Description
以下、ハイブリッド車両の制御装置の第1実施形態を、図1~図3に従って説明する。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の制御装置が適用されるハイブリッド車両は、火花点火式の内燃機関10を備えている。また、ハイブリッド車両は、モータと発電機の双方の機能を兼ね備える2つのモータジェネレータ、すなわち第1モータジェネレータ71と第2モータジェネレータ72とを備えている。さらに、ハイブリッド車両には、バッテリ77と第1インバータ75と第2インバータ76とが設けられている。バッテリ77は、発電機として機能しているときの第1モータジェネレータ71及び第2モータジェネレータ72が発電した電力を蓄える。さらにバッテリ77は、モータとして機能しているときの第1モータジェネレータ71及び第2モータジェネレータ72に、蓄えた電力を供給する。第1インバータ75は、第1モータジェネレータ71とバッテリ77との間の電力の授受量を調整し、第2インバータ76は、第2モータジェネレータ72とバッテリ77との間の電力の授受量を調整する。
次に、ハイブリッド車両の制御装置の第2実施形態を、図4を併せ参照して詳細に説明する。なお本実施形態にあって、上記実施形態と共通する構成については、同一の符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。
・第2実施形態では、内燃機関10の暖機が未了、且つ触媒昇温制御の開始時のバッテリ蓄電量が判定値ζ未満の場合に充電制御を実行していた。内燃機関10の暖機が未了の場合には、触媒昇温制御の開始時のバッテリ蓄電量に拘らず、モータリング制御の開始前の充電制御を実行するようにしてもよい。また、触媒昇温制御の開始時のバッテリ蓄電量が判定値未満の場合には、内燃機関10の暖機状況に拘らず、モータリング制御の開始前の充電制御を実行するようにしてもよい。さらに、内燃機関10の暖機が未了であること、触媒昇温制御の開始時のバッテリ蓄電量が規定の判定値未満のこと、の少なくとも一方が成立する場合に、モータリング制御の開始前の充電制御を実行するようにしてもよい。もちろん、上記以外の条件をモータリング制御の開始の充電制御の実行条件として設定してもよい。また、触媒昇温制御を実行する際には常に、モータリング制御の開始前の充電制御を行うようにしてもよい。
・上記実施形態では、燃料導入処理を終了する時期、すなわち触媒昇温制御を完了する時期を触媒出ガス温度に基づき決定していたが、燃料導入処理の開始後の経過時間などの他のパラメータに基づいて決定するようにしてもよい。また、アクセルペダルの踏込みやバッテリ蓄電量の低下等により、内燃機関10の燃焼運転が再開されるまで、燃料導入処理を継続するようにしてもよい。
Claims (7)
- 排気通路に設置された三元触媒装置を備える火花点火式の内燃機関と、前記内燃機関に動力を伝達可能なモータと、を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御を行うハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記三元触媒装置を昇温する触媒昇温制御を実行する触媒昇温制御部であって、前記内燃機関の燃焼を停止した状態で前記モータの動力により同内燃機関のクランク軸を回転させるモータリング制御を実行するとともに、同モータリング制御の実行中に前記内燃機関において燃料噴射を実施することで前記排気通路に未燃の混合気を導入する燃料導入処理を実施する触媒昇温制御部を備える
ハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記内燃機関の動力を受けて発電する発電機と、同発電機が発電した電力を蓄えるとともに、蓄えた電力を前記モータに供給可能なバッテリと、を備えており、
前記触媒昇温制御部は、前記モータリング制御の開始前に、前記発電機に発電を行わせるための前記内燃機関の燃焼運転を行う充電制御を実行する
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記触媒昇温制御部は、前記触媒昇温制御の開始時における前記バッテリの蓄電量が規定の判定値未満であることを条件に、前記モータリング制御の開始前の前記充電制御を実行し、前記触媒昇温制御の開始時における前記バッテリの蓄電量が前記判定値以上の場合には、前記充電制御を実行せずに前記モータリング制御を開始する
請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記触媒昇温制御部は、前記内燃機関の暖機が未了であることを条件に前記モータリング制御の開始前の前記充電制御を実行し、前記内燃機関の暖機が完了している場合には前記充電制御を実行せずに前記モータリング制御を開始する
請求項2又は3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関は、前記排気通路における前記三元触媒装置よりも下流側の部分にパティキュレート捕集用のフィルタを備えており、
且つ、前記触媒昇温制御部は、前記フィルタのパティキュレート堆積量を推定するとともに、その推定したパティキュレート堆積量が規定値以上であることを条件に前記触媒昇温制御を実行する
請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記触媒昇温制御部は、前記モータリング制御の開始後に、前記燃料導入処理を実行する
請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記触媒昇温制御部は、前記三元触媒装置から流出したガスの温度が規定温度未満であることを条件に、前記モータリング制御及び同モータリング制御の実行中の前記燃料導入処理を実行する
請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
