Description
図4ないし図6を参照し、本発明の第1実施形態に係るディスプレイ装置について説明する。
以下、本発明の第2実施形態に係るディスプレイ装置100について、本発明の第1実施形態に係るディスプレイ装置100と比較し、異なる点を中心に説明する。前述した第1実施形態と実質的に同じ構成に対しては同じ図面符号を付し、説明を省略する。
ディスプレイ装置は、第1方向、および前記第1方向と交差する第2方向にマトリクス状に配列された画素を含む画素アレイと、前記画素アレイの下に配置されたセンサと、前記画素アレイ上に配置された屈折層とを備え、前記画素アレイは、前記センサと重畳される低解像度の第1領域、および前記第1領域に隣接して配置される高解像度の第2領域を含み、前記屈折層は、第1屈折率を有する第1屈折部、および前記第1屈折率より低い第2屈折率を有する第2屈折部を含む。
前記第1屈折部は、前記第1領域、および前記第1領域に隣接した前記第2領域の一部を覆うように配置され、前記第2屈折部は、前記第1領域、および前記第2領域を覆い、前記第1屈折部と重畳することができる。
前記第1屈折部は、複数の半球形の凸レンズを含むことができる。
前記複数の凸レンズは、互いに所定の距離を隔てて配置することができる。

画素アレイ基板は、前記第1屈折部および前記第2屈折部上に配置される偏光層をさらに含むことができる。
前記偏光層は、第1画素領域内に配置され、透過率の高い透過窓を含むことができる。
前記透過窓は、前記第1画素領域を開口する開口部を含むことができる。
前記第1屈折部および前記第2屈折部は、アクリレート系樹脂を含むことができる。
Claims (20)
- マトリクス状に配列された画素を含む画素アレイと、
前記画素アレイの下に配置されたセンサと、
前記画素アレイ上に配置された屈折層と
を備え、
前記画素アレイは、第1解像度を有し、前記センサと重畳される第1領域、および前記第1解像度より高い第2解像度を有し、前記第1領域に隣接して配置される第2領域を含み、
前記屈折層は、第1屈折率を有する第1屈折部、および前記第1屈折率より低い第2屈折率を有する第2屈折部を含み、
前記第1屈折部は、前記第1領域に重畳する領域内において、水平方向に配置された複数のレンズを含む、
ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1屈折部は、前記第1領域および前記第1領域に隣接した前記第2領域の一部を少なくとも部分的に覆うように配置され、
前記第2屈折部は、前記第1領域および前記第2領域の全体を覆い、前記第1屈折部と重畳する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1屈折部は、複数の半球形の凸レンズを含む、請求項2に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数の半球形の凸レンズは、互いに所定の距離を隔てて配置される、請求項3に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1屈折部、および前記第2屈折部は、アクリレート系樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1領域の透過率は、前記第2領域の透過率より高い、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記センサは、カメラ装置である、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記カメラ装置が活性化された場合、前記第1領域の前記画素は非活性化される、請求項7に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- TFTアレイ層と、
前記TFTアレイ層上に順次積層された第1電極、有機発光物質、および第2電極を含む複数の画素が配列された画素アレイを含むディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネルを少なくとも部分的に覆う封止層と、
前記封止層上に配置された屈折層と、
前記ディスプレイパネルの下に配置されたセンサと
を備え、
前記画素アレイは、前記センサと重畳する低解像度の第1領域、および前記第1領域に隣接して配置される高解像度の第2領域を含み、
前記屈折層は、第1屈折率を有する第1屈折部、および前記第1屈折率より低い第2屈折率を有する第2屈折部を含み、
前記第1屈折部は、前記第1領域に重畳する領域内において、水平方向に配置された複数のレンズを含む、
ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1屈折部は、前記第1領域および前記第1領域に隣接した前記第2領域の一部を少なくとも部分的に覆うように配置され、
前記第2屈折部は、前記第1領域および前記第2領域の全体を覆い、前記第1屈折部と重畳する、請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記屈折層上に配置され、前記第1領域に対応する第1偏光部及び前記第2領域に対応する第2偏光部を有する偏光層と、
前記偏光層上に配置されたカバー層と
をさらに備え、
前記第1偏光部の有する第1透過率は、前記第2偏光部の有する第2透過率よりも高い、請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記偏光層は、前記第1領域において前記センサと重畳する領域を開口する開口部を含む、請求項11に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 第1画素領域と、
前記第1画素領域に比べて解像度の高い第2画素領域と、
前記第1画素領域内に配置される少なくとも1つのレンズを含み、前記第1画素領域に光を集光させる第1屈折部と、
前記第2画素領域の少なくとも一部に配置され、前記第2画素領域に光を透過させる第2屈折部と
を含み、
前記第1屈折部の屈折率は、前記第2屈折部の屈折率より高く、
前記第1屈折部は、前記第1画素領域に重畳する領域内において、水平方向に配置された複数のレンズを含む、
画素アレイ基板。 - 前記第1屈折部は、前記第1画素領域の全体に均一に配置された複数の凸レンズを含む、請求項13に記載の画素アレイ基板。
- 前記第1屈折部は、前記第1画素領域と隣り合う前記第2画素領域の一部に配置されるレンズをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の画素アレイ基板。
- 前記第1屈折部および前記第2屈折部上に配置される偏光層をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の画素アレイ基板。
- 前記偏光層は、前記第1画素領域に対応する第1偏光部及び前記第2画素領域に対応する第2偏光部を含み、
前記第1偏光部の有する第1透過率は、前記第2偏光部の有する第2透過率よりも高い、請求項16に記載の画素アレイ基板。 - 前記第1偏光部は、前記第1画素領域を開口する開口部を含む、請求項17に記載の画素アレイ基板。
- 前記第1屈折部および前記第2屈折部は、アクリレート系樹脂を含む、請求項13に記載の画素アレイ基板。
- 外光の反射光は、前記第1屈折部によって2以上の方向に沿って散乱し、
前記画素アレイから放射された光の屈折光は、前記第1屈折部によって正面方向に沿って出力される、
請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
