Description
Claims (16)
- 血液酸素付加装置システムが、電池電源で操作するモードと交流電源で操作するモードを含む2つの操作モードの1つで第1と第2のガス流ルートの間のバルブ付き網状管を通るガス流を選択的に供給する、血液酸素供給のための酸素豊富なガスを提供する方法であって、
前記第1のガス流ルートは、血液酸素付加装置からの排気ガスを酸素供給ユニットへ戻し、不純物を除いて二酸化炭素を取り除き、その後、前記血液酸素付加装置を通って移送された酸素の量を置換するのに十分な酸素濃縮器からの追加の酸素の流れと共に前記血液酸素付加装置に再循環され、
前記第2のガス流ルートは、前記酸素濃縮器から前記血液酸素付加装置へ酸素豊富なガスの供給を引き起こすように、使い捨て炭酸ガス吸収装置を迂回する、方法。 - 前記酸素濃縮器からの酸素は、前記第1のガス流ルートに毎分0.5リットルから毎分1リットルの割合で供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のガス流ルートの酸素が追加される前の前記ガス流は、毎分4.5リットルから毎分9リットルである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素濃縮器からの酸素は、前記第2のガス流ルートに毎分2リットルから毎分6リットルの割合で供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記血液酸素付加装置システムは、前記血液酸素付加装置から二酸化炭素が高められたガス流と前記第2のガス流ルートの前記酸素濃縮器からの酸素を組み合わせる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化炭素が高められたガス流は、毎分3リットルから毎分6リットルの割合で流れる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 酸素豊富なガス流を受け、二酸化炭素が高められたガス流を発生する血液酸素付加装置のための酸素供給ユニットであって、
酸素濃縮器と、
使い捨て炭酸ガス吸収装置と、
電池電源と、
交流電源と、
前記電池電源と前記交流電源の1つを現在操作することに基づいて、第1と第2のガス流ルートの間のバルブ付き網状管を通るガス流を選択的に供給するように構成された電源制御と、を備え、
前記第1のガス流ルートは、前記血液酸素付加装置からの排気ガスを前記酸素供給ユニットへ戻し、不純物を除いて二酸化炭素を取り除き、その後、前記血液酸素付加装置を通って移送された酸素の量を置換するのに十分な前記酸素濃縮器からの追加の酸素の流れと共に前記血液酸素付加装置に再循環され、
前記第2のガス流ルートは、前記酸素濃縮器から前記血液酸素付加装置へ酸素豊富なガスの供給を引き起こすように、前記使い捨て炭酸ガス吸収装置を迂回する、酸素供給ユニット。 - さらに筐体を備え、
前記酸素濃縮器、前記使い捨て炭酸ガス吸収装置、前記電源制御、前記バルブ付き網状管は、前記筐体の中に配置される、請求項7に記載の酸素供給ユニット。 - 前記筐体は、前記筐体を使用者によって引いたり押したりできるように構成された車輪を備える、請求項8に記載の酸素供給ユニット。
- 前記酸素濃縮器は、電気的に駆動される内部コンプレッサを有する圧力スイング酸素濃縮器を備える、請求項7に記載の酸素供給ユニット。
- 前記使い捨て炭酸ガス吸収装置は、吸収媒体を有するキャニスタを含む、請求項7に記載の酸素供給ユニット。
- 前記吸収媒体は、ソーダ石灰、Litholyme(登録商標)、Sodasorb(登録商標)、Medisorb(登録商標)LF、及びAmsorb(登録商標)を備える請求項11に記載の酸素供給ユニット。
- 前記バルブ付き網状管は、前記使い捨て炭酸ガス吸収装置を前記ガス流が通る前の前記二酸化炭素が高められたガス流から水分を取り除く除湿機を備える、請求項7に記載の酸素供給ユニット。
- 前記バルブ付き網状管は、さらに前記二酸化炭素が高められたガス流を流すためのポンプを備える、請求項13に記載の酸素供給ユニット。
- 請求項7に記載の酸素供給ユニットと、
患者が身につけるように構成されたポンプ血液人工肺ユニットを備える装置。 - さらに、酸素豊富なガス流の管、二酸化炭素が高められたガス流の管、及び前記ポンプ血液人工肺ユニットのポンプを前記酸素供給ユニットの前記電源制御と接続する電線を含むアンビリカルケーブルを備える、請求項15に記載の装置。
