Claims (5)
- 印加される電圧を分配する、それらの長手方向に沿って一列に配置される第1抵抗体と第2抵抗体と、
前記第1抵抗体と前記第2抵抗体との間に位置し、一側が前記第1抵抗体と結合され、他側が前記第2抵抗体と結合されて、前記第1抵抗体及び前記第2抵抗体と直列連結されたヒューズと、を含み、
前記ヒューズは、
前記第1抵抗体及び前記第2抵抗体の内部から発生する過電流による輻射熱によって溶断され、
前記第1抵抗体及び前記第2抵抗体のそれぞれは、
抵抗ロッドと、前記抵抗ロッドの両端に結合された第1抵抗キャップ及び第2抵抗キャップと、前記第1抵抗キャップに結合された導電性の第1抵抗リード線と、前記第2抵抗キャップに結合された導電性の第2抵抗リード線と、前記抵抗ロッドを取り囲みながら、前記第1抵抗キャップと前記第2抵抗キャップとを連結する抵抗線とを含むことを特徴とするヒューズ抵抗組立体。 - 前記第1抵抗体及び前記第2抵抗体のそれぞれは、
前記抵抗ロッド、前記第1抵抗キャップ、前記第2抵抗キャップ及び前記抵抗線を保護するために取り囲む抵抗体保護層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒューズ抵抗組立体。 - 前記ヒューズは、
前記第1抵抗体及び前記第2抵抗体をそれぞれ構成する第1抵抗リード線及び第2抵抗リード線のうち、カッティング工程によってカッティングされた抵抗リード線にそれぞれ結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒューズ抵抗組立体。 - 前記第1抵抗体、前記第2抵抗体及び前記ヒューズを取り囲む組立体保護カバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒューズ抵抗組立体。
- 印加される電圧を分配する、それらの長手方向に沿って一列に配置される第1抵抗体と第2抵抗体とを形成する段階と、
前記第1抵抗体と前記第2抵抗体とに形成された抵抗リード線の一部をカッティングする段階と、
前記第1抵抗体及び前記第2抵抗体のうちから発生する過電流による輻射熱によって溶断されるヒューズを前記第1抵抗体と前記第2抵抗体のそれぞれのカッティングされた抵抗リード線の先端にそれぞれ結合して、前記第1抵抗体と前記第2抵抗体との間で前記ヒューズを直列連結させる段階と、
前記第1抵抗体、前記第2抵抗体及び前記ヒューズを組立体保護カバーで取り囲む段階と、
を含み、
前記第1抵抗体及び前記第2抵抗体のそれぞれは、
抵抗ロッドと、前記抵抗ロッドの両端に結合された第1抵抗キャップ及び第2抵抗キャップと、前記第1抵抗キャップに結合された導電性の第1抵抗リード線と、前記第2抵抗キャップに結合された導電性の第2抵抗リード線と、前記抵抗ロッドを取り囲みながら、前記第1抵抗キャップと前記第2抵抗キャップとを連結する抵抗線とを含むことを特徴とするヒューズ抵抗組立体の製造方法。
