Claims (8)
- 回転駆動されるハブ(22)と、前記ハブ(22)の外周部に設けられた羽根構造(23)とを有するインペラ(12)を備えた血液ポンプ(10)であって、
前記インペラ(12)は、弾性体からなり、前記羽根構造(23)が軸方向先端側に倒れつつ捩じれて折り畳み可能であり、
前記羽根構造(23)は、軸方向に複数段の羽根列(25)を有し、
前記複数段の羽根列(25)の各々は、周方向に間隔を置いて配置された複数の羽根(26a、26b)を有し、
前記複数段の羽根列(25)のうち最も先端側に配置された先端側羽根列(25A)を構成する前記複数の羽根(26a)の各々は、当該羽根の根元部である径方向内端部の先端部(26at)が、前記ハブ(22)の先端部(22c)よりも先端方向に突出しており、
前記先端側羽根列(25A)を構成する前記複数の羽根(26a)の前記先端部(26at)間には、空間(30)が形成されており、
前記先端側羽根列(25A)を構成する前記複数の羽根(26a)の各々は、前記インペラ(12)の径方向外側に向かって軸方向長さが短くなる三角形状又は台形状であり、且つ前記根元部の前記先端部(26at)が、当該羽根(26a)の径方向外端部の先端部よりも先端側に位置している、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1記載の血液ポンプ(10)において、
前記複数段の羽根列(25)は、前記先端側羽根列(25A)よりも基端側に配置された基端側羽根列(25B)を有し、
前記基端側羽根列(25B)を構成する前記複数の羽根(26b)の各々の径方向内端部(34)の基端部には、前記ハブ(22)よりも径方向外側で先端方向に向かって凹む切欠部(36)が当該羽根(26b)を厚み方向に貫通して設けられている、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1又は2記載の血液ポンプ(10)において、
軸方向に隣接する前記羽根列(25)は、前記ハブ(22)との軸方向の接続位置が異なる、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプ(10)において、
軸方向に隣接する前記羽根列(25)は、前記ハブ(22)との周方向の接続位置が異なる、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項4記載の血液ポンプ(10)において、
軸方向に隣接する前記羽根列(25)の前記羽根(26)では、先端側の前記羽根(26)が、基端側の前記羽根(26)よりも前記インペラ(12)の回転方向側に位置する、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。 - 回転駆動されるハブ(22)と、前記ハブ(22)の外周部に設けられた羽根構造(23)とを有するインペラ(12)を備えた血液ポンプ(10)であって、
前記インペラ(12)は、弾性体からなり、前記羽根構造(23)が軸方向に倒れつつ捩じれて折り畳み可能であり、
前記羽根構造(23)は、軸方向に複数段の羽根列(25)を有し、
前記羽根列(25)の各々は、周方向に間隔を置いて配置された複数の羽根(26)を有し、
軸方向に隣接する前記羽根列(25)では、先端側の前記羽根列(25A)の前記羽根(26)間に、基端側の前記羽根列(25B)の前記羽根(26)が折り畳まれるように、前記羽根(26)が配置されている、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項6記載の血液ポンプ(10)において、
軸方向に隣接する前記羽根列(25)は、前記ハブ(22)との周方向の接続位置が異なる、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項7記載の血液ポンプ(10)において、
軸方向に隣接する前記羽根列(25)間の周方向角度差は、前記羽根列(25)を構成する前記複数の羽根(26)の配置角度間隔よりも小さい、
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
