Claims (8)
- 磁性素体と、
前記磁性素体に埋め込まれ、端部が前記磁性素体から露出するコイル導体と、
前記コイル導体の前記端部に接続された端子電極と、を備え、
前記端子電極は、前記コイル導体の前記端部と接し、導電性粒子と樹脂材料を含む導電性樹脂と、前記導電性樹脂を覆う金属膜とを有し、
前記導電性樹脂は、前記コイル導体の前記端部と接する第1の導電性樹脂と、前記コイル導体の前記端部と接することなく前記金属膜と接する第2の導電性樹脂を含み、
前記第1の導電性樹脂に含まれる導電性粒子の比表面積は、前記第2の導電性樹脂に含まれる導電性粒子の比表面積よりも大きいことを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記コイル導体の前記端部は、前記磁性素体から露出し、前記第1の導電性樹脂と接する露出面と、前記磁性素体に覆われる非露出面とを有し、
前記露出面は、前記非露出面よりも表面粗さが大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記コイル導体の前記露出面は、前記磁性素体の外側に位置する外部露出面と、前記磁性素体と接することなく前記磁性素体に埋め込まれた内部露出面を有し、
前記第1の導電性樹脂は、前記外部露出面及び内部露出面の両方と接していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記磁性素体の表面は樹脂皮膜で覆われており、前記第2の導電性樹脂は、前記樹脂皮膜上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記導電性樹脂に含まれる前記導電性粒子は、焼結金属を介して接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性素体は、前記コイル導体の内径領域に位置する下側磁性素体と、前記コイル導体の外側領域に位置する上側磁性素体とを含み、
前記下側磁性素体は、前記上側磁性素体よりも密度が高いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - コイル導体の端部が露出するよう、前記コイル導体を磁性素体に埋め込む第1の工程と、
導電性粒子の比表面積が相対的に大きい第1の導電性樹脂と導電性粒子の比表面積が相対的に小さい第2の導電性樹脂を用意する第2の工程と、
前記コイル導体の前記端部と接するよう、前記磁性素体の表面に前記第1の導電性樹脂を形成する第3の工程と、
前記コイル導体の前記端部と接することなく前記第1の導電性樹脂と接するよう、前記第2の導電性樹脂を形成する第4の工程と、
少なくとも前記第2の導電性樹脂の表面に金属膜をメッキ形成する第5の工程と、を備えることを特徴とするコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記第3の工程を行う前に、前記磁性素体の表面を樹脂皮膜で覆う工程と、前記コイル導体の前記端部が露出するよう、前記樹脂皮膜を部分的に剥離する工程とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
