Description
図1に示すように、本発明の化粧シート1は、基材2と、基材2の表面2a上に設けられた表面層3とを備えている。
基材2は、例えば、熱可塑性樹脂シートからなり、この熱可塑性樹脂シートとしては、化粧シート1における基材に通常用いられるものを使用できる。具体例としては、例えば、ポリ塩化ビニルシート、グリコール変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PETG)シート、非晶状態の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂(APET)シート、ポリオレフィンシート(ポリエチレンシート、ポリプロピレンシート等)、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン樹脂(ABS)シート、ポリカーボネートシート等が挙げられる。また、基材2に用いられる非晶状態の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂(APET)シートとして、PETボトルなどを原料としたリサイクルポリエチレンテレフタレート(RPET)シートが挙げられる。
表面層3は、ウレタンアクリレートと単官能アクリレートを主成分とする塗料の塗膜である連続層4と、有機粒子及び無機粒子の少なくとも一方からなる分散体5により構成されている。
本発明の化粧シート1を製造する際には、まず、例えば、上述の熱可塑性樹脂シートからなる基材2を準備する。この熱可塑性樹脂シートは、市販のものを用いてもよく、カレンダー法、押出成形法等の公知の製造方法により製造したものを用いてもよい。

(1)ウレタンアクリレート-1:3官能ウレタンアクリレート(亜細亜工業社製、商品名:RUA-062NS、2官能アクリレートモノマー含有)
(2)ウレタンアクリレート-2:6官能ウレタンアクリレート(三菱ケミカル社製、商品名:UV-7600B)
(3)ウレタンアクリレート-3:3~4官能ウレタンアクリレート(ダイセル・オルネクス社製、商品名:EBECRYL4265)
(4)ウレタンアクリレート-4:3官能ウレタンアクリレート(ダイセル・オルネクス社製、商品名:EBECRYL9260)
(5)単官能アクリレート:テトラヒドロフルフリルアクリレート(東京化成工業(株)製、商品名:Tetrahydrofurfuryl Acrylate)
(6)開始剤:アルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤(IGM Resins B.V.製、商品名:Omnirad1173)
(7)分散体-1:低アルカリガラス(ポッターズ・バロッティー二社製、商品名:EMB-10、平均粒子径:5μm)
(8)分散体-2:低アルカリガラス(ポッターズ・バロッティー二社製、商品名:EMB-20、平均粒子径:10μm)
(9)分散体-3:アクリルコポリマー微粒子(大日精化工業社製、商品名:030(10MD)クリヤー、平均粒子径:9μm)
(10)分散体-4:シリカ微粒子(デンカ社製、商品名:UFP30、平均粒子径:0.1μm)
(11)分散体-5:セルロースナノファイバー粒子(モリマシナリー社製、商品名:C-100(IPA)、IPA分散セルロースナノファイバー、固形分5%、平均粒子径:0.027μm)
(12)分散体-6:セルロースナノファイバー粒子(スギノマシン社製、商品名:Ima-10002、水分散セルロースナノファイバーをアセトン置換、固形分2%、平均粒子径:0.01~0.05μm)
(13)分散体-7:セルロースナノファイバー粒子(スギノマシン社製、商品名:Wfo-10002、水分散セルロースナノファイバーをアセトン置換、固形分2%、平均粒子径:0.01~0.05μm)
(14)ウレタンアクリレート-5:6官能ウレタンアクリレート+6官能アクリレート(昭和インク工業所製、商品名:HGUV-022)
<化粧シートの作製>
まず、基材として、厚みが250μmであるRPETを準備した。次に、表1に示す各材料を配合して、表1に示す組成(質量部)を有する実施例1の塗料を準備し、この塗料を、バーコーターを用いて基材の表面上に塗布して、基材の表面上に表面層となる塗膜を形成した。
次に、作製した化粧シートの表面層における連続層の厚み(連続層において、分散体が分散していない部分の厚み)Tを、デジタルマイクロスコープ((株)キーエンス製、商品名:VHX-5000)、もしくは電界放出型走査電子顕微鏡(SEM)((株)日立ハイテクノロジーズ製、商品名:S-4800)を用いて測定した。
次に、作製した化粧シートの表面層における60°の光沢度Gを、JIS Z 8741:1997に準拠して、光沢計((株)堀場製作所製、商品名:グロスチェッカーIG-320)を用いて測定した。なお、上記測定を5回行い、5回分の光沢度の平均値を算出し、表面層における光沢度Gとした。
次に、作製した化粧シートの表面層の表面粗さ(表面層の、基材側と反対側の表面における表面粗さ)Saを、ISO 25178に準拠して、形状解析レーザー顕微鏡((株)キーエンス製、商品名:VK-X1000)を用いて測定した。なお、レーザー種として404nm半導体レーザーを用い、標準対物レンズ50倍を利用して、277μm×208μmの範囲を測定した。また、上記測定を10回行い、10回分の表面粗さSaの平均値を算出し、表面層における表面粗さSaとした。
塗料成分の組成を表1~表4に示す組成(質量部)に変更したこと以外は、上述の実施例1と同様にして化粧シートを作製した。なお、比較例7~8においては、エキシマ照射を行わなかった。
また、実施例23~28において、加熱延伸性の評価を行った、より具体的には、50mm×120mmの短冊状の試験片を準備し、延伸温度が90℃、引張速度が300mm/min、チャック間距離が80mmの条件下で、長辺方向に100%延伸する引張試験を実施した。そして、目視において、加熱延伸した方向と直角にクラックが発生していないものを〇、当該クラックが発生しているものを×とした。以上の結果を表4に示す。

Claims (3)
- 基材と、
前記基材上に設けられた表面層と
を備え、
前記表面層は、前記基材の表面上に形成された紫外線硬化物層と該紫外線硬化物層の表面上に形成されたエキシマ光硬化物層とにより構成された連続層と、前記連続層において分散され、有機粒子及び無機粒子の少なくとも一方からなる分散体とにより構成され、
前記分散体の平均粒子径が5μm以上10μm以下であり、
前記表面層において、前記連続層100質量部に対して、前記分散体の含有量が20質量部以上90質量部以下であり、
前記表面層の、前記基材側と反対側の表面における表面粗さSa[μm]が0.4以上であり、
前記表面粗さSa[μm]の標準偏差σ[μm]が0.2以下であり、
前記表面粗さSa[μm]の標準偏差σ[μm]を、前記連続層の厚みT[μm]で除した値が7%以下であることを特徴とする化粧シート。 - 前記分散体の平均粒子径が、前記連続層の厚みの0.001倍以上4倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記表面層の光沢度が13以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の化粧シート。
