<1.1.概要>
<1. First Embodiment>
<1.1. Overview>
Hereinafter, the lighting fixture 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the lighting fixture 1 has a long shape as an example, is mounted on a ceiling surface as an example of a mounting target, and irradiates the indoor side with light. The lighting fixture 1 includes a fixture main body 2 and a light source unit 3.

光源ユニット3は、光源の一例としてLED(Light Emitting Diode)を備えた長尺状の部材である。 As shown in FIG. 2, the instrument main body 2 has a box-like appearance in which a storage recess 22 as an example of a recess is formed on one surface, and the housing 21 constituting the appearance is formed by bending a sheet metal or the like. Is formed. The light source unit 3 is a long member provided with an LED (Light Emitting Diode) as an example of a light source.

As shown in FIG. 2, the light source unit 3 has a cover portion 33 made of resin. The light source unit 3 is attached in a state in which at least a part of the light source unit 3 is accommodated in the accommodating recess 22 in a direction of irradiating light toward the outside of the luminaire 1. Regarding accommodation, the instrument main body 2 includes spring receivers 24 and 25 on a bottom surface portion 221 facing the opening surface in the accommodation recess 22. Further, the light source unit 3 includes a power supply unit 34, a mounting spring portion 35, a mounting spring portion 36, and a fixing member 37 on a surface facing the bottom surface portion 221 in a state of being accommodated in the accommodating recess 22. In the light source unit 3, the vicinity of the center in the longitudinal direction in which the heavy power supply unit 34 is located is heavier than other portions such as the vicinity of the end portion in the longitudinal direction.

When accommodating the light source unit 3 in the instrument main body 2, the user first engages the mounting spring portion 35 with the spring receiver 24, and then engages the mounting spring portion 36 with the spring receiver 25. In that state, when the user brings the light source unit 3 closer to the bottom surface portion 221 of the accommodating recess 22, the light source unit 3 is moved to the back of the accommodating recess 22, that is, toward the bottom surface portion 221 due to the elastic force of the mounting spring portions 35 and 36. The light source unit 3 is fixed to the instrument main body 2 in a state where a part of the light source unit 3 is accommodated in the accommodating recess 22. A fixing member 37 is provided near the center of the light source unit 3. The fixing member 37 is a spring member, and when the light source unit 3 is housed in the instrument body 2, it elastically urges and frictionally engages with the long side side surface portions 222 and 223 constituting the housed recess 22. As a result, the vicinity of the center of the light source unit 3 is firmly fixed to the accommodating recess 22, so that the vicinity of the center of the light source unit 3 bends due to weight or the like, and there is a gap between the light source unit 3 and the accommodating recess 22. Can be prevented.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, the holes of the instrument main body 2 are passed through the suspension bolts 6a and 7a extending from the ceiling side, and the instrument main body 2 is fixed to the ceiling with the suspension bolts 6b and 7b. The instrument body 2 may be fixed with screws from below without using hanging bolts. Next, the power cable 8 is connected to the power terminal block 27.

Next, the mounting spring portion 35 on the light source unit 3 side is hung on the spring receiver 24 on the instrument body 2 side. Similarly, the mounting spring portion 36 is hung on the spring receiver 25. In this state, the connector of the power cord (not shown) extending from the terminal block of the instrument main body 2 and the connector of the power cord (not shown) extending from the light source unit 3 are connected. Then, as shown in FIG. 7B, the light source unit 3 is pushed up.

In addition, in order to make the explanation easy to understand, in FIGS. 7 (b) and 7 (c), the configuration other than the fixing member 37 and the support 31 is omitted for the light source unit 3, and the accommodation recess for the instrument main body 2. Configurations other than 22 are omitted. The same applies to FIGS. 8 to 10.

When the light source unit 3 is pushed up into the accommodating recess 22 of the instrument body 2 from the state where the light source unit 3 and the instrument body 2 are separated as shown in FIG. 7 (b), as shown in FIG. 7 (c). , The spring portions 37d and 37e of the fixing member 37 are elastically deformed so as to approach each other, and elastically urge the long side side surface portions 222 and 223 constituting the accommodating recess 22, and the support 31 opens the instrument main body 2. It is pressed against the edge 228 and comes into contact with it.

At this time, the spring portion 37d is frictionally engaged with the long side side surface portion 222, and the spring portion 37e is frictionally engaged with the long side side surface portion 223. These urging forces and frictional forces strengthen the fixing of the light source unit 3 to the fixture body 2. In this way, the light source unit 3 is firmly fixed to the instrument main body 2 particularly in the vicinity of the center in the longitudinal direction, so that the light source unit 3 is caused by the weight of the light source unit 3 (particularly, in the vicinity of the center in the longitudinal direction in which the power supply unit 34 is arranged). It does not bend and there is no gap between the light source unit 3 and the accommodating recess 22. Therefore, in the luminaire 1, a gap is unlikely to occur between the light source unit 3 and the luminaire main body 2, and a beautiful appearance can be realized even when looking up from the lateral direction, which is the outside of the luminaire.

<2. Second embodiment>
In the first embodiment, the long side side surface portions 222 and 223 of the accommodating recess 22 are configured to be flat, and the long side side surface portion 222 and the spring portion 37d are frictionally engaged, and the long side side surface portion 223 and the spring portion 37e are engaged with each other. In this case, the light source unit 3 and the instrument main body 2 were firmly fixed, but the present invention is not limited to this.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, protrusions 231 and 232 may be provided on the long side side surface portion 222 and the long side side surface portion 223.

When the light source unit 3 is pushed up into the accommodating recess 22 of the instrument body 2 from the state where the light source unit 3 and the instrument body 2 are separated as shown in FIG. 8 (a), as shown in FIG. 8 (b). , The spring portions 37d and 37e of the fixing member 37 are elastically deformed so as to approach each other, and elastically urge the long side side surface portions 222 and 223 constituting the accommodating recess 22, and the support 31 opens the instrument main body 2. It is pressed against the edge 228 and comes into contact with it.

At this time, the protruding portion 231 comes into contact with a part of the spring portion 37d, and the spring portion 37d and the protruding portion 231 are frictionally engaged with each other. The protruding portion 232 comes into contact with a part of the spring portion 37e, and the spring portion 37e and the protruding portion 232 are frictionally engaged with each other. As a result, since the number of frictionally engaged portions increases as compared with the first embodiment, the light source unit 3 and the instrument main body 2 can be more firmly fixed.

Further, since the spring portion 37e is placed on the upper surface of the protruding portion 231 and the spring portion 37d is placed on the upper surface of the protruding portion 232, the portion of the fixture body 2 that supports the light source unit 3 from below increases, and the fixture is mounted. The load of the light source unit 3 applied to the main body 2 is distributed to a plurality of portions.

Therefore, the possibility that the light source unit 3 is bent due to the weight of the light source unit 3 is further reduced, and the possibility that a gap is formed between the light source unit 3 and the accommodating recess 22 can be further reduced.

<3. Third Embodiment>

9A and 9B, recesses 235 and 236 may be provided in the long side side surface portion 223 and the long side side surface portion.

When the light source unit 3 is pushed up into the accommodating recess 22 of the instrument body 2 from the state where the light source unit 3 and the instrument body 2 are separated as shown in FIG. 9 (a), as shown in FIG. 9 (b). , The spring portions 37d and 37e of the fixing member 37 are elastically deformed so as to approach each other, and elastically urge the long side side surface portions 222 and 223 constituting the accommodating recess 22, and the support 31 opens the instrument main body 2. It is pressed against the edge 228 and comes into contact with it.

At this time, the outwardly protruding portions of the spring portion 37d and the spring portion 37e are fitted into the recesses 235 and the recesses 236, respectively, and are frictionally engaged with each other. As a result, since the number of frictionally engaged portions increases as compared with the first embodiment, the light source unit 3 and the instrument main body 2 can be more firmly fixed.

Further, since the spring portion 37e is placed on the lower surface of the recess 235 and the spring portion 37d is placed on the lower surface of the recess 236, the light source unit 3 is supported from below in the fixture body 2. The number of portions increases, and the load of the light source unit 3 applied to the fixture main body 2 is distributed to a plurality of portions.

Therefore, the possibility that the light source unit 3 is bent due to the weight of the light source unit 3 is further reduced, and the possibility that a gap is formed between the light source unit 3 and the accommodating recess 22 can be further reduced.

Instead of the recesses 235 and 236, holes may be provided in the long side side surface portions 222 and 223. In this case as well, as in the case of the concave portion, the outwardly protruding portions of the spring portion 37d and the spring portion 37e are fitted into the holes and are frictionally engaged.

<4. Fourth Embodiment>

10A and 10B, the long side side surface portion 222a and the long side side surface portion 223a of the long side side surface portion 222a and the long side side surface portion 223a as the opening approaches downward. It may be sloped so that the intervals are narrowed.

When the light source unit 3 is pushed up into the accommodating recess 22 of the instrument body 2 from the state where the light source unit 3 and the instrument body 2 are separated as shown in FIG. 10 (a), as shown in FIG. 10 (b). , The spring portions 37d and 37e of the fixing member 37 are elastically deformed so as to approach each other, and elastically urge the long side side surface portions 222a and 223a constituting the accommodating recess 22, and the support 31 opens the instrument main body 2. It is pressed against the edge 228 and comes into contact with it.

Further, the spring portion 37e is placed on the contact portion with the long side side surface portion 222a, and the spring portion 37d is placed on the contact portion with the long side side surface portion 223a. The portion to be supported from the spring increases, and the load of the light source unit 3 applied to the fixture main body 2 is distributed to a plurality of portions.

Therefore, the possibility that the light source unit 3 is bent due to the weight of the light source unit 3 is further reduced, and the possibility that a gap is formed between the light source unit 3 and the accommodating recess 22 can be further reduced.

<5. Fifth Embodiment>
In the above embodiment, one fixing member 37 is used as the fixing member in the lighting fixture 1. However, it suffices if the number of fixing members is determined so that the light source unit 3 does not bend as expected from the total length, weight, weight balance, position of the mounting spring, etc. of the light source unit 3, and FIG. 11 ( As shown in a) and FIG. 11 (b), two fixing members 37 and a fixing member 39 may be used, or three or more fixing members may be used. The fixing member 39 has the same configuration as the fixing member 37 described above.

Further, in the above embodiment, the lighting fixture 1 uses two mounting spring portions 35 and 36 as mounting spring portions, but the present invention is not limited to this, as shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b). , Three mounting spring portions 35, 36 and 38 may be used, or four or more mounting spring portions may be used. The number of mounting spring portions may be appropriately determined so that the light source unit 3 and the instrument main body 2 can be fixed, as in the case of the fixing member.

<6. Sixth Embodiment>
In the above embodiment, the fixing member 37 is provided on the light source unit 3 side, but it is sufficient if the light source unit 3 can be fixed to the fixture main body 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, the fixture main body 2a includes the fixing member 377. May be.

In FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b), only the fixing member 377 is shown with respect to the instrument body 2a in order to make it easier to understand the explanation of the frictional engagement between the instrument body (2a) and the light source unit (3a). As for the light source unit 3a, only the light source unit 32 in which a plurality of light sources 322 (light source 322a, light source 322b, ...) Are arranged on the recess 2200, the cover unit 33, and the light source substrate 321 and the power supply unit 34 are shown. ing. The instrument body 2a is attached to the ceiling surface 5.

The recess 2200 is formed by the second long side side surface portion 2220 and 2230 standing upright from the long side of the long bottom surface portion 2210 and the short side side surface portion (not shown) standing up from the short side of the bottom surface portion 2210.

When the recess 2200 of the light source unit 3a is pushed up so as to accommodate the fixing member 377 of the instrument body 2a from the state where the instrument body 2a and the light source unit 3a are separated as shown in FIG. As shown in b), the spring portions 377d and 377e of the fixing member 377 are elastically deformed so as to approach each other, and elastically urge the second long side side surface portions 2220 and 2230 constituting the recess 2200 to elastically urge the recess 2200. The open end edge 2280 of the above is pressed against the instrument body 2a and comes into contact with it.

At this time, the spring portion 377d is frictionally engaged with the second long side side surface portion 2220, and the spring portion 377e is frictionally engaged with the second long side side surface portion 2230. Due to these urging forces and frictional forces, the light source unit 3a is firmly fixed to the fixture body 2a.

In this way, since the light source unit 3a is firmly fixed in the vicinity of the position where the fixing member 377 is arranged in the fixture body 2a, a gap is unlikely to occur between the light source unit 3a and the fixture body 2a, and the lighting fixture Even when looking up from the side, which is the outside, a beautiful appearance can be achieved.

The light source unit 32 is arranged on the lower surface of the bottom surface portion 2210, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the light source unit 32 may be attached to a heat sink or the like separate from the bottom surface portion 2210.

Further, on the side surface portion of the second long side in the sixth embodiment, the protruding portion described in the second embodiment, the concave portion described in the third embodiment, and the open end described in the fourth embodiment. The technical idea relating to a plurality of fixing members in the fifth embodiment, which is a shape in which the spacing becomes narrower as the edge is approached, may be applied.

<7. Modification example Other>
Although the embodiment of the luminaire according to the present invention has been described above, the illustrated luminaire can be modified as follows, for example, and the present invention is limited to the luminaire as shown in the above embodiment. Of course not.

(1) In the above-described embodiment, the fixing member 37 is composed of one member, but is not limited to this, and may be composed of two or more members. For example, as shown in FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b), two fixing members of the fixing member 371 and the fixing member 372 may be used.

The fixing member 371 and the fixing member 372 are obtained by removing the main plate portion 37a from the fixing member 37, and a screw hole 37p is formed in the sub plate portion 37b and a screw hole 37q is formed in the sub plate portion 37c. .. The fixing member 371 is arranged at a position where the screw hole 37p overlaps the screw hole 31p, and is screwed to the upper surface of the support 31 using the screw 39a. The fixing member 372 is arranged at a position where the screw hole 37q overlaps the screw hole 31q, and is screwed to the upper surface of the support 31 using the screw 39b.

(2) In the above-described embodiment and modification, the fixing member 37 stands up substantially vertically from the elongated sub-plate portions 37b and 37c, and the spring portions 37d and 37e bent outward so that the tip has elasticity. However, the shape is not limited to this, and any shape that can be elastically urged to the side surface of the long side of the accommodating recess and can be frictionally engaged is sufficient. For example, as shown in FIG. 14 as the spring portion 375d and the spring portion 375e, the spring portion may be bent inward so that the spring portion can be elastically urged and frictionally engaged with the long side side surface portion of the accommodating recess. In this case, the fixing member 375 can reduce the number of times the metal plate is bent as compared with the fixing member 37.

(3) The lighting fixture 1 may be installed not on the ceiling but on a bar fitting such as a raceway.

(4) The configuration of each part of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and modification, and various modifications can be made within the technical scope described in the claims. For example, the configuration of each part of the lighting fixture can be applied to various lighting fixtures which are not limited to the lighting fixture related to the LED.

(5) The above-described embodiment and each modification may be partially combined.
