Description
記載のポリオレフィンは、記載の規格に類似して特徴付けした。規格から外れる特徴付けは、以下の記載に従って行った。
-170℃での溶融粘度、
-引っ張り強度(MPa)、
-破断伸び[%]。
形成された接合体(試験片)から、試験片を室温で静的引き剥がし試験において試験することによって接合強度を求めた。この際、試験片を狭い側で剥離し、基材を固定できる二つのフラップ部を作る(図2参照)。このいわゆるタブ部を保持装置に固定し、他方で、他のタブ部には100gの重しを固定する。
本願は特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に係るものであるが、本願の開示は以下も包含する:
1. 成分A及びBを含み、170℃で30,000mPas未満の溶融粘度を有する熱可塑性成形材料であって、
-前記成分Aは、それぞれメタロセン触媒を用いて製造されかつDIN53019に従い測定して170℃で20,000mPas未満の溶融粘度及び1000g/モル~50,000g/モルの分子量M w を有する、一種以上のC 3 /C 2 コポリマーを含み、及び
-前記成分Bは、それぞれメタロセン触媒を用いて製造されかつASTM D1238に従い、190℃/2.16kgで測定して1~100g/分のメルトインデックスMI、及び50,000g/モル~300,000g/モルの分子量M w を有する、一種以上のC 2 /C 3 コポリマーを含む、
ことを特徴とする、前記成形材料。
2. DIN53019に従い測定して、170℃で100~25,000mPas、好ましくは500~20,000mPas、特に好ましくは1,000~15,000mPasの溶融粘度を有することを特徴とする、前記1.に記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
3. メルトプレスにより生成されそして規格に従う試験片とはその寸法が異なる、規格通りではない試験体が使用される点は除いてISO527に従い測定して8MPa以上の強度を有し、前記使用される試験片が以下の寸法、すなわち全長:50mm、狭い部分の幅:3.3mm、両末端の幅:7mm、狭い平行な部分の長さ:25mm、厚さ:1mmを有することを特徴とする、前記1.または2.に記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
4. 規格から外れる以下の寸法、すなわち全長:50mm、狭い部分の幅:3.3mm、両末端の幅:7mm、狭い平行な部分の長さ:25mm、厚さ:1mmを有する試験体が使用されることを除いてISO527に従い測定して、1,000%超の破断伸びを有することを特徴とする、前記1.~3.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
5. 熱可塑性成形材料の全重量を基準にして成分Aを2重量%~98重量%、好ましくは30重量%~95重量%、特に好ましくは40重量%~90重量%、及び熱可塑性成形材料の全重量を基準にして成分Bを2重量%~98重量%、好ましくは5重量%~70重量%、好ましくは10重量%~60重量%含むことを特徴とする、前記1.~4.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
6. 成分Bが、プロピレン含有率が80重量%超であるエラストマー性の半結晶性C 3 /C 2 コポリマーであることを特徴とする、前記1.~5.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
7. 成分Aが、プロピレン70~95重量%及びエチレン5~30重量%から誘導される、プロピレンの統計的コポリマーであることを特徴とする、前記1.~6.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
8. 成分Bが、ISO11357-2に従い測定して0~50J/g、好ましくは1J/g~30J/g、特に好ましくは2J/g~20J/gの融解エンタルピーを有することを特徴とする、前記1.~7.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
9. 成分Aが、1,000~50,000g/モル、好ましくは5,000~30,000g/モルのISO16014に従う重量平均分子量を有し、及び成分Bが、50,000~300,000g/モル、好ましくは70,000~150,000g/モルのISO16014に従う重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、前記1.~8.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
10. 成分Aが、DIN53019に従い測定して170℃で10~10,000mPas、好ましくは100~5,000mPasの溶融粘度を有し、及び成分Bが、ASTM D1238に従い測定して190℃/2.16kgで1g/10分と50g/10分との間、好ましくは1g/10分と30g/10分との間のメルトインデックスを有することを特徴とする、前記1.~9.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
11. 成分Aが、使用する試験片は除いてISO527に従い測定して1,000%未満の破断伸びを有し、及び成分Bが、使用する試験体は除いてISO527に従い測定して1,000%超の破断伸びを有し、前記試験体は、次の寸法、すなわち全長:50mm、狭い部分の幅:3.3mm、両末端の幅:7mm、狭い平行な部分の長さ:25mm、厚さ:1mmを有することを特徴とする、前記1.~10.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
12. 前記1.~11.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料を含む、ホットメルト接着剤。
13. 粘着性促進剤または軟化剤を含まないことを特徴とする、前記12.に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
14. 有機もしくは無機顔料、フィラー、難燃剤、安定剤、帯電防止剤、酸化防止剤及び光保護剤を含むことを特徴とする、前記12.または13.に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
15. 成分A及びBを混合することによって、前記1.~12.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料を製造する方法。
16. 基材の接合または固定のための、前記1.~11.のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料または前記12.~14.のいずれか一つに記載のホットメルト接着剤の使用。
17. 前記接合が、構造化された基材またはテクスタイル製基材上へのフィラーまたはグラニュール状もしくは粉末状の材料の固定である、前記16.に記載の熱可塑性成形材料またはホットメルト接着剤の使用。
Claims (17)
- 成分A及びBを含み、170℃で30,000mPas未満の溶融粘度を有する熱可塑性成形材料であって、
-前記成分Aは、それぞれメタロセン触媒を用いて製造されかつDIN53019に従い測定して170℃で20,000mPas未満の溶融粘度及び1000g/モル~50,000g/モルの分子量Mwを有する、一種以上のC3/C2コポリマーを含み、及び
-前記成分Bは、それぞれメタロセン触媒を用いて製造されかつASTM D1238に従い、190℃/2.16kgで測定して1~100g/分のメルトインデックスMI、及び50,000g/モル~300,000g/モルの分子量Mwを有する、一種以上のC2/C3コポリマーを含み、
但し、粘着性促進剤または軟化剤を含まない、
ことを特徴とする、前記成形材料。 - DIN53019に従い測定して、170℃で100~25,000mPasの溶融粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- メルトプレスにより生成されそして規格に従う試験片とはその寸法が異なる、規格通りではない試験体が使用される点は除いてISO527に従い測定して8MPa以上の強度を有し、前記使用される試験片が以下の寸法、すなわち全長:50mm、狭い部分の幅:3.3mm、両末端の幅:7mm、狭い平行な部分の長さ:25mm、厚さ:1mmを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 規格から外れる以下の寸法、すなわち全長:50mm、狭い部分の幅:3.3mm、両末端の幅:7mm、狭い平行な部分の長さ:25mm、厚さ:1mmを有する試験体が使用されることを除いてISO527に従い測定して、1,000%超の破断伸びを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 熱可塑性成形材料の全重量を基準にして成分Aを2重量%~98重量%、及び熱可塑性成形材料の全重量を基準にして成分Bを2重量%~98重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 成分Bが、プロピレン含有率が80重量%超であるエラストマー性の半結晶性C3/C2コポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 成分Aが、プロピレン70~95重量%及びエチレン5~30重量%から誘導される、プロピレンの統計的コポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 成分Bが、ISO11357-2に従い測定して0~50J/gの融解エンタルピーを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 成分Aが、1,000~50,000g/モルのISO16014に従う重量平均分子量を有し、及び成分Bが、50,000~300,000g/モルのISO16014に従う重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 成分Aが、DIN53019に従い測定して170℃で10~10,000mPasの溶融粘度を有し、及び成分Bが、ASTM D1238に従い測定して190℃/2.16kgで1g/10分と50g/10分との間のメルトインデックスを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 成分Aが、使用する試験片は除いてISO527に従い測定して1,000%未満の破断伸びを有し、及び成分Bが、使用する試験体は除いてISO527に従い測定して1,000%超の破断伸びを有し、前記試験体は、次の寸法、すなわち全長:50mm、狭い部分の幅:3.3mm、両末端の幅:7mm、狭い平行な部分の長さ:25mm、厚さ:1mmを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 成分A及びBからなることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料を含む、ホットメルト接着剤であって、粘着性促進剤または軟化剤を含まないことを特徴とする、前記ホットメルト接着剤。
- 有機もしくは無機顔料、フィラー、難燃剤、安定剤、帯電防止剤、酸化防止剤及び光保護剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 成分A及びBを混合することによって、請求項1~12のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料を製造する方法。
- 基材の接合または固定のための、請求項1~12のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料または請求項13または14に記載のホットメルト接着剤の使用。
- 前記接合が、構造化された基材またはテクスタイル製基材上へのフィラーまたはグラニュール状もしくは粉末状の材料の固定である、請求項16に記載の熱可塑性成形材料またはホットメルト接着剤の使用。
