Claims (2)
- 棒状のセラミック体と、
該セラミック体に埋設された発熱抵抗体と、を備え、
前記セラミック体は、前記発熱抵抗体を覆って外方に突出する凸部分と、前記凸部分より内方に窪んだ凹部分と、を有し、
前記セラミック体は、棒状の芯部と、前記芯部の表面を覆う外周部とを有し、
前記発熱抵抗体は、前記芯部と前記外周部との間に位置し、
前記発熱抵抗体の表面から前記外周部の表面までの距離が、前記芯部の表面から前記外周部の表面までの距離より短いことを特徴とするヒータ。 - 前記発熱抵抗体は、前記セラミック体の長手方向に沿って延びる複数の直線部分を有し、
前記直線部分より前記セラミック体の端部側における前記芯部の表面から前記外周部の表面までの距離が、前記直線部分が位置する前記芯部の表面から前記外周部の表面までの距離よりも短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒータ。
