Description
図1には、本実施形態に係る車両下部構造30が適用された車両10の車両前部10Fが示されている。車両10は、例えば、ハイブリッド車、又は電気自動車とされている。この車両10の車両前部10Fには、パワーユニットルーム12が設けられている。
車両下部構造30は、サスペンションメンバ40と、非接触充電モジュール50と、アンダカバー80とを備えている。サスペンションメンバ40は、電動モータ20の車両下側に配置されている。このサスペンションメンバ40は、図示しない一対のフロントサイドメンバに車両下側から取り付けられている。
図2に示されるように、サスペンションメンバ40は、平面視にて、枠状に形成されている。このサスペンションメンバ40は、一対のサイドレール42と、フロントクロスメンバ44と、リアクロスメンバ46とを有している。
図1に示されるように、サスペンションメンバ40の後部40Rの車両下側には、非接触充電モジュール50が配置されている。非接触充電モジュール50は、サスペンションメンバ40の後部40Rに車両下側から取り付けられている。この非接触充電モジュール50は、路面32に面した状態で、サスペンションメンバ40の後部40Rを車両下側から覆っている。また、非接触充電モジュール本体52の下面52Lは、例えば、平坦面とされている。この非接触充電モジュール本体52によって、車両前部10Fの下を流れる空気の抵抗が低減されている。
図1に示されるように、アンダカバー80は、サスペンションメンバ40の前部40Fの車両下側で、かつ、非接触充電モジュール50の車両前側に配置されており、サスペンションメンバ40と車両前後方向に隣り合って配置されている。このアンダカバー80は、サスペンションメンバ40の前部40Fを車両下側から覆うパネル状に形成されている。また、アンダカバー80の下面80Lは、平坦面とされている。このアンダカバー80によって、車両前部10Fの下を流れる空気の抵抗が低減されている。

- サスペンションメンバと、
前記サスペンションメンバの後部の車両下側に配置されるとともに、前記サスペンションメンバに取り付けられ、給電モジュールから非接触で電力供給を受ける非接触充電モジュールと、
導電性を有し、前記サスペンションメンバの前部の車両下側に、前記非接触充電モジュールと車両前後方向に隣り合って設置され、前記サスペンションメンバを車両下側から覆うアンダカバーと、
を備える車両下部構造。 - 前記アンダカバーにおける前記非接触充電モジュール側の端部は、前記非接触充電モジュールに車両下側から取り付けられる、
