Description
Claims (7)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって相互に弾性連結されていると共に、仕切部材の両側に非圧縮性流体が封入された主液室と副液室の各一方が形成された流体封入式防振装置において、
前記仕切部材の収容空所に弾性可動体が配されていると共に、該弾性可動体が該仕切部材によって支持される支持部を備えており、該支持部の内周と外周の少なくとも一方には該収容空所の周壁面に当接した状態で配される位置決め部が周方向で部分的に設けられていると共に、該位置決め部を周方向に外れた部分には該収容空所の該周壁面から離れて該周壁面と対向して配される弁部が設けられており、該支持部と該位置決め部および該弁部とが軸方向で薄肉とされた薄肉部によって相対変位可能に連結されていると共に、それら収容空所の周壁面と弁部との間に前記主液室と前記副液室を相互に連通する連通路が形成されて、該弁部が該収容空所の該周壁面への当接によって該連通路を遮断する切替手段を構成することを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記収容空所の前記周壁面に開口する凹溝が周方向で部分的に形成されており、周方向における該凹溝の形成部分に前記連通路が形成されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記凹溝が前記収容空所の前記周壁面において軸方向両端部に形成されていると共に、軸方向両端部に形成された該凹溝の間に凸部が設けられている一方、前記弾性可動体の前記弁部における該周壁面との対向面には凹部が形成されており、該周壁面の該凸部が該弁部の該凹部に対して離隔状態で対向配置されて、該連通路がそれら凸部と凹部の間を延びて形成されている請求項2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記周壁面の前記凸部が前記弁部の前記凹部に差し入れられている請求項3に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記凸部における軸方向両側の側面がそれぞれ傾斜面とされて、該凸部が突出先端に向けて軸方向で狭幅となる先細形状を有している請求項3又は4に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記弾性可動体における前記位置決め部と前記弁部が互いに同一形状とされている請求項2〜5の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記弁部の軸方向の外法寸法が前記収容空所の前記周壁面に向けて大きくなっている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
