Description
図1および図2に示すように、高圧タンク1は、両端がドーム状に丸みを帯びた略円筒形状の高圧ガス貯蔵容器である。高圧タンク1は、ガスバリア性を有するライナー2と、ライナー2の外面を覆う繊維強化樹脂からなる補強部3と、を備える。補強部3は、ライナー2の外面を覆う第1補強層30と、第1補強層30の外面を覆う第2補強層34と、を有する。高圧タンク1の一方端には、開口部が形成されており、開口部周辺には口金4が取り付けられている。
次に、本実施形態に係る高圧タンク1の製造方法について説明する。図3は、高圧タンク1の製造方法の工程を説明するフロー図である。高圧タンク1の製造方法は、図3に示すように、準備工程S1と、接合工程S2と、第2補強層形成工程S3と、第1樹脂層形成工程S4とを含んでいる。
準備工程S1においては、第2樹脂層20となる樹脂層を被覆した、筒部材31およびドーム部材32、33を別途準備してもよく、以下に説明するように、筒部材31およびドーム部材32、33を形成した後に、これらに樹脂層を被覆してもよい。
筒部材31の形成と、ドーム部材32、33の形成とは、互いに独立して行うため、並行して行ってもよいし、いずれか一方を先に行ってもよい。まず、以下に筒部材31の形成方法について説明する。
図7および図8に示すように、上述したように形成した筒部材31および2つのドーム部材32、33の内面を樹脂層21A~23Aで被覆する。この内面は、ライナー2の外面に接触する接触面31f~33fであり、高圧タンク1の内側に位置する面である。具体的には、図7に示すように、筒部材31の接触面31fに被覆される樹脂層21Aは、図1に示す第2樹脂層20の胴体領域21に相当する。図8に示すように、ドーム部材32、33の接触面32f、33fに被覆される樹脂層22A、23Aは、図1に示す第2樹脂層20の側端領域22、23に相当する。
接合工程S2では、図9および図10に示すように、筒部材31の両側の各周端部31aと、ドーム部材32、33の周端部32a、33aとを接合する。さらに、筒部材31に被覆された樹脂層21Aと、ドーム部材32、33に被覆された樹脂層22A、23Aとを接合する。
第2補強層形成工程S3において、図12に示すように、第1補強層30の外面を覆うように第2補強層34を形成する。
次に、第1樹脂層形成工程S4において、図12に示すように、樹脂が未硬化または軟化した状態の第2補強層34が第1補強層30の表面を覆うように形成された状態で、第2樹脂層20の表面を覆うように第1樹脂層24を形成する。第1樹脂層24は、第1樹脂を塗布することにより形成する。
Claims (2)
- 筒状の胴体部と、前記胴体部の両側に形成されたドーム状の側端部とを有したライナーと、
前記ライナーの外面を覆う繊維強化樹脂からなる補強層と、を少なくとも備えた高圧タンクであって、
前記補強層は、前記胴体部を覆う筒部材と、前記側端部を覆うように前記筒部材の両側に接合されたドーム部材とを有し、
前記ライナーは、ガスを収容する収容空間が形成された第1樹脂層と、前記第1樹脂層と少なくとも前記筒部材との間に形成された第2樹脂層とを有し、
前記第2樹脂層を構成する第2樹脂の引張弾性率は、前記第1樹脂層を構成する第1樹脂の引張弾性率より低いことを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 前記第2樹脂層は、前記第1樹脂層を覆うように前記第1樹脂層と前記ドーム部材との間にも形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧タンク。
