破砕されたタイヤ要素の炉への装入物を反応器に供給し、熱分解させ気体状生成物および固体残留物を形成することと;
継続的に気体状熱分解生成物を反応器から除去し、次に凝縮塔で液体生成物を液分に凝縮し、反応器から固体残留物を排出し、ホッパー冷却器内で冷却することと;

リサイクルされたタイヤおよび/またはゴム製品からの原材料を寸断機内で機械的に破砕し、装入物を得ることと;
装入物を反応器に供給し、熱分解させ蒸気-気体生成物および固体残留物を形成することと;
継続的に気体状熱分解生成物を反応器から除去し、その後に液分の凝縮塔に液体生成物を凝縮し、固体残留物を排出し、冷却することと;

電気質量分級機内の固体残留物の細粒断片は、45μm未満(F1<45μm)の断片F、および45μm超(F2>45μm)のF2に分割され;
45μm超(F2>45μm)のF2断片の固体残留物粉末は電気質量分級機からボルテックスミルに返送され再度微粉砕され;
45μm(F1<45μm)よりも小さい粉末断片F1は、電気質量分級機から貯蔵ホッパーへ送られ、次にパッケージング機または造粒機に送られる。

Claims (1)
- リサイクル可能なタイヤから含炭素材料を取得する方法であって、前記方法は、
リサイクルされたタイヤを粉砕機で機械的に破砕し、破砕されたタイヤである装入物を受け入れることと、
前記装入物を反応器に供給し、続いて、熱分解して気体状生成物と固体残留物を形成することと、
前記反応器から気体状生成物の継続的な除去、その後の、気体の凝縮塔での気体生成物の凝縮、前記反応器からの前記固体残留物の排出、及び、前記固体残留物を冷却することと、
破砕機において前記固体残留物を粗く破砕し、磁気分離機内で破砕された前記固体残留物から金属を除去することと、を含み、
機械破砕の前に、リサイクルされたタイヤから金属ビードリングを除去し、
前記反応器に前記装入物を供給する前に、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリスチレンからなる群からの熱可塑性の直鎖状高分子の任意の組み合わせである固体成分、および、抑制剤の0.5~1.0重量%のポリメチルシロキサンである液体成分からなるコークス形成の抑制剤を、前記装入物の3~20重量%の量で前記装入物に導入し、前記反応器内の前記装入物の前記熱分解を、前記反応器の主要運転ゾーン内での350℃、前記反応器の出口での600℃の熱分解温度で実施し、
破砕された前記固体残留物から金属を除去することは、金属含有量が前記固体残留物の総重量の0.1%以下となるまで実施され、その後、蒸気チャンバ内で250~350℃の過熱蒸気で前記固体残留物の処理及び活性化が行われ、活性化された前記固体残留物はボルテックスミル内で粉砕され、
前記固体残留物の二段階分類が風ふるい器で行われ、そこから細粒断片が電気質量分級機に送られ、さらに細かく分類され、大きな断片がスクリーニングされ、ホッパーに送られ、さらに熱炉に送られ、残留炭素が除去され、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)および酸化コバルト(Co2O3)からなる鉱物質成分である追加的標的生成物が生成されるか、または前記ボルテックスミルに送られ再粉砕され、
前記固体残留物の前記細粒断片の、45μm未満(F1<45μm)の断片F1、および、45μm超(F2>45μm)の断片F2への分離は、前記電気質量分級機において行われ、
前記電気質量分級機からの45μm超(F2>45μm)の断片F2の前記固体残留物の粉末は、再度微粉砕するために前記ボルテックスミルに返送され、
前記電気質量分級機からの45μm未満(F1<45μm)の粉末の断片F1は、貯蔵箱へ送られることを特徴とする、方法。
