Description
a)通気性シート体を製造するステップ;
b)前記シート体の少なくとも1つの面を、水蒸気透過性の薄いポリマーフィルムでラミネートするステップ;
c)ラミネートされたシート体を、3次元コルゲーションパターンを示す所望の形状に成形するステップ
を含んでなるエンタルピー交換素子の製造方法を与える。
この任意の第1のステップc1)は、エンタルピー交換素子の全体の剛性に寄与する。
結果として、任意の第1のステップc1)および必要な第2のステップc2)は、二重コルゲーションおよび強化された剛性を有するエンタルピー交換素子を与える。
1)水流交絡および/もしくはスパンレース;ならびに/または
2)表面のテクスチャー加工;ならびに/または
3)第2もしくは主要コルゲーションパターンの幾何学的形状に適合するパターンを有するグリッド構造の統合を、後続のラミネーションの前に、まだラミネートされていないシート体に適用し得る。
製造されるエンタルピー交換素子E、E’の所定のコルゲーションパターン5を共に規定する第1のコルゲーション構造を有する少なくとも第1の金型部分(例えば低位の工具、図示せず)を、熱成形ステップS3で使用する。少なくとも第1の金型部分に加えて、製造されるエンタルピー交換素子E、E’の所定のコルゲーションパターンを共に規定する第1のコルゲーション構造および/または真空成形に相補的な第2のコルゲーションパターン構造を有する第2の金型部分(例えば上位の工具、図示せず)を、熱成形ステップS3で使用する。

Claims (16)
- エンタルピー交換素子(E、E’)の製造方法であって、以下のステップ:
a)通気性シート体(1)を製造するステップ;
b)前記通気性シート体(1)の少なくとも1つの面(1a、1b)を水蒸気透過性の薄いポリマーフィルム(3、4)でラミネートするステップ;
c)ラミネートされたシート体(1)を3次元コルゲーションパターン(5、5、・・・)を示す所望の形状に成形するステップ、
を含み、前記通気性シート体(1)がポリマーを含み、布であり、前記薄いポリマーフィルムは、個々の水分子の溶液拡散輸送メカニズムを示すモノリス無孔質膜であり、該モノリス無孔質膜の最大伸びは100%〜300%であり、
少なくとも3つ以上のエンタルピー交換素子が、それぞれのコルゲーションパターンを平行な方向にして、互いに積み重ねられて固定されており、流体が流れるようにする平行な流体路を形成する、
前記方法。 - 前記布の繊維(6)の一部分が、多成分繊維である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ラミネートするステップb)が、前記薄いポリマーフィルム(3、4)を前記シート体(1)に接着、溶接、および貼着することのうち1つ以上を含んでなる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記シート体(1)の前記少なくとも1つの面(1a、1b)上の少なくとも1つの前記薄いポリマーフィルム(3、4)が、非通気性ポリマーフィルムである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記薄いポリマーフィルム(3、4)が、様々なポリマーの種類のポリマー層の連続を含んでなる多層フィルムである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各ポリマー層のポリマーの種類が、ポリエーテルエステル、ポリエーテルアミド、およびポリエーテルウレタンからなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 薄いポリマー多層フィルムの全体の厚さが、5μm〜200μmである、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記薄いポリマー多層フィルム内の個々のポリマー層の厚さが、1μm〜20μmである、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形するステップc)が、熱成形ステップである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製造される前記エンタルピー交換素子(E、E’)の所定のコルゲーションパターンを規定または共に規定する第1のコルゲーション構造を有する少なくとも第1の金型部分を、前記熱成形ステップc)のために設け、前記熱成形ステップc)で使用する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 製造される前記エンタルピー交換素子(E、E’)の前記所定のコルゲーションパターンを共に規定する第1のコルゲーション構造に相補的な第2のコルゲーション構造を有する第2の金型部分を、前記熱成形ステップc)のために設け、前記熱成形ステップc)で使用する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 加圧空気源に連結されたノズルを、前記熱成形ステップc)のために設け、前記熱成形ステップc)で使用する、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズルを、前記第1の金型部分および/または前記第2の金型部分の近くに設ける、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 通気性シート体(1)および所定の三次元コルゲーションパターン(5、5、・・・)を含むエンタルピー交換器であって、第1の薄いポリマーフィルム(3)が、前記シート体(1)の第1の面(1a)にラミネートされており、かつ/または第2の薄いポリマーフィルム(4)が、前記シート体(1)の第2の面(1b)にラミネートされており、両方の薄いポリマーフィルム(3、4)が水蒸気透過性を有し、前記通気性シート体(1)がポリマーを含み、布であり、前記薄いポリマーフィルム(3)は、個々の水分子の溶液拡散輸送メカニズムを示すモノリス無孔質膜であり、該モノリス無孔質膜の最大伸びは100%〜300%であり、
少なくとも3つ以上のエンタルピー交換素子が、それぞれのコルゲーションパターンを平行な方向にして、互いに積み重ねられて固定されており、流体が流れるようにする平行な流体路を形成する、
前記エンタルピー交換器。 - 前記第1の薄いポリマーフィルム(3)および前記第2の薄いポリマーフィルム(4)が、互いに同一である、請求項14に記載のエンタルピー交換器。
- 前記第1の薄いポリマーフィルム(3)および前記第2の薄いポリマーフィルム(4)が、互いに異なる、請求項14に記載のエンタルピー交換器。
