Hereinafter, the suspended structure (hereinafter, simply referred to as “suspended structure”) 1 of a heavy object according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the suspension structure 1 according to the present embodiment suspends the signage S, which is a heavy object, from the support member C. The arrows shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicate the directions of the suspension structure 1 and the signage S.

The support member C is a member attached to the ceiling (not shown) and supports the suspension structure 1 and the signage S. In the present embodiment, two suspension structures 1 are used: a left suspension structure 1L that supports the left side of the signage S and a right suspension structure 1R that supports the right side of the signage S. Since the left suspension structure 1L and the right suspension structure 1R have the same configuration, only one suspension structure 1 will be illustrated and described in FIGS. 3 and later. The number of suspension structures 1 used when suspending a heavy object is not limited to two, which is the number in the present embodiment, and the structure is such that the heavy object is suspended by one or three or more. Is also possible.

The signage S is a display device that displays images and characters on the display panel P, and is a form of a heavy object suspended by the suspension structure 1 according to the present invention. The signage S includes a rectangular parallelepiped housing B, display panels P housed on each of the front side and the rear side of the housing B, and four fans F arranged on the upper surface of the housing B. The display surface of the display panel P is visible from the outside via transparent glass plates arranged on the front surface and the rear surface of the housing B. A box-shaped cover member R is provided on the upper side of the signage S to cover the upper surface of the signage S. The heavy objects that can be suspended by the suspension structure 1 may be various objects such as display devices, lighting devices, sound devices, decorative devices, temporary devices, shelves, etc. other than the signage S. can.

As shown in FIG. 3, the suspension structure 1 is configured by connecting a first connecting member 11 and a second connecting member 12 made of stainless steel, respectively. The first connecting member 11 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the base end portion is fixed to the lower side of the support member C with the tip end facing downward. The second connecting member 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the first connecting member 11, and the base end portion is on the upper side of the housing B in the signage S with the tip end facing upward. It is fixed. A reinforcing rib 13 is fixed to the rear of the second connecting member 12 in order to increase the joint strength with the housing B.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the second connecting member 12 of the left hanging structure 1L and the right hanging structure 1R is housed inside the cover member R. Therefore, in the normal use state of the signage S, the joint portion between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12 in the suspended structure 1 is covered with the cover member R.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the tip of the first connecting member 11 can be inserted into the tip of the second connecting member 12 in a state where the axes of the first connecting member 11 are aligned with each other. The hole 12h is formed. In the present embodiment, the first and second connecting members 11 and 12 are formed in a cylindrical shape, but the shapes of the respective connecting members 11 and 12 can be changed to other shapes. For example, the connecting members 11 and 12 may be shaped like a square cylinder, or the connecting members 11 and 12 may be shaped like a solid cylinder and the insertion hole 12h may be formed only at the tip of the second connecting member 12.

A first through hole 11a penetrating the tip of the first connecting member 11 is opened in the tip of the first connecting member 11 in a direction orthogonal to the axis (left-right direction in the present embodiment). There is. Further, a second through hole 12a that penetrates the tip of the second connecting member 12 is opened in the tip of the second connecting member 12 in a direction orthogonal to the axis (left-right direction in the present embodiment). Has been done.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the first through hole 11a and the second through hole 11a and the second through hole 11a are in a state where the tip portion of the first connecting member 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 12h at the tip portion of the second connecting member 12. The fixing pin 14 is inserted into both the through hole 12a. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the fixing pin 14 is a metal member formed by a large-diameter head 14a and a rod-shaped insertion portion 14b, and the insertion portion 14b has a first through hole 11a and a second through hole 11a. It is inserted into the through hole 12a of. More specifically, the insertion portion 14b has a first through hole 11a, 11a opened to the left and right of the first connecting member 11, and a second through hole 12a, opened to the left and right of the second connecting member 12. It is inserted into 12a and.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the tip portion of the insertion portion 14b extends from the second through hole 12a on the opposite side of the head portion 14a. A groove portion 14c is formed in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion of the insertion portion 14b. By attaching the retaining E-ring 15 to the groove 14c, the fixing pin 14 is assembled to the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12. A washer 16 is inserted between the outer peripheral surface of the second connecting member 12 and the head portion 14a and the E-ring 15. In this way, the signage S is suspended below the support member C by connecting the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12 by the fixing pin 14.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the fixing pin 14 is provided with a hole 14d that penetrates the fixing pin 14 in the axial direction. Then, the string-shaped member 21 is inserted into the hole 14d of the fixing pin 14. As the material of the string-shaped member 21, reinforced fibers having high toughness such as carbon fiber reinforced plastic are used. As the string-shaped member 21, other reinforcing fibers such as glass fiber reinforced plastic and resin fiber reinforced plastic, and other materials having high toughness can be adopted.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, both ends of the string-shaped member 21 are folded in two, and the folded portions are sandwiched by clips 22. Since the outer diameter of the folded-back portion of the string-shaped member 21 is larger than the inner diameter of the hole 14d of the fixing pin 14, the folded-back portion and the clip 22 function as a stopper for the string-shaped member 21 to come off. That is, by sandwiching the folded portion of the string-shaped member 21 with the clip 22, the string-shaped member 21 is prevented from coming off from the fixing pin 14. The retaining member may be different from the configuration using the clip 22 as described above, and the retaining member may be configured by simply forming a knot at the end of the string-shaped member 21 or assembling another component. It is also possible to do.

6 and 7 show a state in which the fixing pin 14 is broken by the weight of the signage S. As shown in FIG. 7, even when the fixing pin 14 is broken by receiving a shearing force between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12, the string-shaped member 21 supports the second connecting member 12. can do. That is, even when the connecting strength between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12 by the fixing pin 14 is lowered, the string-shaped member 21 connects the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12. Since the state can be maintained, it is possible to prevent the signage S from falling.

Further, when the fixing pin 14 is broken, the second connecting member 12 is lowered from the position before the breaking with respect to the first connecting member 11 as shown by an arrow D in FIG. Therefore, the user of the signage S can confirm from the outside that the connection strength has decreased in the suspended structure 1.

In the suspended structure 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12 at the tip of the first connecting member 11 are connected to each other. The mark 11s is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the portion covered by the most advanced portion of the second connecting member 12. As a result, the mark 11s (see FIGS. 3 to 5) covered with the most advanced portion of the second connecting member 12 (the uppermost end portion of the second connecting member 12 in the present embodiment) under normal use conditions. ), But when the fixing pin 14 is broken and the second connecting member 12 is displaced downward, it becomes visible as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. As described above, in the suspension structure 1 according to the present embodiment, it is easily visible from the outside that the connection strength is lowered due to the breakage of the fixing pin 14.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a predetermined gap d is provided between the folded portion of the string-shaped member 21 which is a retaining member and the axial end portion of the fixing pin 14. Since no load is applied to the string-shaped member 21 in a normal use state, the user of the signage S can easily displace the string-shaped member 21 by applying an axial force to the fixing pin 14. That is, since it is possible for the user to confirm that no load is applied to the string-shaped member 21 simply by displacing the string-shaped member 21, the safety state of the suspended structure 1 can be easily confirmed. be.

Although the state in which the fixing pin 14 is completely broken has been illustrated and described in FIGS. 6 and 7, the second connecting member may be in the stage where an abnormality such as a crack occurs before the fixing pin 14 is broken. When the load from 12 is applied, it becomes difficult to easily displace the string-shaped member 21. Therefore, in the suspension structure 1, even before the fixing pin 14 breaks, when the user applies an axial force to the string-shaped member 21, the string-shaped member 21 is subjected to an axial force. It is possible to recognize that an unnatural load is applied. That is, in the suspended structure 1, even before the fixing pin 14 is completely broken as shown in FIG. 7, the user recognizes the abnormality by applying an axial force to the string-shaped member 21. You can do it.

In the present embodiment, the tip of the first connecting member 11 is fixed to the first through hole 11a and the second through hole 12a in a state where the tip portion of the first connecting member 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 12h of the second connecting member 12. The configuration is such that the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12 are connected by inserting a pin 14, but it is also possible to reverse this.

That is, an insertion hole having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second connecting member 12 is formed in the first connecting member 11. Then, with the tip of the second connecting member 12 inserted into this insertion hole, the fixing pin 14 is inserted into the first through hole 11a and the second through hole 12a, and the first connecting member 11 is inserted. It is also possible to have a configuration in which the second connecting member 12 is connected to the second connecting member 12. With this configuration, the upper end of the second connecting member 12 that opens upward can be inserted into the inside of the first connecting member 11, so that dust is present on the inner peripheral side of the second connecting member 12. Etc. can be prevented from invading.

Next, the suspension structure 101 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. As shown in FIG. 8, the suspension structure 101 according to the present embodiment suspends the door body Dp, which is a heavy object, from the upper member Gt, which is a support member.

The door body Dp is a metal plate material, and is provided so as to be slidable in the vertical direction along the guide rails G and G erected on both sides of the door body Dp. Both ends of the upper member Gt are fixed to the upper ends of the guide rails G and G, respectively. Four guide rollers Dr, Dr ... Are extended to the side of the door body Dp. When the door body Dp slides along the guide rails G / G, the guide rollers Dr / Dr ... Rotate along the guide rails G / G.

The door body Dp is suspended below the upper member Gt via the suspension structure 101 and the rope 113. As shown in FIG. 9A, the suspension structure 101 is configured by connecting a movable pulley 111, which is a first connecting member, and a fixing member 112, which is a second connecting member. A rope 113 is wound around the movable pulley 111. As shown in FIG. 9B, the fixing member 112 is formed in a U shape in a cross-sectional view, and is fixed to the reinforcing member Ds provided on the door body Dp.

The rope 113 is wound around the fixed pulleys P1 to P6, and the suspension structure 101 can be raised and lowered by winding the rope 113. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, one end of the rope 113 is connected to the pulley P1 connected to the motor M, and the rope 113 extending from the pulley P1 is a movable pulley via the fixed pulleys P2 and P3. It is wound around 111. Further, the rope 113 is arranged via the fixed pulleys P4 and P5, and the other end of the rope 113 is connected to the fixed pulley P6. A handle H is connected to the fixed pulley P6.

In the above configuration, when the motor M winds up the rope 113 in the direction of the arrow R1, the suspension structure 101 is pulled up and the door body Dp slides upward as shown by the arrow U. On the contrary, when the motor M extends the rope 113 in the direction of the arrow R2, the suspension structure 101 is displaced downward by its own weight, and the door body Dp slides downward. By moving the door body Dp up and down in this way, the opening formed between the guide rails G and G can be opened and closed. When the motor M is not used in this configuration, the user can raise and lower the door body Dp by rotating the handle H.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, a first through hole 111a penetrating the movable pulley 111 is opened in the center of the movable pulley 111. Further, the fixing member 112 is opened with a second through hole 112a that penetrates the fixing member 112. Then, as shown in FIG. 9B, with the movable pulley 111 inserted into the fixing member 112, the fixing pin 14 is inserted into both the first through hole 111a and the second through hole 112a. The fixing pin 14 is a metal member formed by a large-diameter head 14a and a rod-shaped insertion portion 14b, as in the first embodiment. Further, the fixing pin 14 is provided with the E ring 15 and the like in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 9B, the fixing pin 14 has a hole 14d that penetrates the fixing pin 14 in the axial direction. Then, the string-shaped member 21 is inserted into the hole 14d of the fixing pin 14. As a result, even when the fixing pin 14 is broken by the shearing force between the movable pulley 111 and the fixing member 112, the string-shaped member 21 can support the fixing member 112. That is, even when the connection strength between the movable pulley 111 and the fixing member 112 by the fixing pin 14 is lowered, the connection state between the movable pulley 111 and the fixing member 112 can be maintained by the string-shaped member 21, so that the door body Dp. Can be prevented from falling.

Further, when the fixing pin 14 is broken, the fixing member 112 is lowered from the position before the break with respect to the movable pulley 111. Therefore, the user of the door body Dp can confirm from the outside that the connection strength has decreased in the suspended structure 101.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11, the support structure for heavy objects (hereinafter, simply referred to as “support structure”) 201, which is the third embodiment of the present invention, will be described. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the support structure 201 according to the present embodiment supports the door body 221 which is a heavy object above the rotation support portion 210 which is a support member.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the door body 221 opens and closes the opening Wa formed in the wall body W by rotating up and down. Two support columns 225 and 225 extending downward are fixed to the door body 221. Further, the base end portions of the support columns 225 and 225 are rotatably connected to the support column fixing plates 222 and 222 fixed to the wall body W. Specifically, support portions 223 and 223 are erected on the support column fixing plate 222, and the base end portions of the support column 225 are rotatably connected to the support columns 223 and 223 by pivot pins 224. There is. As a result, the door body 221 can be rotated with respect to the wall body W.

The central portion of the door body 221 is supported from below by the rotation support portion 210. The rotation support portion 210 includes a rotation base end portion 214, a cylinder 215 fixed to the rotation base end portion 214, a rod 216 extending from the cylinder 215, and a first connection provided at the tip of the rod 216. It is composed of a rotating tip portion 217 which is a member. The rotation support portion 210 is configured to be expandable and contractible by adjusting the extension amount of the rod 216 from the cylinder 215.

The rotation base end portion 214 of the rotation support portion 210 is rotatably connected to a fixing plate 211 fixed to the wall body W. Specifically, the support portions 212 and 212 are erected on the fixed plate 211, and the rotation base end portion 214 is rotatably connected to the support portions 212 and 212 by the pivot pin 213. As a result, the rotation support portion 210 can be rotated with respect to the wall body W.

The rotation tip portion 217 of the rotation support portion 210 is rotatably connected to the rotation support plates 218 and 218, which are the second connecting members fixed to the door body 221. Specifically, through holes are opened in the rotation support plates 218 and 218. Further, the rotating tip portion 217 is opened with a through hole penetrating the rotating tip portion 217. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the fixing pin 14 is inserted into each through hole with the rotation tip portion 217 inserted between the rotation support plates 218 and 218. The fixing pin 14 is a metal member formed by a large-diameter head and a rod-shaped insertion portion, as in the first embodiment. Further, the fixing pin 14 is provided with an E-ring and the like in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

In the door body 221 configured as described above, the rotation support portion 210 adjusts the extension amount of the rod 216 from the cylinder 215, whereby the door body 221 is moved up and down as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B. Rotates to. As a result, the door body 221 can open and close the opening Wa formed in the wall body W. Specifically, by increasing the extension amount of the rod 216 from the cylinder 215, the door body 221 closes the opening Wa as shown by the alternate long and short dash arrow in FIG.

Similar to the above embodiment, the fixing pin 14 is provided with a hole through which the fixing pin 14 is axially penetrated. Then, the string-shaped member 21 is inserted into the hole of the fixing pin 14. As a result, even if the fixing pin 14 is broken by receiving a shearing force between the rotation support plate 218 and 218 and the rotation tip portion 217, the string-shaped member 21 supports the rotation support plate 218 and 218. Can be done. That is, even when the connection strength between the rotation support plates 218 and 218 and the rotation tip portion 217 by the fixing pin 14 decreases, the connection between the rotation support plates 218 and 218 and the rotation tip portion 217 by the string-shaped member 21 Since the state can be maintained, the opening / closing function of the opening Wa by the door body 211 can be maintained.

Further, when the fixing pin 14 is broken in the open state of the door main body 211, the rotation support plates 218 and 218 are lowered from the position before the break with respect to the rotation tip portion 217. Therefore, the user of the door main body 211 can confirm from the outside that the connection strength has decreased in the support structure 201.

Next, the support structure 301 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B, the support structure 301 according to the present embodiment supports the door body 321 which is a heavy object below the rotation support portion 310 which is a support member.

As shown in FIG. 12, the door body 321 rotates up and down to open and close the opening Wa formed in the wall body W. A bracket 325 is fixed to the door body 321. Further, the bracket 325 is rotatably connected to the fixing portion 322 fixed to the wall body W. Specifically, the support portion 323 is fixed to the fixed portion 322, and the bracket 325 is rotatably connected to the support portion 323 by a pivot pin 324. As a result, the door body 321 can be rotated with respect to the wall body W.

The door body 321 is supported from above by the rotation support portion 310. The rotation support portion 310 is composed of a motor 315 rotatably supported by a support portion (not shown) and a rod 316 inserted through the motor 316, and the tip portion of the rod 316 is configured as a first connecting member. To. The rotation support portion 310 is configured so that the extension amount of the rod 316 from the motor 315 can be adjusted.

The tip of the rod 316 in the rotation support portion 310 is rotatably connected to the rotation support plate 318 which is a second connecting member fixed to the door body 321. Specifically, the rotation support plate 318 has a through hole. Further, a through hole is also opened at the tip of the rod 316. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the fixing pin 14 is inserted into each through hole with the tip of the rod 316 inserted into the rotation support plate 318. The fixing pin 14 is a metal member formed by a large-diameter head and a rod-shaped insertion portion, as in the first embodiment. Further, the fixing pin 14 is provided with an E-ring and the like in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

In the door body 321 configured as described above, the rotation support portion 310 adjusts the extension amount of the rod 316 from the motor 315, so that the door body 321 moves up and down as shown in FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b). Rotates to. As a result, the door body 321 can open and close the opening Wa formed in the wall body W. Specifically, by increasing the extension amount of the rod 316 from the motor 315, the door body 321 closes the opening Wa as shown by the alternate long and short dash arrow in FIG.

Similar to the above embodiment, the fixing pin 14 is provided with a hole through which the fixing pin 14 is axially penetrated. Then, the string-shaped member 21 is inserted into the hole of the fixing pin 14. As a result, even when the fixing pin 14 is broken by receiving a shearing force between the rotation support plate 318 and the tip end portion of the rod 316, the string-shaped member 21 can support the rotation support plate 318. That is, even when the connection strength between the rotation support plate 318 and the tip of the rod 316 by the fixing pin 14 is lowered, the connection state between the rotation support plate 318 and the tip of the rod 316 is maintained by the string-shaped member 21. Therefore, the opening / closing function of the opening Wa by the door body 311 can be maintained.

Further, when the fixing pin 14 is broken in the open state of the door body 311 the rotation support plate 318 is lowered from the position before the break with respect to the tip end portion of the rod 316. Therefore, the user of the door body 311 can confirm from the outside that the connection strength has decreased in the support structure 301.
