Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置10の概略構成図である。複合材料成形装置10は、図1に示すように、加圧ヘッド20と、磁場コイル30と、制御部40と、を備える。複合材料成形装置10は、強化繊維に反応前の樹脂を含浸させた反応前の複合材料2を、所定の大きさ及び所定の形状に成形しつつ、反応させる。樹脂は、加熱されることで軟化状態または半硬化状態から硬化状態に熱硬化反応する熱硬化性樹脂と、加熱されることで熱溶融反応する熱可塑性樹脂と、が例示される。以下において、樹脂は、熱硬化性樹脂と熱可塑性樹脂とを区別しない場合には、熱硬化性樹脂の熱硬化反応と熱可塑性樹脂の熱溶融反応とを、単に反応と称する。
図7は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置50の概略構成図である。第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置50は、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置10に対して加圧ヘッド20に発熱材層26が省略された構成である。なお、第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置50は、他の構成については、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置10と同様である。以下、第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置50における加圧ヘッド60について、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置10における加圧ヘッド20と区別するため、異なる符号を付して説明する。第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置50は、その他の第1の実施形態と同様の構成に第1の実施形態と同一の符号群を用い、その詳細な説明を省略する。
図8は、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置70の概略構成図である。第3の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置70は、第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置50に対して高熱伝導材層24の複合材料2の所定の領域4と対向する側に金属ナノコイルシート80がさらに配置され、磁場32を印加する磁場コイル30が、電場92を印加する電場印加部90に変更された構成である。なお、第3の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置70は、他の構成については、第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置50と同様である。以下、第3の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置70における制御部100について、それぞれ第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置50における制御部40と区別するため、異なる符号を付して説明する。第3の実施形態に係る複合材料成形装置70は、その他の第2の実施形態と同様の構成に第2の実施形態と同一の符号群を用い、その詳細な説明を省略する。

- 電気伝導性を有する強化繊維に反応前の樹脂を含浸させた反応前の複合材料の一方側に設けられる磁場コイルと前記複合材料を介して対向して前記複合材料の他方側に設けられる加圧ヘッドであって、
前記磁場コイルが印加する磁場に対して透明な材料で形成された加圧ヘッド本体と、
前記加圧ヘッド本体の前記複合材料と対向する側に設けられ、前記磁場コイルが印加する磁場に対して透明であり、かつ、前記複合材料よりも熱伝導率が高い材料で形成された高熱伝導材層と、
前記加圧ヘッド本体と前記高熱伝導材層との間に設けられ、前記磁場コイルが印加する磁場に応じて発熱し、かつ、前記複合材料よりも熱容量が低い材料で形成された発熱材層と、
を有することを特徴とする加圧ヘッド。 - 前記高熱伝導材層を形成する材料は、窒化アルミニウム、窒化珪素、サファイア、アルミナ、炭化珪素、及び、前記磁場コイルが印加する磁場に応じて渦電流が未発生となる一方向材を含むシート材料のうちいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加圧ヘッド。
- 前記発熱材層は、金属薄膜であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の加圧ヘッド。
- 前記高熱伝導材層及び前記発熱材層に対して前記加圧ヘッド本体がある側に設けられ、前記加圧ヘッド本体よりも熱伝導率が低い材料で形成された断熱材層と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の加圧ヘッド。
- 前記断熱材層は、樹脂材であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の加圧ヘッド。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の加圧ヘッドと、
前記複合材料に、前記複合材料の一方側から磁場を印加して、前記複合材料を加熱する磁場コイルと、
を備えることを特徴とする複合材料成形装置。 - 電気伝導性を有する強化繊維に反応前の樹脂を含浸させた反応前の複合材料に向けて磁場コイルを配置して、前記複合材料の一方側から磁場を印加して前記複合材料を加熱する加熱ステップと、
加圧ヘッドの高熱伝導材層が設けられた側を前記複合材料の他方側に向けて、前記複合材料の他方側から前記加圧ヘッドで加圧することで、前記複合材料を加圧するとともに、前記複合材料を均熱化する加圧均熱化ステップと、
を有し、
前記加熱ステップでは、前記加圧ヘッドの前記磁場コイルが印加する磁場に対して透明な材料で形成された加圧ヘッド本体と前記高熱伝導材層との間に設けられ、前記複合材料よりも熱容量が低い材料で形成された発熱材層が、前記磁場コイルが印加する磁場によって内部に弱い渦電流が誘起され、さらに前記発熱材層自体の電気抵抗によって内部に発熱を生じさせ、
前記加圧均熱化ステップでは、前記発熱が前記高熱伝導材層に伝達され、前記高熱伝導材層は、前記発熱の分だけ、全面に均熱化された前記複合材料の温度を上昇させる、
ことを特徴とする複合材料成形方法。
