Description
はじめに、第1実施形態に係る液体水素製造設備100について説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る液体水素製造設備100の概略構成図である。図1に示すように、液体水素製造設備100は、フィードライン10と、第1精製装置20と、第2精製装置30と、リサイクルライン40と、補充ライン50と、補充調整部60と、を備えている。以下これらの構成要素について順に説明する。
次に、第2実施形態に係る液体水素製造設備200について説明する。図2は、第2実施形態に係る液体水素製造設備200の概略構成図である。なお、図2で示す構成要素のうち、図1で示す構成要素と同一又は対応するものには同じ符号を付している。以下では、本実施形態に係る液体水素製造設備200について第1実施形態に係る液体水素製造設備100と相違する点を中心に説明し、重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (4)
- 原料水素を搬送しつつ液化するフィードラインと、
前記フィードラインに設けられ、原料水素を第1純度にまで精製する第1精製装置と、
前記フィードラインに設けられ、第1純度にまで精製された原料水素を第1純度よりも純度の高い第2純度にまで精製する第2精製装置と、
原料水素を冷却するための冷媒水素を循環させるリサイクルラインと、
前記フィードラインの前記第2精製装置よりも下流の部分から原料水素を取り出して前記リサイクルラインへ供給可能な補充ラインと、を備えた液体水素製造設備。 - 前記リサイクルラインの所定位置における内部圧力が所定の下限圧力よりも低くなったとき、前記補充ラインを介して前記フィードラインから前記リサイクルラインへ原料水素を供給する制御を行う補充調整部を備える、請求項1に記載の液体水素製造設備。
- 前記リサイクルラインの冷媒水素を抜き取る抜取ラインと、
前記リサイクルラインの冷媒水素の純度が所定の下限純度よりも低くなったとき、前記補充ラインを介して前記フィードラインから前記リサイクルラインへ原料水素を供給するとともに、前記抜取ラインを介して前記リサイクルラインから冷媒水素を抜き取る制御を行う補充調整部と、を備える、請求項1に記載の液体水素製造設備。 - 前記抜取ラインは前記リサイクルラインから抜き取った冷媒水素を前記フィードラインの第1精製装置よりも上流の部分に供給するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の液体水素製造設備。
