Description
始めにS11では、制御装置7は、ガス化炉センサ群31からの検出信号に基づいてガス化炉30の最適な運転ポイントを算出する。ここでガス化炉30の運転ポイントとは、水供給装置32による水供給量、酸素供給装置33による酸素供給量、加熱装置34による投入熱量、及び水素供給ポンプ64による水素供給量を含む。また最適な運転ポイントとは、ガス化炉30から排出される合成ガスのH2/CO比が目標比となるような運転ポイントをいう。制御装置7には、ガス化炉センサ群31からの検出信号と最適な運転ポイントとを関連付ける基本マップが格納されており、制御装置7は、ガス化炉センサ群31からの検出信号に基づいて基本マップを検索することによって最適な運転ポイントを算出する。
(1)燃料製造システム1は、バイオマス原料をガス化し合成ガスを生成するガス化炉30と、合成ガスから液体燃料を製造する液体燃料製造装置4と、再生可能エネルギを用いて発電した電力によって水から水素を生成する電解装置60と、電解装置60によって生成された水素をガス化炉30内又はガス化炉30に至るバイオマス原料の原料供給路20内に供給する水素供給ポンプ64と、を備える。燃料製造システム1によれば、電解装置60によって生成した水素をガス化炉30内又は原料供給路20内に供給することにより、ガス化炉30内における一酸化炭素と水との反応を抑制できるので、特許文献1に示された発明よりもガス化炉30内における二酸化炭素の発生量を抑制することができる。また燃料製造システム1では、電解装置60によって生成した水素をガス化炉30内又は原料供給路20内に供給することにより、ガス化炉30から排出される合成ガスのH2/CO比を製造しようとする液体燃料に応じた目標比に調整できるので、従来のようなH2/CO比調整工程を積極的に設ける必要がない。また従来の液体燃料製造方法では、液体燃料を製造するために必要となる水素を、合成ガス中の一酸化炭素と水との反応等によって生成しており、これらの反応によって二酸化炭素が発生していたところ、本発明では再生可能エネルギを用いて発電した電力によって電解装置60によって水素を生成することにより、燃料製造システム1全体での二酸化炭素の発生量を抑制することができる。

Claims (6)
- バイオマス原料から液体燃料を製造する燃料製造システムであって、
バイオマス原料をガス化し水素及び一酸化炭素を含む合成ガスを生成するガス化炉を備えるガス化装置と、
前記ガス化装置によって生成された合成ガスから液体燃料を製造する液体燃料製造装置と、
再生可能エネルギを用いて発電した電力によって水から水素を生成する電解装置と、
前記電解装置によって生成された水素を貯留する水素タンクと、
前記水素タンク内の水素残量を取得する水素残量取得手段と、
前記水素タンクに貯留された水素を前記ガス化装置に供給する水素供給装置と、
前記水素残量が所定量より多い場合、前記ガス化炉内における反応によって生成される合成ガスのH2/CO比を減少させるとともに前記水素供給装置による水素供給量を増加させる水素使用量増量制御を実行する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記水素使用量増量制御及び再生可能エネルギを用いて発電した電力を売電するとともに前記電解装置による水素生成量を減少させる水素生成量減量制御の何れかを選択的に実行可能であり、
前記制御装置は、前記水素使用量増量制御を実行した場合によって得られる第1利益及び前記水素生成量減量制御を実行した場合によって得られる第2利益を算出し、前記第1利益が前記第2利益よりも大きい場合には前記水素使用量増量制御を実行し、前記第1利益が前記第2利益よりも小さい場合には前記水素生成量減量制御を実行することを特徴とする燃料製造システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記水素使用量増量制御を実行したと仮定した場合に、前記ガス化炉への投入熱量を減少させることによって得られる利益と、前記ガス化炉内における合成ガスの生成効率を上昇させることによって得られる利益と、に基づいて前記第1利益を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料製造システム。
- バイオマス原料から液体燃料を製造する燃料製造システムであって、
バイオマス原料をガス化炉内で加熱し水素及び一酸化炭素を含む合成ガスを生成するガス化装置と、
前記ガス化装置によって生成された合成ガスから液体燃料を製造する液体燃料製造装置と、
再生可能エネルギを用いて発電した電力によって水から水素を生成する電解装置と、
前記電解装置によって生成された水素を貯留する水素タンクと、
前記水素タンク内の水素残量を取得する水素残量取得手段と、
前記水素タンクに貯留された水素を前記ガス化装置に供給する水素供給装置と、
前記水素残量が所定量未満である場合、前記ガス化炉内における反応によって生成される合成ガスのH2/CO比を増加させるとともに前記水素供給装置による水素供給量を減少させる水素使用量減量制御を実行する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記水素使用量減量制御及び電力を買電するとともに前記電解装置による水素生成量を増加させる水素生成量増量制御の何れかを選択的に実行可能であり、
前記制御装置は、前記水素使用量減量制御を実行した場合における二酸化炭素の第1増加量及び前記水素生成量増量制御を実行した場合における二酸化炭素の第2増加量を算出し、前記第1増加量が前記第2増加量よりも少ない場合には前記水素使用量減量制御を実行し、前記第1増加量が前記第2生成量よりも多い場合には前記水素生成量増量制御を実行することを特徴とする燃料製造システム。 - 前記水素供給装置は、前記ガス化炉内又は前記ガス化装置のうち前記ガス化炉に至るバイオマス原料の原料供給路内に水素を供給することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の燃料製造システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記水素供給装置による水素供給量を制御し、前記ガス化炉から排出される合成ガスのH2/CO比を所定比に調整することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料製造システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記ガス化炉内におけるバイオマス原料の種類に応じて前記水素供給装置による水素供給量を変えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料製造システム。
