Claims (7)
- 複数のコンデンサと、
前記複数のコンデンサを保持している保持構造体と、
前記複数のコンデンサが実装されて、かつ前記保持構造体が固定された実装基板と、
前記実装基板に実装された発熱部品と、
を備え、
前記複数のコンデンサのそれぞれは、コンデンサ本体と、前記コンデンサ本体から延びるリード端子とを有し、
前記保持構造体は、
ベース部と、
ベース部に束ねられて前記複数のコンデンサを保持する複数の第1保持部と、
前記複数の第1保持部にそれぞれ連結された複数の第2保持部と、
前記ベース部の外縁から前記実装基板に向かって延出されて前記実装基板に固定された固定構造部と、
を有し、
前記複数のコンデンサの前記それぞれの前記コンデンサ本体は、前記複数の第1保持部の対応する1つに保持されており、
前記複数のコンデンサの前記それぞれの前記リード端子は、前記複数の第2保持部の対応する1つに保持されており、
前記実装基板には複数のスルーホールが設けられており、前記複数のコンデンサの前記それぞれの前記リード端子は前記複数のスルーホールのうちの対応する1つを貫通して、かつ前記複数のスルーホールのうちの対応する前記1つに接続されており、
前記複数の第2保持部の前記対応する1つには、前記スルーホールと一致した貫通軸に沿って延びる保持貫通孔が設けられ、
前記保持貫通孔の内壁は前記リード端子に接触している、車載電源装置。 - 前記実装基板は前記コンデンサに対向する実装面を有し、
前記複数の第2保持部は、前記実装基板の前記実装面と空間を介して対向している、請求項1に記載の車載電源装置。 - 前記コンデンサ本体は円柱形状を有し、
前記複数の第1保持部の前記対応する1つは円環形状を有してかつ前記複数のコンデンサの前記それぞれの前記コンデンサ本体を保持している、請求項1または2に記載の車載電源装置。 - 前記保持構造体は、前記複数の第1保持部から前記実装基板とは反対の方向にそれぞれ突出する複数の第1突起部をさらに有し、
前記複数のコンデンサの前記それぞれの前記コンデンサ本体は前記複数の第1突起部の対応する1つに接触する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車載電源装置。 - 前記保持構造体は、前記複数の第1保持部から前記実装基板に向かってそれぞれ突出する複数の第2突起部をさらに有し、
前記複数のコンデンサの前記それぞれの前記コンデンサ本体は前記複数の第2突起部の対応する1つに接触する、請求項4に記載の車載電源装置。 - 前記複数の第1突起部の前記対応する1つと前記複数の第2突起部の前記対応する1つとは前記コンデンサ本体の軸方向から見て互いに重なっていない、請求項5に記載の車載電源装置。
- 前記保持構造体は、前記複数の第1保持部から前記実装基板に向かってそれぞれ突出する複数の突起部をさらに有し、
前記複数のコンデンサの前記それぞれの前記コンデンサ本体は前記複数の突起部の対応する1つに接触する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車載電源装置。
