Claims (16)
- 正極端子、負極端子及び前記正極端子と負極端子との間に電気的に直列で接続された複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュールのためのバッテリーコントローラであって、
前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのセル電圧を示す電圧信号を生成するように構成される電圧測定部と、
前記電圧測定部に動作可能に結合される制御モジュールと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち最下端セルを除いた他のバッテリーセルの直列セル回路に電気的に並列で接続されるバランシング回路と、を含み、
前記制御モジュールは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち前記最下端セルの第1セル電圧を前記制御モジュールの動作電源として用いて起動するように構成され、
前記制御モジュールの起動中、前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのセル電圧を示すセンシングデータを無線伝送するように構成される、バッテリーコントローラ。 - 前記制御モジュールは、
前記最下端セルの正極端子に電気的に接続された電源入力端子と、

前記基準セル電圧が前記第1セル電圧よりも大きい場合であって、前記基準セル電圧が前記臨界セル電圧未満である場合、前記臨界セル電圧と前記基準セル電圧との差及び前記第1デューティ比に基づいて、前記デューティ比を前記第1デューティ比よりも小さい第2デューティ比に決定するように構成される、
請求項5から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーコントローラ。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の前記バッテリーコントローラを含む無線バッテリー制御システム。
- 請求項12に記載の前記無線バッテリー制御システムを含むバッテリーパック。
- バッテリーモジュールの正極端子と負極端子との間に直列で接続された複数のバッテリーセルのためのバッテリーバランシング方法であって、
前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのセル電圧を測定する段階と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち、前記バッテリーモジュールのためのバッテリーコントローラの動作電源として用いられる最下端セルを除いた他のバッテリーセルの直列セル回路に含まれた少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルのセル電圧に基づいて、基準セル電圧を決定する段階と、
前記基準セル電圧が前記最下端セルの第1セル電圧よりも大きい場合、前記基準セル電圧から前記第1セル電圧を引いた電圧である基準電圧差に基づいて、第1デューティ比を決定する段階と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち最下端セルを除いた他のバッテリーセルの直列セル回路に電気的に並列で接続されるバランシング回路の放電スイッチに、前記第1デューティ比を有するバランシング制御信号を出力する段階と、を含むバッテリーバランシング方法。 - 前記基準セル電圧が臨界セル電圧未満である場合、前記臨界セル電圧と前記基準セル電圧との差及び前記第1デューティ比に基づいて、前記第1デューティ比よりも小さい第2デューティ比を決定する段階と、
前記放電スイッチに、前記第2デューティ比を有する前記バランシング制御信号を出力する段階と、をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のバッテリーバランシング方法。 - 前記基準セル電圧が前記第1セル電圧と同一であるかまたは小さい場合、デューティ比をゼロに決定する段階を備える、請求項14または15に記載のバッテリーバランシング方法。
