Claims (3)
- ろう付けプレート熱交換器(100;200;300)であって、媒体が熱交換するためのプレート間流路の形成下で、隣り合うプレートの交わる隆起部(R)と溝部(G)との間の接触点を提供することによって、プレートを互いから距離を保つように適合された隆起部(R)および溝部(G)のプレスされたパターンを備えた複数の矩形または正方形の熱交換器プレート(120a-120h;201-204)を備え、前記プレート間流路は、流体を熱交換させるために第1、第2、第3および第4の大きいポート開口(O1,O2,O3,O4;210a,210b,210c,210d)ならびに第1および第2の小さいポート開口(SO1,SO2)と選択的に流体連通しており、
第1の大きいポート開口と第2の大きいポート開口(O1,O2;210a,210b)との間を通過する流体は、各プレートの第1の熱交換部分にわたって第3のポート開口と第4のポート開口(O3,O4;210c,210d)との間を通過する流体と熱交換し、各プレートの第2の部分にわたって第1の小さいポート開口と第2の小さいポート開口(SO1,SO2)との間を通過する流体と熱交換し、前記第1の部分と第2の部分とは、矩形または正方形の熱交換プレート(120a-120h;201-204)の隣り合う側部の間に延びる分割面(DW)によって分割され、第1および第2の熱交換部分は、隆起部(R)および溝部(G)のプレスされたパターンを備え、第2の熱交換部分で第1の小さいポート開口と第2の小さいポート開口(SO1,SO2)との間を通過する流体が、第3のポート開口と第4のポート開口(O3,O4;210c,210d)との間を通過する流体と同じように、第1の大きいポート開口と第2の大きいポート開口(O1,O2;210a,210b)との間を通過する流体と熱交換するようになっていることを特徴とする、熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器であって、前記分割面は、1つの熱交換器プレートの隆起部とその隣り合うプレートの溝部とを備え、1つの熱交換器プレートの隆起部が、隣り合う熱交換器プレートの溝部に接触するときに、プレート間のシールが実現し、1つの熱交換器プレートの隆起部が、その隣り合うプレートの溝部に接触しないときに、シールが実現しないようになっている、熱交換器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器であって、第2の部分は、ポート開口の一部の半径に沿って延びる、熱交換器。
