図1は、実施の形態に係る画像表示装置10の外観斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態に係る液晶モジュール100の分解斜視図である。
次に、サポートピン200について詳細に説明する。
次に、サポートピン200と下フレーム140、140aとの組み付けについて説明する。
まず、下フレーム140における孔部141について説明する。図8は、実施の形態に係る下フレーム140の孔部141の概略構成を示す平面図である。孔部141は、X軸方向に長尺な貫通孔である。孔部141は、第一係合部1411と、第二係合部1412と、中間部1413とを備えている。第一係合部1411と、第二係合部1412は、孔部141の長手方向における両端部である。つまり、第一係合部1411と、第二係合部1412は、長手方向で対向する一対の縁部である。中間部1413は、第一係合部1411と、第二係合部1412とに挟まれた部分である。
次いで、他の下フレーム140aにおける孔部141aについて説明する。図12は、実施の形態に係る他の下フレーム140aの孔部141aの概略構成を示す平面図である。孔部141aは、孔部141と比べて、第二係合部1412aに拡幅部1414aが形成されている点で異なる。このため、以降の説明においては、孔部141と同一の部分については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。
次に、組み立て後における実施の形態に係るサポートピン200とその周囲に配置された部材との位置関係について説明する。
以上のように、本実施の形態に係る画像表示装置10は、表示パネル102の背面側に配置された下フレーム140、140aと、下フレーム140、140aにおける前面側に配置される複数のLED1091と、複数のLED1091を覆うようにLED1091の前面側に配置されて、当該LED1091からの光を均一化する輝度均一板107と、輝度均一板107の前面側に配置されて、輝度均一板107を透過した光を拡散する拡散板106と、下フレーム140、140aに固定された状態で輝度均一板107を貫通するように延設され、先端で拡散板106を支持するサポートピン200とを備え、サポートピン200の先端は、凸曲面状に形成されている。
以上のように、本出願において開示する技術の例示として、実施の形態を説明した。しかしながら、本開示における技術は、これらに限定されず、適宜、変更、置き換え、付加、省略などを行った実施の形態にも適用可能である。また、上記実施の形態で説明した各構成要素を組み合わせて、新たな実施の形態とすることも可能である。そこで、以下、他の実施の形態を例示する。

Claims (4)
- 表示パネルの背面側に配置された下フレームと、
前記下フレームにおける前面側に配置された複数のLEDと、
前記複数のLEDを覆うように前記LEDの前面側に配置されて、当該LEDからの光を均一化する輝度均一板と、
前記輝度均一板の前面側に配置されて、前記輝度均一板を透過した光を拡散する拡散板と、
前記下フレームに固定された状態で前記輝度均一板を貫通するように延設され、先端で前記拡散板を支持するサポートピンとを備え、
前記サポートピンの前記先端は、凸曲面状に形成されており、
前記サポートピンは、
前記下フレームに固定された台座部と、
前記台座部から前面側に向けて延設し、前記先端を有する支持柱と、を備え、
前記支持柱は、先割れしており、前記輝度均一板を貫通する際には当該輝度均一板によって拘束されて、拘束前の状態よりも細くなっている
画像表示装置。 - 前記支持柱における前記輝度均一板に嵌合する部分と、前記台座部との間の一部は、当該間における他の部分よりも細く形成されている
請求項1に記載の画像表示装置。 - 前記支持柱における前記台座部側の端部は、前記支持柱の軸方向視で、当該支持柱の軸を中心とした放射状に形成されている
請求項1または2に記載の画像表示装置。 - 表示パネルの背面側に配置された下フレームと、前記下フレームにおける前面側に配置された複数のLEDと、前記複数のLEDを覆うように前記LEDの前面側に配置されて、当該LEDからの光を均一化する輝度均一板と、前記輝度均一板の前面側に配置されて、前記輝度均一板を透過した光を拡散する拡散板とを有する画像表示装置に設置されたサポートピンであって、
前記下フレームに固定された状態で前記輝度均一板を貫通するように延設され、先端で前記拡散板を支持する支持柱を有し、
前記先端は、凸曲面状に形成されており、
前記支持柱は、先割れしており、前記輝度均一板を貫通する際には当該輝度均一板によって拘束されて、拘束前の状態よりも細くなっている
