記載の構造化充填モジュール。
- 前記構造化充填シートの各々の前記開口面積が、関連付けられた構造化充填シートの全表面積に基づいて、8~20パーセントの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の構造化充填モジュール。
- 前記開口部の各々が、1mm~13mmの範囲内の最大平面寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の構造化充填モジュール。
- 前記開口部が、円形の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の構造化充填モジュール。
- 前記開口部のうちのいくつかが、前記山部及び谷部内に位置決めされている、請求項1に記載の構造化充填モジュール。
- 前記波部が、1mm~15mmの範囲内の頂点半径を有する、請求項1に記載の構造化充填モジュール。
- 開放内部領域を画定するシェルと、前記開放内部領域内の、請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの構造化充填モジュールと、を備える、物質移動カラム。
- 前記開口部が、前記波部側壁内にのみ存在する、請求項10に記載の物質移動カラム。
- 前記開口部は、前記開口面積のより大きい密度が、前記山部及び谷部のより近くに存在し得る任意の開口面積のいずれの密度よりも、前記波部側壁の中心線のより近くに存在するように分布している、請求項10に記載の物質移動カラム。
- 前記開口部が、前記山部及び谷部の長手方向の延在方向に対して略平行な方向に延在する1つ以上の離間した列に配置されている、請求項10に記載の物質移動カラム。
- 前記構造化充填シートの各々の前記開口面積が、関連付けられた前記構造化充填シートの全表面積に基づいて、6~20パーセントの範囲内である、請求項10に記載の物質移動カラム。
- 前記開口部の各々が、6mm以下の最大平面寸法を有する、請求項10に記載の物質移動カラム。
- 前記波部が、少なくとも70°の頂角及び少なくとも1mmの頂点半径を有する、請求項10に記載の物質移動カラム。
