Description
図3に示すように、車幅方向に延びる基準軸AX1に対してつり目角θ2傾斜した方向に延びている前方レンズ体20に光拡散素子が設定されていない場合、例えば、ADB用光学系40aを構成するADB用光源42a~42dのうち一つの光源を点灯すると、図17(a)に示すADB用配光パターンPADBが仮想鉛直スクリーン上に形成される。
図18は、前方レンズ体20に設定された光拡散素子21aの一例である。
Claims (7)
- 所定方向に延びた前方レンズ体と、
前記前方レンズ体の後方に前記所定方向に沿って配置された複数の光学系と、を備え、
前記複数の光学系は、それぞれ、
前記前方レンズ体の後方に配置された後方レンズ部と、前記後方レンズ部の後方に配置され、前記後方レンズ部及び前記前方レンズ体をこの順に透過して前方に照射されてヘッドランプ用配光パターンを形成する光を発光する光源と、を備え、
前記後方レンズ部は、当該後方レンズ部を透過する前記光源からの光を第1方向に関し集光させるレンズ部で、
前記前方レンズ体は、当該前方レンズ体を透過する前記後方レンズ部からの光を前記第1方向に直交する第2方向に関し集光させるレンズ部で、
前記複数の光学系それぞれの前記光源の点灯状態を個別に制御する制御手段と、
所定状態を検出する検出手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記ヘッドランプ用配光パターンを形成する場合、第1電力で前記複数の光学系それぞれの前記光源の点灯状態を制御し、一方、前記検出手段が前記所定状態を検出した場合、前記第1電力より低い第2電力で前記複数の光学系それぞれの前記光源の点灯状態を予め定められた点灯パターンに従って個別に制御する車両用前照灯。 - 前記所定状態は、車両ドアを施錠する施錠信号又は開錠する開錠信号の受信である請求項1に記載の車両用前照灯。
- 前記点灯パターンは、順次点灯パターンである請求項1又は2に記載の車両用前照灯。
- 前記複数の光学系は、
前記前方レンズ体の後方に配置されたADB用後方レンズ部と、前記ADB用後方レンズ部の後方に配置され、前記ADB用後方レンズ部及び前記前方レンズ体をこの順に透過して前方に照射されてADB用配光パターンを形成する光を発光するN個のADB用光源と、を含むADB用光学系を含み、
前記制御手段は、前記検出手段が前記所定状態を検出した場合、前記N個のADB用光源を、それぞれ、前記第2電力/Nの電力で個別に制御する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用前照灯。 - 前記前方レンズ体は、前記所定方向に延びた入光面及びその反対側の、前記所定方向に延びた出光面を含み、
前記入光面は、前記複数の光学系からの光が前記前方レンズ体に入光する面で、
前記出光面は、前記入光面から入光した前記複数の光学系からの光が出光する面で、
前記入光面及び前記出光面のうち少なくとも一方は、前記所定方向に延びるシリンドリカル面である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用前照灯。 - 前記複数の光学系は、
前記前方レンズ体の後方に配置されたロービーム用後方レンズ部と、前記ロービーム用後方レンズ部の後方に配置され、前記ロービーム用後方レンズ部及び前記前方レンズ体をこの順に透過して前方に照射されてロービーム用配光パターンを形成する光を発光するロービーム用光源と、を含むロービーム用光学系、
前記前方レンズ体の後方に配置されたハイビーム用後方レンズ部と、前記ハイビーム用後方レンズ部の後方に配置され、前記ハイビーム用後方レンズ部及び前記前方レンズ体をこの順に透過して前方に照射されてハイビーム用配光パターンを形成する光を発光するハイビーム用光源と、を含むハイビーム用光学系、
前記前方レンズ体の後方に配置されたADB用後方レンズ部と、前記ADB用後方レンズ部の後方に配置され、前記ADB用後方レンズ部及び前記前方レンズ体をこの順に透過して前方に照射されてADB用配光パターンを形成する光を発光するADB用光源と、を含むADB用光学系のうち少なくとも一つを含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用前照灯。 - 前記複数の光学系は、複数のロービーム用光学系を含み、
前記複数のロービーム用光学系はそれぞれ、
前記前方レンズ体の後方に配置されたロービーム用後方レンズ部と、前記ロービーム用後方レンズ部の後方に配置され、前記ロービーム用後方レンズ部及び前記前方レンズ体をこの順に透過して前方に照射されてロービーム用配光パターンを形成する光を発光するロービーム用光源と、を含み、
前記制御手段は、前記検出手段が前記所定状態を検出した場合、あるタイミングで、前記複数のロービーム用光学系を構成する複数の前記ロービーム用光源のうち一部のロービーム用光源を点灯し、かつ、他の一部のロービーム用光源を消灯するように制御する請求項1に記載の車両用前照灯。
