Description
本発明の締結構造は、以下に説明するかしめボルトを用いて、肉薄の金属板と肉薄の被締結物とを締結したものである。図2は実施形態のかしめボルトを示す正面図、図3はその底面図である。これらの図に示されるように、本発明のかしめボルトは、頭部10と軸部11とを備え、軸部11にはおねじ12が形成されている。頭部10は扁平な形状である。

Claims (1)
- 肉薄の金属板と肉薄の被締結物とを、かしめボルトとナットにより締結した締結構造であって、
前記かしめボルトは、頭部と、おねじが形成された軸部とを備え、
軸部の上端にはリング状突起と、このリング状突起の頭部側に位置するリング溝とが形成されており、
頭部は扁平であって、その座面には放射状に延びる複数の腕部を備えた回り止め突起が、頭部の座面からtの厚みで突設されており、
前記回り止め突起の各腕部間の最小径Dは前記リング状突起の外径dよりも大きく形成されており、
前記回り止め突起の最小径部の縦断面積Aであるt×(D-d)/2を、前記リング溝の縦断面積以上とし、
前記リング状突起と前記おねじとの間の部分の軸部の外径d1を、前記おねじの谷径d2以下としたものであり、
前記かしめボルトは、肉薄の金属板の下穴に、前記座面と前記金属板とが接する向きで挿入され、そのリング溝に金属材料を塑性流動させた状態で肉薄の金属板にかしめ固定されており、
前記ナットは、前記かしめボルトのおねじとリング状突起との間に形成されたねじなし部を超えて軸部に深くねじ込まれ、軸部に挿入された被締結物に密着して締結していることを特徴とする締結構造。
