Description
したがって、本発明は、速硬性を有し、乾燥収縮ひずみが少ないセメント複合材を提供するものである。
〔1〕セメント、速硬性セメント混和材、セメント混和用ポリマー、凝結遅延剤及び絶乾密度が1.0~2.3g/cm3の軽量骨材を含有し、かつ前記セメント混和用ポリマーが、セメントと速硬性セメント混和材の合量100質量部に対して4~14質量部であるセメント複合材。
〔2〕前記軽量骨材が絶乾密度1.0~2.0g/cm3の粗骨材である〔1〕のセメント複合材。
〔3〕さらに、絶乾密度1.5~2.3g/cm3の細骨材を含む〔2〕のセメント複合材。
本発明はセメント、速硬性セメント混和材、セメント混和用ポリマー、凝結遅延剤及び絶乾密度が1.0~2.3g/cm3の軽量骨材を含有してなるセメント複合材である。
(1)セメント:普通ポルトランドセメント(太平洋セメント社製、密度;3.16g/cm3)
(2)速硬性セメント混和材:カルシウムアルミネート系急硬材(カルシウムアルミネート及び硫酸塩を含む、密度;2.93g/cm3)
(3)セメント混和用ポリマー:スチレンブタジエン系ポリマー(固形分45%、密度;1.00g/cm3)
(4)凝結遅延剤:クエン酸系遅延剤、水溶液として添加
(5)軽量骨材:a)人工軽量細骨材(絶乾密度1.68g/cm3)
b)人工軽量粗骨材(絶乾密度1.25g/cm3)
(6)通常骨材:a)静岡県掛川産山砂(絶乾密度2.51g/cm3)
b)茨城県桜川産砕石(絶乾密度2.61g/cm3)
(7)水:水道水
(1)圧縮強度
圧縮強度は、JIS A 1108に準拠し、20℃環境下でコンクリート供試体を材齢6時間における強度を測定した。
(2)乾燥収縮ひずみ
乾燥収縮ひずみは、JIS A 1129に準拠して行い、材齢182日まで測定した。
試験結果を表2に示す。ポリマー量は、セメントと速硬性セメント混和材の合量100質量部に対するポリマーの固形分換算量である。ポリマー量が所定の範囲内かつ、軽量コンクリートI種を配合(実施例1~4)においては、圧縮強度が材齢6時間で24N/mm2以上でかつ材齢182日の乾燥収縮ひずみはポリマー量に比例して増加した。軽量コンクリートII種を配合(実施例5)においてより顕著な結果となった。一方、通常骨材と用いた配合、ポリマー量が所定範囲外の配合のうち少なくとも一つが組み合わされる水準(比較例1~5)では、材齢6時間の圧縮強度が24N/mm2に達しないか、もしくは材齢182日の乾燥収縮ひずみが実施例と比べて大きくなった。
Claims (2)
- セメント、カルシウムアルミネート類を有効成分として含む速硬性セメント混和材、セメント混和用スチレンブタジエン系ポリマー、凝結遅延剤及び絶乾密度が1.0~1.5g/cm3の軽量粗骨材を含有し、かつ前記速硬性セメント混和材が、前記セメント100質量部に対して20~70質量部であり、前記セメント混和用スチレンブタジエン系ポリマーが、前記セメントと前記速硬性セメント混和材の合量100質量部に対して4~14質量部であり、前記凝結遅延剤が、前記セメントと前記速硬性セメント混和材の合量100質量部に対して0.05~2.0質量部であり、前記軽量粗骨材を含む軽量骨材の配合量が400~1400kg/m 3 、水の配合量が70~150kg/m 3 であり、さらに、材齢6時間の圧縮強度が24N/mm 2 以上、材齢182日の乾燥収縮ひずみが-15~90×10 -6 であることを特徴とする軽量コンクリート。
- さらに、絶乾密度が1.5~2.3g/cm3の軽量細骨材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軽量コンクリート。
