Description
本出願は、2016年12月7日に出願されたオーストラリアの仮特許出願2016905046からの優先権を主張し、その内容は、参照により本明細書に組み入れられる。
本発明は、妊娠又は分娩のモニタリング装置に関する。
本開示の一態様によれば、身体上に配置され、モニタリングデバイスに一体化された複数のセンサを含み、複数のセンサは、妊娠中又は分娩中の胎児又は母体の活動を示す身体からの第1の種類の信号を検出するように構成され第1のセンサ、第1の種類の信号とは異なる妊娠又は分娩中の胎児又は母体の活動を示す身体から第2の種類の信号を検出するように構成される第2のセンサ、を少なくとも含む妊娠又は分娩のモニタリング装置を提供する。
Claims (12)
- 妊娠中又は分娩中の胎児又は母体の活動をモニタするための2つ以上のEMG電極に電気的に結合する電気接点を含む筋電図センサと、
胎児又は母体の活動中に前記2つ以上のEMG電極の相対位置をモニタするための1つ以上の位置センサと、
を有するモニタリングデバイスを備え、
前記1つ以上の位置センサは、前記2つ以上のEMG電極の相対位置を決定するために前記モニタリングデバイスの一部の撓み、曲げ又は変形をモニタする1つ以上のフレックスセンサ又はストレッチセンサを含む、妊娠又は分娩のモニタリング装置。 - 前記モニタリングデバイスは、中央部分と、前記中央部分から延びる1つ以上のフレキシブルアーム部とを含み、前記1つ以上のフレキシブルアーム部は、それぞれが前記中央部分に対して操作可能であり、前記1つ以上の位置センサは前記フレキシブルアーム部の撓み又は曲げをモニタリングするように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記モニタリングデバイスは、交差状に配置された少なくとも4つの前記フレキシブルアーム部を備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記2つ以上のEMG電極のうちの1つは、前記フレキシブルアーム部のそれぞれの端部に配置されている、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記1つ又は複数の位置センサは、前記フレキシブルアーム部に配置されている、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 温度センサ及び/又は加速度計をさらに備える、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記温度センサ及び/又は前記加速度計が前記中央部分に配置され、又は前記温度センサが底面に配置され、加速度計が内部に配置される請求項2から5の何れか1項に従属する場合の請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記1つ以上のフレキシブルアーム部に前記1つ以上のフレックスセンサ又はストレッチセンサが配置される、請求項2から5、7に記載の装置。
- コントローラを収容するためのハウジングを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記筋電図センサが接続され、
前記ハウジングは、流体の浸入を防ぐための密閉ハウジングである、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記筋電図センサは、前記ハウジングの底面に配置された少なくとも1つの電気接点を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの電気接点は、EMG表面電極を受けて電気的に結合するように構成され、前記モニタリングデバイスが身体に配置されたときに前記ハウジングの前記底面が身体から離れるように前記ハウジングの前記底面から突出するように構成される、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 複数のセンサによって検出された信号から導出された情報を表示するために前記モニタリングデバイスに結合及び/又は含まれるユーザインタフェースをさらに備え、
前記複数のセンサは、前記筋電図センサと前記1つ以上の位置センサを含み、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、デスクトップコンピュータ、ラップトップコンピュータ、スマートフォン、パーソナルデジタルアシスタント、時計、データ収集バンド、及び前記情報を表示するように構成されたデバイスのうちの1つ以上で構成される、
請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の装置。 - 2つ以上のEMG電極と1つ以上の位置センサとを含む筋電図センサを含んだモニタリングデバイスを身体上に配置し、
前記筋電図センサの前記2つ以上のEMG電極を使用して、妊娠中又は分娩中の胎児又は母体の活動をモニタリングし、
前記1つ又は複数の位置センサを使用して、胎児又は母体の活動中に前記2つ以上のEMG電極の相対位置をモニタリングし、
前記1つ以上の位置センサは、前記2つ以上のEMG電極の相対位置を決定するために前記モニタリングデバイスの一部の撓み、曲げ又は変形をモニタする1つ以上のフレックスセンサ又はストレッチセンサを含む、妊娠又は分娩のモニタリング方法。
