Description
上記した以外の課題、構成及び効果は、以下の実施形態の説明により明らかにされる。
[第1の実施の形態]
まず、本発明の作業機械の油圧駆動装置を適用する作業機械の一例としての油圧ショベルの構成を図1を用いて説明する。図1は本発明の作業機械の油圧駆動装置の実施の形態を適用する油圧ショベルを示す側面図である。
次に、本発明の作業機械の油圧駆動装置の第1の実施の形態の変形例を図5を用いて説明する。図5は本発明の作業機械の油圧駆動装置の第1の実施の形態の変形例を特殊アタッチメントが装着された状態で示す油圧回路図である。なお、図5において、図1乃至図4に示す符号と同符号のものは、同様な部分であるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
次に、本発明の作業機械の油圧駆動装置の第2の実施の形態を図6及び図7を用いて説明する。図6は本発明の作業機械の油圧駆動装置の第2の実施の形態を特殊アタッチメントが装着されていない状態で示す油圧回路図、図7は本発明の作業機械の油圧駆動装置の第2の実施の形態を特殊アタッチメントが装着された状態で示す油圧回路図である。なお、図6及び図7において、図1乃至図5に示す符号と同符号のものは、同様な部分であるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
なお、上述した第1及び第2の実施の形態においては、本発明を適用する作業機械として油圧ショベル1を例に説明したが、複数の作業要素及びその作業要素を駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータを備え、複合操作が要求される作業機械に広く適用することができる。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも第1油圧アクチュエータ及び第2油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給する第1油圧ポンプ及び第2油圧ポンプと、
少なくとも第3油圧アクチュエータ及び前記第1油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給する第3油圧ポンプと、
前記第1油圧ポンプから前記第1油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第1油圧アクチュエータ用第1方向制御弁と、
前記第1油圧ポンプから前記第2油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第2油圧アクチュエータ用第2方向制御弁と、
前記第2油圧ポンプから前記第1油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第1油圧アクチュエータ用第2方向制御弁と、
前記第2油圧ポンプから前記第2油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第2油圧アクチュエータ用第1方向制御弁と、
別途装着が可能な特殊アタッチメントを駆動するための第1の特殊用油圧アクチュエータの接続が可能であり、前記第2油圧ポンプから前記第1の特殊用油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れの制御が可能な第1予備用方向制御弁と、
前記第3油圧ポンプから前記第3油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第3油圧アクチュエータ用方向制御弁と、
前記第3油圧ポンプから前記第1油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第1油圧アクチュエータ用第3方向制御弁とを備え、
前記第1油圧アクチュエータ用第1方向制御弁と前記第2油圧アクチュエータ用第2方向制御弁は、前記第1油圧ポンプに対して互いに並列に接続され、
前記第1油圧アクチュエータ用第2方向制御弁、前記第2油圧アクチュエータ用第1方向制御弁、及び前記第1予備用方向制御弁は、前記第2油圧ポンプに対して互いに並列に接続され、
前記第3油圧アクチュエータ用方向制御弁と前記第1油圧アクチュエータ用第3方向制御弁は、前記第3油圧ポンプに対して互いに並列に接続された作業機械の油圧駆動装置であって、
前記第3油圧ポンプに接続され、前記特殊アタッチメント又は前記特殊アタッチメントとは異なる別途装着が可能な特殊アタッチメントを駆動するための第2の特殊用油圧アクチュエータの接続が可能でかつ前記第2の特殊用油圧アクチュエータへの圧油の流れの制御が可能な第2予備用方向制御弁と、
前記第2予備用方向制御弁の上流側で前記第3油圧ポンプに接続され、後付けの追加の油圧ポンプの接続が可能な切換弁とを備え、
前記切換弁は、前記第2予備用方向制御弁に接続された前記第2の特殊用油圧アクチュエータの油圧源を少なくとも前記第3油圧ポンプと前記追加の油圧ポンプとで切り換えるように構成され、
前記切換弁は、前記第3油圧ポンプから供給された圧油を前記第2予備用方向制御弁へ導く第1切換位置と、前記追加の油圧ポンプから供給された圧油を前記第2予備用方向制御弁へ導く第2切換位置と、前記第3油圧ポンプから供給された圧油と前記追加の油圧ポンプから供給された圧油を合流させて前記第2予備用方向制御弁へ導く第3切換位置とで切り換える3位置切換弁である
ことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧駆動装置。 - 少なくとも第1油圧アクチュエータ及び第2油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給する第1油圧ポンプ及び第2油圧ポンプと、
少なくとも第3油圧アクチュエータ及び前記第1油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給する第3油圧ポンプと、
前記第1油圧ポンプから前記第1油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第1油圧アクチュエータ用第1方向制御弁と、
前記第1油圧ポンプから前記第2油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第2油圧アクチュエータ用第2方向制御弁と、
前記第2油圧ポンプから前記第1油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第1油圧アクチュエータ用第2方向制御弁と、
前記第2油圧ポンプから前記第2油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第2油圧アクチュエータ用第1方向制御弁と、
別途装着が可能な特殊アタッチメントを駆動するための第1の特殊用油圧アクチュエータの接続が可能であり、前記第2油圧ポンプから前記第1の特殊用油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れの制御が可能な第1予備用方向制御弁と、
前記第3油圧ポンプから前記第3油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第3油圧アクチュエータ用方向制御弁と、
前記第3油圧ポンプから前記第1油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第1油圧アクチュエータ用第3方向制御弁とを備え、
前記第1油圧アクチュエータ用第1方向制御弁と前記第2油圧アクチュエータ用第2方向制御弁は、前記第1油圧ポンプに対して互いに並列に接続され、
前記第1油圧アクチュエータ用第2方向制御弁、前記第2油圧アクチュエータ用第1方向制御弁、及び前記第1予備用方向制御弁は、前記第2油圧ポンプに対して互いに並列に接続され、
前記第3油圧アクチュエータ用方向制御弁と前記第1油圧アクチュエータ用第3方向制御弁は、前記第3油圧ポンプに対して互いに並列に接続された作業機械の油圧駆動装置であって、
前記第3油圧ポンプに接続され、前記特殊アタッチメント又は前記特殊アタッチメントとは異なる別途装着が可能な特殊アタッチメントを駆動するための第2の特殊用油圧アクチュエータの接続が可能でかつ前記第2の特殊用油圧アクチュエータへの圧油の流れの制御が可能な第2予備用方向制御弁と、
前記第2予備用方向制御弁の上流側で前記第3油圧ポンプに接続され、後付けの追加の油圧ポンプの接続が可能な切換弁とを備え、
前記切換弁は、前記第2予備用方向制御弁に接続された前記第2の特殊用油圧アクチュエータの油圧源を少なくとも前記第3油圧ポンプと前記追加の油圧ポンプとで切り換えるように構成され、
前記切換弁は、電磁式の切換弁である
ことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧駆動装置。 - 請求項2に記載の作業機械の油圧駆動装置において、
前記第2予備用方向制御弁は、パラレル油路を介して、前記第3油圧ポンプに対して前記第3油圧アクチュエータ用方向制御弁及び前記第1油圧アクチュエータ用第3方向制御弁と並列に接続され、
前記パラレル油路の下流側端部は、前記切換弁と前記第2予備用方向制御弁との間の油路に接続され、
前記パラレル油路に可変絞りが設けられている
ことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の作業機械の油圧駆動装置において、
前記作業機械は、旋回可能な旋回体と、前記旋回体に俯仰可能に取り付けられたブームと、前記ブームの先端に回動可能に取り付けられたアームとを少なくとも備える油圧ショベルであり、
前記第1油圧アクチュエータは、前記ブームを駆動するブームシリンダであり、
前記第2油圧アクチュエータは、前記アームを駆動するアームシリンダであり、
前記第3油圧アクチュエータは、前記旋回体を旋回駆動する旋回油圧モータである
ことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧駆動装置。
