Claims (1)
- 脚軸に取り付けられた内輪と、凸状外周面をそれぞれ有し前記内輪から外周側に突設された3つのトラニオンと、前記3つのトラニオンに回転可能に支持された3つのローラと、前記3つのローラを収容する円筒状外輪とを備え、前記内輪が前記円筒状外輪内に前記円筒状外輪の回転軸線方向に相対移動可能且つ相対回転不能に嵌め入れられているトリポード型等速継手であって、
前記ローラは、前記トラニオンの凸状外周面と摺動可能に嵌合する円筒状内周面を有するインナーローラと、前記インナーローラに複数本の円柱状転動体を介して支持された円環状のアウターローラと、前記トラニオンの先端側の前記アウターローラから内周面側に一体に突き出して前記複数本の円柱状転動体および前記インナーローラの移動を規制する規制部とを、有するものであり、
前記インナーローラと前記規制部との前記トラニオンの中心軸線方向の隙間が、予め設定されたジョイント角のときの前記トラニオンと前記インナーローラとの接点の往復移動量よりも大きく、前記円柱状転動体のクラウニング長さよりも小さい値に設定されている
ことを特徴とするトリポード型等速継手。
