前記拍動間隔変換手段8で変換された拍動間隔像rの所定の値域を拍動間隔像空間とし、これを所定数Mで区間分けし、下式(2)により前記拍動間隔変換手段8により得られたN個の前記拍動間隔像rから前記エントロピーSを算出する。

前記拍動間隔変換手段8により得られたN個の前記拍動間隔像rのそれぞれの値r n を中心に所定の分布gを持たせ、下式(4)によりN個の分布gの和から得られる分布Gを正規化し、下式(5)により確率密度分布pを算出して、下式(6)により前記エントロピーSを算出する。

Claims (10)
- 請求項1~5いずれか1項に記載の心房細動検出システムにおいて、前記拍動間隔測定手段は拍動間隔測定用センサに設けられ、前記拍動間隔変換手段、前記エントロピー演算手段及び前記比較判定手段は解析器に設けられていることを特徴とする心房細動検出システム。
- 請求項6記載の心房細動検出システムにおいて、前記拍動間隔測定用センサは前記拍動間隔Rを前記解析器に送信する拍動間隔送信手段若しくは前記拍動間隔Rを保存する拍動間隔保存手段を有し、この拍動間隔測定用センサに設けられた前記拍動間隔送信手段若しくは前記拍動間隔保存手段を介して前記解析器に前記拍動間隔Rを入力することで心房細動を検出するように構成されていることを特徴とする心房細動検出システム。
- 請求項1~7いずれか1項に記載の心房細動検出システムにおいて、前記拍動間隔測定手段で測定された拍動間隔Rのうち期外収縮由来の拍動間隔を除外する期外収縮除外手段を備え、この期外収縮除外手段により期外収縮由来の拍動間隔を除外した拍動間隔Rを前記拍動間隔変換手段により変換した拍動間隔像rから前記エントロピー演算手段によりエントロピーSを算出するように構成されていることを特徴とする心房細動検出システム。
- 請求項8記載の心房細動検出システムにおいて、前記期外収縮除外手段は、前記拍動間隔測定手段で測定した前記拍動間隔Rとこの拍動間隔Rの平均値との差の大きさに基づいて期外収縮由来の拍動間隔を除外するように構成されていることを特徴とする心房細動検出システム。
