- 第1のねじ山(29,129,229)を有するハウジング(1,101,301)と、
第2のねじ山(26,126)および非円形の断面を有するねじ(7,107,307)と、
第3のねじ山(22,122,222)および第4のねじ山(23,123)を有する駆動部(5,150,250,350)と、を備え、
前記ねじ(7,107,307)は、注入中に回転し、
前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)の前記第3のねじ山(22,122,222)は、前記ハウジング(1,101,301)の前記第1のねじ山(29,129,229)に係合し、前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)の前記第4のねじ山(23,123)は、前記ねじ(7,107,307)の前記第2のねじ山(26,126)に係合し、
前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)の前記第3のねじ山(22,122,222)および前記第4のねじ山(23,123)は、同じリードを有し、同じ方向に向けられており、
用量の設定中は、前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)は前記ねじ(7,107,307)の前記第2のねじ山(26,126)に沿って回転して軸方向に移動するが、前記ねじ(7,107,307)は回転も軸方向の移動もせず、
注入中は、前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)は前記ねじ(7,107,307)と共に回転する、注入装置。 - 拡大用量ダイヤル(2,202)が、前記駆動部(5,250)の前記ねじ山(22,23,222)よりも高いリードを有する前記ハウジング(1,201)内の第5のねじ山(14,254)と係合し、
前記駆動部(5,250)が、前記駆動部(5,250)と前記拡大用量ダイヤル(2,202)間の軸方向の動きを許容するトラック(24,251)を介して前記拡大用量ダイヤル(2,202)に係合している、請求項1に記載の注入装置。 - 注入中は、前記ねじ(7、107、307)および前記駆動部(5、150、250、350)は、前記ねじ(7、107、307)の非円形断面と係合された接続チューブ(3、133、333)によって回転結合され、
注入中の前記接続チューブ(3、133、333)は、前記駆動部(5、150、250、350)と回転結合されている、請求項1に記載の注入装置。 - 前記駆動部(150、250、350)は、用量設定中は用量選択部(134、334)に結合され、注入中は切り離されており、
前記駆動部(150、250、350)および前記用量選択部(134、334)は、用量設定および注入中に同じ距離を移動する、請求項1に記載の注入装置。 - 双方向ラチェット(16)は、前記用量ダイヤル(2)と前記接続チューブ(3)との間に提供され、

前記ラチェット(6、106、306)は、用量の設定およびリセット中に、前記ねじ(7、107、307)が押しボタンの端部に向かって戻ることを防止する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の注入装置。 - 用量の設定中は、前記ねじ(7,107,307)は前記一方向ラチェット(6、106、306)により回転しないようになっており、且つ、回転する前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)の前記第3のねじ山(22,122,222)と前記ハウジング(1,101,301)の前記第1のねじ山(29,129,229)との間の係合により、前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)は前記ハウジング(1,101,301)に対して後方に移動し、同時に、回転する前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)の前記第4のねじ山(23,123)と前記ねじ(7,107,307)の前記第2のねじ山(26,126)との間の係合により、前記ねじ(7,107,307)は前記駆動部(5,150,250,350)に対して前方に移動することで、前記ねじ(7,107,307)は前記ハウジング(1,101,301)に対して軸方向で移動せず同じ位置に留まる、請求項6に記載の注入装置。
