Description
Claims (15)
- 共通電極及び複数の個別電極を含む液体レンズと、
前記液体レンズの界面を制御するために前記液体レンズに駆動電圧を供給する電圧制御回路と、
前記液体レンズの前記共通電極と前記複数の個別電極の少なくとも一つの個別間のキャパシタンスを算出する静電容量測定回路と、
前記静電容量測定回路と前記液体レンズの間に配置される第1スイッチとを含み、
前記第1スイッチの一端は前記液体レンズ及び前記電圧制御回路と電気的に連結され、
前記電圧制御回路は、前記静電容量測定回路で算出された前記キャパシタンスによる情報によって前記駆動電圧を制御する、液体レンズ制御装置。 - 前記静電容量測定回路は、前記複数の個別電極のそれぞれと前記共通電極間の前記キャパシタンスを算出する、請求項1に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記駆動電圧によって前記界面の形状が変更されれば、前記共通電極にグラウンド電圧が印加された後、前記共通電極がフローティング(floating)された状態で、前記第1スイッチをオン(ON)にし、前記複数の個別電極の少なくとも1個の個別電極の電圧が第1電圧から前記第1電圧より低い第2電圧に変更される区間で前記キャパシタンスを算出する、請求項1又は2に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記第2電圧はグラウンド電圧である、請求項3に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記第1スイッチがオン(ON)されるうち前記共通電極はフローティングされる、請求項4に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記電圧制御回路と前記第1スイッチとの間、及び前記電圧制御回路と前記液体レンズとの間に配置される第3スイッチを含み、
前記第3スイッチは前記共通電極に共通電極電圧を供給するうちにオン(ON)され、前記静電容量測定回路が前記キャパシタンスを算出するうちにオフ(OFF)される、請求項3に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。 - 前記電圧制御回路が前記液体レンズを動作させるための前記駆動電圧を前記液体レンズに供給するうちに前記第1スイッチはオフ(Off)になる、請求項1に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記電圧制御回路は、前記液体レンズを駆動するための電圧を発生し、前記共通電極と前記少なくとも一つの個別電極間の前記キャパシタンスを測定するための電荷を蓄積する、請求項1に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記静電容量測定回路は基準キャパシタを含み、前記基準キャパシタを用いて前記共通電極と前記少なくとも一つの個別電極間の前記キャパシタンスを算出する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記静電容量測定回路は前記共通電極に連結される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記電圧制御回路は、前記共通電極に共通電極電圧を供給する第1電圧制御回路と、
前記複数の個別電極に個別電極電圧を供給する第2電圧制御回路とを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。 - 前記第1電圧制御回路は、前記共通電極にグラウンド電圧を印加するための第2スイッチを含む、請求項11に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記静電容量測定回路は前記キャパシタンスによる情報を前記電圧制御回路に伝達する、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記静電容量測定回路で算出された前記キャパシタンスによる情報は電圧値又はキャパシタンス値である、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
- 前記静電容量測定回路は前記キャパシタンスを前記電圧制御回路にフィードバックし、
前記電圧制御回路は前記フィードバックされたキャパシタンスを用いて前記駆動電圧を制御する、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の液体レンズ制御装置。
