Description
本発明の実施形態に係る薬剤揮散具は、少なくとも一部が微多孔性シートで構成される容器と、上記容器に収容される薬剤とを備えている。薬剤を収容する上記容器は、少なくとも一部が微多孔性シートで構成されていればよい。
また、ポリテトラフロロエチレンを同様に延伸して得られたものや、全く異なる製法として、径が10μm以下の極細繊維で密に織った布に撥水撥油性のフッ素などで表面処理したものも挙げられる。
調製例1(芳香液1の調製)
セルロースナノファイバー(日本製紙社製、最大繊維径3nm)0.5g及び水95gを、高圧ホモジナイザーを用い、回転数8000rpm/minで30分間分散させた。次いで、香料成分としてグリーン系調合香料(高砂香料工業社製)5gを添加し、更にホモジナイザーを用い、回転数8000rpm/minで5分間分散させることにより、芳香液1を調製した。
香料成分としてグリーン系調合香料(高砂香料工業社製)1g、界面活性剤(POEアルキルエーテル)2g、エタノール3g及び水94gを混合し、対照用芳香液2を調製した。
香料成分としてグリーン系調合香料(高砂香料工業社製)10g、イソパラフィン系溶剤(商品名アイソパーL;エクソンモービル社製)25g及びグリコールエーテル系溶剤(商品名DOWANOL DPM;DOW Chemical社製)65gを混合し、対照用芳香液3を調製した。
調製例1~3で調製した各芳香液と、薬剤透過性シートとの関係性を評価するために、微多孔性シート又は無孔透過性シートからなる袋(以下、「芳香具」)を作製し、染み出し、及び芳香性を評価した。
調製例1~3で調製したそれぞれの芳香液の1.5mlを、微多孔性シート(商品名セルポア;積水化学工業社製、平均孔径3μm)で作製した袋(50mm×50mm)に封入し、芳香具1~3を作製した。
調製例1から3で調製したそれぞれの芳香液の1.5mlを、EVA(エチレンビニルアアセテート)製の無孔透過性シート(商品名エバフレックスP1007:三井デュポンケミカル社製)で作製した袋(50mm×50mm)に封入し、芳香具4~6を作製した。
[染み出し試験]
芳香具1から6を5日間放置し、フィルム表面からの染み出しを目視にて確認した。
芳香具1から6について、香りについて訓練された10名のパネラーにより、芳香性に関する以下の試験を行った。
・香りの類似性
各芳香液の調製に使用したグリーン系香料を、各パネラーが香料液のまま嗅ぎ、その後、芳香具1から6の香りを嗅ぎ、下記の基準で香りの類似性を評価した。類似性の数値が高いほど、揮散する香りが香料本来の香りと近く好ましい。下表には、その平均値を示す。

各パネラーが、芳香具1~6から揮散する香りの強度について、以下の基準で評価した。強度は強いことが好ましい。下表には、その平均値を示す。

一方、芳香具2(比較例1)、3(比較例2)は染み出しがあり、また、香りの類似性も低いものであった。芳香具4~6(比較例3~5)は、芳香液の染み出しはないものの、香りの類似性が劣り、また強度も弱いものであり、香料本来の香りを放散することができず、いずれも満足いくものではなかった。
調製例1で調製した芳香液1の100mlを、図2に示される薬剤揮散具2と同様の薬剤揮散具に封入した。ここで使用した薬剤揮散具は、微多孔性シートとして実験例1~3で使用したものと同じ微多孔性シートを備えている。実験の結果、微多孔性シート表面からの芳香液の染み出しは見られなかった。また、この薬剤揮散具は、約5日間にわたり、香りの類似性及び強度に関し良好な性能を維持した。

- 少なくとも一部が微多孔性シートで構成される容器と、前記容器に収容された薬剤とを具備し、前記微多孔性シートを介して前記薬剤が揮散する薬剤揮散具であって、前記薬剤は、機能性物質とセルロースナノファイバーと水を少なくとも含有し且つ界面活性剤を含有せず、前記微多孔性シートは、充填剤が配合された熱可塑性樹脂の延伸シートからなり、前記薬剤は前記微多孔性シートに接触している薬剤揮散具。
- 少なくとも一部が微多孔性シートで構成される前記容器が、開口部が設けられた収容部と、前記収容部に設けられた前記開口部を覆う微多孔性シートとを具備し、前記薬剤は前記微多孔性シートにより前記開口部が覆われた前記収容部に収容されている、請求項1に記載の薬剤揮散具。
- 前記薬剤に含有される前記セルロースナノファイバーは、最大繊維径が100nm以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の薬剤揮散具。
- 前記薬剤は、前記機能性物質として、香料成分、防虫成分、殺虫成分、防カビ成分、抗菌成分、消臭成分及び保湿成分から選ばれる1種若しくは2種以上を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤揮散具。
- 前記微多孔性シートは、前記充填剤として炭酸カルシウムを含有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤揮散具。
