また、このような構成とすれば、検知電極と他の部位(例えば接地電位の部位)との容量結合を低減できる。
上記実施形態では、ドア2が板金で形成されている場合であっても、ドア2においてセンサ部10を形成する領域を非導電性部材で覆っておくと良いとして説明した。例えば、筐体3が導電性部材である場合には、図4に示されるように、検知電極11と筐体3との間に、一対の絶縁層(「第3絶縁層15」及び「第4絶縁層16」とする)で挟まれた容量結合防止電極17が、更に設けられていると好適である。なお、この容量結合防止電極17には、容量結合防止電極13と同様に、交流電圧V2を印加すると好適である。これにより、筐体3による静電容量の影響を抑制できる。

Claims (4)
- 筐体の表面を覆うようにシート状に設けられた導電性の検知電極と、
前記検知電極を覆うように積層される絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層における、前記検知電極において予め設定された検知領域以外の非検知領域を覆う領域に積層される容量結合防止電極と、
前記検知電極に交流電圧を印加し、前記検知電極の静電容量の変化に基づいて前記検知領域に人が触れたことを検知する検知制御部と、
を備え、
前記容量結合防止電極は、前記交流電圧が印加されている車両用人検出装置。 - 前記検知電極と前記筐体との間に、一対の絶縁層で挟まれた容量結合防止電極が、更に設けられている請求項1に記載の車両用人検出装置。
- 前記検知電極は、容量結合された検知電極用駆動電極を介して前記交流電圧が印加される請求項1又は2に記載の車両用人検出装置。
- 前記検知電極に印加される前記交流電圧と、前記容量結合防止電極に印加される前記交流電圧とは、互いに電圧値及び位相が等しい請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用人検出装置。
