本発明の一具体例によるオレフィン重合用触媒は、下記化学式Aで表される第1遷移金属化合物および下記化学式Bで表される第2遷移金属化合物を含む。

本発明の具体例によるオレフィン系重合体は、(1)多分散指数(Mw/Mn)による分子量分布が5~20、(2)密度が0.910g/cm3~0.930g/cm3、(3)2.16kg荷重で190℃にて測定時、メルトインデックス(melt index)が0.5g/10分~2.0g/10分、および(4)メルトインデックス比(MFR;MI21.6/MI2.16)が20~30を満足する。

本発明のまた他の具体例により、オレフィン系重合体を成形して製造されるフィルムが提供される。
以下、実施例と比較例により、本発明をより具体的に説明する。ただし、以下の実施例は、本発明を例示するためのものであるのみ、本発明の範囲がこれらに限定されるものではない。
sPCI社から購入した前記化学式A-1の遷移金属化合物を精製過程なく使用しており、前記化学式B-1の遷移金属化合物は、MCN社から購入して、追加の精製過程なく使用した。
前記化学式A-1の化合物1.8310gと、前記化学式B-1の化合物5.0754gを用いたことを除いては、調製例1と同様の方法により混成担持触媒356gを得た。
前記化学式B-1の化合物8.5302gを単独で用いたことを除いては、調製例1と同様の方法により担持触媒359gを得た。
流動層気相反応器を用いて、調製例1で得られた混成担持触媒の存在下でエチレン/1-ヘキセン共重合体を調製した。反応器内の温度は80℃~90℃の範囲に維持し、エチレンと1-ヘキセンの他に水素を添加して、調製されるエチレン/1-ヘキセン共重合体の重合度を調節した。
調製例2で得られた混成担持触媒を用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法によりエチレン/1-ヘキセン共重合体を調製した。次いで、実施例1と同様の方法により成形して厚さ50μmのフィルムを得た。
調製例3で得られた担持触媒を用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法によりエチレン/1-ヘキセン共重合体を調製した。次いで、実施例1と同様の方法により成形して厚さ50μmのフィルムを得た。
単一メタロセン触媒で調製されたハンファケミカル社の線形低密度ポリエチレン(M1810HN)を使用した。この樹脂を、実施例1と同様の方法により成形して厚さ50μmのフィルムを得た。
前記実施例および比較例の樹脂およびフィルムの物性を、下記のような方法および基準に従って測定した。その結果を、下記表2および表3にそれぞれ示した。
ASTM D1238に基づいて2.16kgの荷重で190℃にて測定した。
ASTM D 1238に基づいて2.16kgの荷重と21.6kgの荷重で190℃にてそれぞれ溶融指数を測定し、その比(MI21.6/MI2.16)を求めた。
ASTM D1505に基づいて測定した。
ゲル透過クロマトグラフィー-フーリエ変換赤外分光光度計(GPC-FTIR)を用いて測定した。

MCR702(Anton Parr社)を用いて測定された複素粘度(complex viscosity)により分子量分布(MWD)値をフィッティングして、その最大ピーク(maximum peak)値を取り、3D-GPCによるMWD値の最大(maximum)値を取って、その比率から前記関係式1aと1bを利用して長鎖分枝を求めた。
MCR702(Anton Parr社)を用いて、190℃にて0.1rad/s~500rad/sの周波数範囲および5%の変形(strain)条件で測定した。
75mmΦダイ、2mmダイギャップのフィルム加工機において、40mmΦスクリューを用いて、インフレーションフィルムを製造した。スクリュー速度は80rpm、ブロー-アップ比(blow-up ratio;BUR)は2に固定して、50μmの厚さのフィルムを加工し、その際の押出負荷を測定した。
ASTM D1790に基づいて測定した。
ASTM D1922に基づいて、フィルムの機械方向(MD)および幅方向(TD)で測定した。
ASTM D882に基づいて、フィルムの機械方向(MD)および幅方向(TD)で測定した。
ASTM D1003に基づいてインフレーションフィルムのヘイズを測定した。

- 下記化学式Aで表される第1遷移金属化合物および下記化学式Bで表される第2遷移金属化合物を含むオレフィン重合用触媒の存在下でオレフィン系単量体を重合して得られるオレフィン系重合体の製造方法であって、
前記オレフィン系重合体は、
(1)多分散指数(Mw/Mn)による分子量分布が5~20、
(2)密度が0.910g/cm3~0.930g/cm3、
(3)2.16kg荷重で190℃にて測定時、メルトインデックス(melt index)が0.5、/10分~2.0、/10分、
(4)メルトインデックス比(MI21.6/MI2.16)が20~30、および、
(5)周波数(frequency、rad/s)による複素粘度(complex viscosity、Pa・s)のグラフを下記数式2の冪乗則(power law)でフィッティングしたときのc 2 値が-0.3~-0.2である、オレフィン系重合体の製造方法:

- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項によるオレフィン系重合体の製造方法により得られたオレフィン系重合体を成形してフィルムを製造する、フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記フィルムは、ヘイズが10%以下であり、落下衝撃強度が600g以上である、請求項9に記載のフィルムの製造方法。
