Description
1)スリーブの部分と接触していない、機械的要素の貫通孔を有する表面とツールを接触させるステップと、
2)ボルトがスリーブに対して軸方向に移動させられるように且つテーパ面が互いの上へ推進されるように、ツールを介してボルトに第1の軸方向の力を与えるステップと、
3)ナットがそのそれぞれの機械的要素と接触するようにナットを締めるステップと、
を含む。この実施形態の方法は、
4)ナットと、ツールが位置決めされる側に配置される機械的要素の表面と、の間の摩擦力が減少されるように、ボルトに第2の力を与えることによってボルト装置に予め負荷をかけるためにツールをさらに使用するステップと、
5)前記ナットと機械的要素との間の増大した摩擦力が実現されるようにナットを締めるステップと、
をさらに含む。方法の一実施形態では、ツールが表面を押圧すると軸方向の間隙が作り出され、その後、軸方向の間隙がなくなるようにナットが締められる。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの機械的要素(41,42)を接続するためのボルト装置(10)であって、
ボルト(20)の長手方向(A)に延在する外側円周面(21)を有するボルト(20)と、
スリーブ(30)の第1の軸方向端部(33)と第2の軸方向端部(34)との間で前記スリーブ(30)の長手方向(A)に延在する外側円周面(31)及び内側円周面(32)を有するスリーブ(30)であって、前記内側円周面(32)が、少なくとも前記スリーブ(30)の長手方向(A)においてテーパ形状を有する、スリーブ(30)と、
を備え、
前記ボルト(20)の前記外側円周面(21)の部分(22)が、前記スリーブ(30)の前記内側円周面(32)の前記テーパ形状と本質的に適合する対応するテーパ形状を有し、
前記スリーブが、前記第1の軸方向端部(33)及び前記第2の軸方向端部(34)の一方において径方向外側に延在する部分(35)を有し、
前記ボルト(20)の前記外側円周面(21)が、前記テーパ形状を有する前記ボルトの前記部分(22)の軸方向の少なくとも1つの側で外部雄ねじ(25,26)を有するとともに、前記外部雄ねじ(25,26)と適合する内部雌ねじを有する少なくとも1つのナット(43,44)を備え、
前記少なくとも一つのナット(43,44)が、該ナットが前記機械的要素(41,42)に当接した際に、前記スリーブ(30)の前記部分(35)を受け入れるための凹所を備える
ことを特徴とするボルト装置(10)。 - 前記スリーブ(30)の前記部分(35)が、少なくとも部分的に前記スリーブ(30)の周方向にさらに延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボルト装置(10)。
- 前記スリーブ(30)の前記部分(35)がフランジとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のボルト装置(10)。
- 前記スリーブ(30)の前記部分(35)におけるスリーブ(30)側を向く側面(351)が、該部分(35)の径方向に対して、スリーブ(30)側に角度Δだけ傾いていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のボルト装置(10)。
- 前記スリーブ(30)の前記部分(35)が、機械的要素の結合面と接触するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のボルト装置(10)。
- 前記スリーブ(30)の前記内側円周面(32)が、前記スリーブ(30)の長手方向(A)において非テーパ形状(36)をさらに有し、前記非テーパ形状が、前記部分(35)を有する前記軸方向端部(34)に隣り合って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のボルト装置(10)。
- 前記非テーパ形状(36)が、シリンダ形状であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のボルト装置(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のボルト装置(10)と、 少なくとも第1の孔(411)を有する第1の機械的要素(41)であって、前記第1の孔(411)が貫通孔(411)である、第1の機械的要素(41)と、 少なくとも第2の孔(421)を有する第2の機械的要素(42)と、
を備える連結装置(40)であって、
前記第1の孔(411)及び前記第2の孔(421)が、一列に並べられており、少なくとも1つの前記ボルト装置(10)が、前記第1の機械的要素(41)及び前記第2の機械的要素(42)をともに機械的に固定するために、前記第1の孔(411)及び前記第2の孔(421)内に少なくとも部分的に配置されており、前記スリーブの前記部分(35)が、前記第1の機械的要素(41)及び前記第2の機械的要素(42)の一方と接触していることを特徴とする連結装置(40)。 - 前記スリーブ(30)の前記部分(35)が、接触する前記機械的要素(41,42)の前記孔(411,421)と隣り合って前記機械的要素(41,42)の前記孔(411,421)を取り囲む表面(412,422)において、前記第1の機械的要素(41)及び前記第2の機械的要素(42)の一方と接触していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の連結装置(40)。
- 前記スリーブは、前記第1および第2の機械的要素(41,42)の一方とは軸方向に完全に重なりかつ他方とは一部が軸方向に重なるように、前記スリーブの長さは、前記第1の孔(411)及び第2の孔(421)の一つの長さよりも長く、かつ第1および第2の孔(411,421)が一列に並べられた長さより短いことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の連結装置(40)。
