Description

The present invention relates to a laminated board.

Conventionally, a laminated board formed by arranging a foam material between two resin plate materials has been known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The foam described in Patent Document 1 is made of foamed polyethylene or the like, which is a thermoplastic resin foam.

Japanese Patent No. 4270625

However, in Patent Document 1, since the laminated board has a thermoplastic resin foam, there is a problem that the rigidity of the thermoplastic resin foam is lowered when the laminated board is heated to a high temperature state.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a laminated board having excellent rigidity (rigidity at heat) when used at a high temperature.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, FR indicates the front side of the vehicle, RR indicates the rear side of the vehicle, and W indicates the width direction of the vehicle. Further, the deck boards (laminated boards) 9, 109, 209 described later may be used with either the upper surface or the lower surface shown in the figure facing the upper side.

[First Embodiment]
First, a deck board which is a laminated board according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, a front seat 3 and a rear seat 5 are arranged in the vehicle interior of the vehicle 1 according to the first embodiment, and a trunk room 7 is arranged behind the rear seat 5. Has been done. A storage recess (not shown) for accommodating a spare tire, a tool, or the like is provided on the floor surface of the trunk room 7, and a deck board 9 (laminated plate) covering the upper opening is arranged in the accommodating recess (not shown). Has been done.

As shown in FIG. 2, the deck board 9 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and is formed of a plate-shaped member made of synthetic resin as described later. Further, a notch 11 recessed toward the front side is formed in the central portion in the vehicle width direction on the rear side of the deck board 9 in the vehicle-mounted state, and the deck board 9 is fitted into the accommodating recess of the vehicle 1. Then, a gap is formed between the notch portion 11 and the vehicle body member. When removing the deck board 9, a hand is inserted into the gap to grip and lift the notch 11. The hinge 237 described in the third embodiment described later is formed along the vehicle width direction. Further, the corner portion 10 of the FR on the front side of the vehicle of the deck board 9 is formed to be rounded in a plan view.

Next, the structure of the deck board 9 (laminated board) according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.

As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) and 4, the deck board 9 has a first plate material 13 and a second plate material 15 formed of a thermoplastic resin, and a first plate material 13 and a second plate material 13. A reinforcing body 17 arranged between the plate members 15 is provided. The reinforcing body 17 is a tubular object aggregate 19 in which a plurality of paper tubular objects are arranged in parallel. Further, a first paperboard 21 is arranged between the first plate member 13 and the tubular object aggregate 19, and a second paperboard 21 is arranged between the second plate member 15 and the tubular object aggregate 19. The paperboard 23 is arranged. Hereinafter, a specific description will be given.

A tubular body aggregate 19 (reinforcing body 17) formed in the honeycomb structure 25 shown in FIG. 5 is arranged on the central side of the deck board 9 in the thickness direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 5A, the tubular object aggregate 19 according to the first embodiment has the vertical walls 27, 27 of the tubular objects 29 surrounded by the vertical walls 27 having a hexagonal plan view. Is a honeycomb structure 25 connected to each other. Each tubular object 29 has an opening in the axial direction, and has openings on the upper side and the lower side. Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, the extending direction (axial direction) of the axis P of the tubular object 29 constituting the honeycomb structure 25 is the thickness direction of the honeycomb structure 25, and is the first It is set in a direction orthogonal to (intersecting) the surface directions of the paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23.

The first paperboard 21 shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) and FIG. 4 is joined to the upper surface of the honeycomb structure 25. Specifically, the first paperboard 21 is composed of a paper member such as kraft paper and a thermoplastic resin layer (not shown) provided on the upper surface of the paper member.

The first plate material 13 is welded to the upper side of the first paperboard 21 via the thermoplastic resin layer. As the material for forming the first plate material 13, the thermoplastic resin layer and the second plate material 15 described later, for example, the following resins are preferable. Thermoplastic resins made of polypropylene, engineering plastics, low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, olefin-based resins and the like are preferable. Specifically, for example, it is preferable to add an additive to polypropylene resin, and the additive includes mica, silica, talc, calcium carbonate, glass fiber, an inorganic filler of carbon fiber, a colorant, a stabilizer, a plasticizer, and the like. Antistatic agents, flame retardants, foaming materials and the like are preferable. The resin constituting the first plate material 13, the resin constituting the second plate material 15, the resin connecting the first paperboard 21 and the first plate material 13, and the second paperboard 23 and the second plate material It is most desirable that all the resins that bind to 15 are the same type of resin. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the respective resins do not have to be the same type.

In this way, the surface of the first paperboard 21 on the honeycomb structure 25 side (cylindrical material aggregate 19 side) is joined to the honeycomb structure 25 via an adhesive, and the first paperboard material in the first paperboard 21 The surface on the 13 side is welded to the first plate member 13 via a thermoplastic resin.

Further, the second paperboard 23 shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) and FIG. 4 is joined to the lower surface of the honeycomb structure 25. Specifically, the second paperboard 23 is composed of a paper member such as kraft paper and a thermoplastic resin layer (not shown) provided on the lower surface of the paper member.

The second plate material 15 is welded to the lower side of the second paperboard 23 via the thermoplastic resin layer.

In this way, the surface of the second paperboard 23 on the honeycomb structure 25 side (cylindrical material aggregate 19 side) is joined to the honeycomb structure 25 via an adhesive, and the second paperboard material in the second paperboard 23 is joined. The surface on the 15 side is welded to the second plate material 15 via a thermoplastic resin.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, at the peripheral edge of the deck board 9, the end portion of the first plate member 13 forms a curved surface 31 that curves toward the end portion of the second plate member 15. The end of the second plate 15 forms a curved surface 33 that curves toward the end of the first plate 13, and the edge of the curved surface 31 and the second plate 15 of these first plates 13 The edge of the curved surface 33 in the above is directly welded to form the welded portion 35. In the present embodiment, the welded portion 35 is formed over the entire circumference of the peripheral edge portion of the deck board 9, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the welded portion is formed only on a part of the peripheral edge portion. May be good.

Next, the procedure for creating the deck board 9 according to the first embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the mold used for creating the deck board 9 includes a lower mold 41 and an upper mold 43. The cavity surface of the lower mold 41 is a flat main body 45, an inclined portion 47 formed on the peripheral edge of the main body 45 and curved upward in an arc shape, and a horizontal direction from the upper end of the inclined portion 47. It is composed of a flat portion 49 extending horizontally along the above. The cavity surface of the upper mold 43 is composed of a main body portion 51 formed in a flat shape and a protruding portion 53 formed on the peripheral edge of the main body portion 51 and projecting downward in a triangular shape. The root portion 55 on the inner side of the mold in the protrusion 53 is curved in an arc shape. The tip 53a of the protrusion 53 is formed in a sharp shape.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the intermediate molded body 61 includes a paper honeycomb structure 63 in which the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23 are attached to the honeycomb structure 25, and the upper side of the paper honeycomb structure 63. It is composed of a first plate material 13 arranged in the above and a second plate material 15 arranged under the paper honeycomb structure 63. However, the ends of the first plate member 13 and the second plate member 15 are overhanging in the lateral direction rather than the edge edge of the paper honeycomb structure 63.

Hereinafter, the molding method of the deck board 9 will be described step by step.
First, as shown in FIG. 6A, a preheated first plate member 13 is placed on the lower mold 41, and a paper honeycomb structure 63 is placed above the first plate member 13 to form a paper honeycomb structure. A preheated second plate material 15 is placed on the upper side of the body 63.

As shown in FIG. 6B, when the upper mold 43 is lowered, the intermediate molded body 61 is sandwiched between the main body portion 51 of the upper mold 43 and the main body portion 45 of the lower mold 41, and the first plate member 13 and The edges of the second plate 15 are welded to each other to form a welded portion 35. Here, since the tip 53a of the protrusion 53 is sharp, the outer peripheral side of the welded portion 35 is separated by the tip 53a. That is, the molding operation of the welded portion 35 and the separating operation of the outer peripheral portion of the welded portion 35 are performed at the same time. Further, the curved surface 31 of the first plate member 13 is formed by the root portion 55 on the inner side of the mold in the protrusion 53 of the upper mold 43, and the curved surface 33 of the second plate member 15 is formed by the inclined portion 47 of the lower mold 41. It is molded. As described with reference to FIG. 3A, the edge of the curved surface 31 and the edge of the curved surface 33 are directly welded to form the welded portion 35.

Finally, by taking out the molded product from the mold and separating it from the welded portion 35, the deck board 9 having the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 3A can be produced.

Next, using FIGS. 7 and 8, the paper honeycomb structure 63 in which the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23 are attached to the honeycomb structure 25 and the honeycomb structure 25 are cut in the thickness direction. Compare the deformation states when

As shown in FIG. 7A, the cutter 71 is arranged above the paper honeycomb structure 63, and as shown in FIG. 7B, the cutter 71 is arranged on the upper surface of the paper honeycomb structure 63. A cut is made in the paperboard 21 of the above, and as shown in FIG. 7C, the paper honeycomb structure 63 is completely cut in the thickness direction by the cutter 71.

As described above, the paper honeycomb structure 63 is configured to have high rigidity because the upper and lower openings of the honeycomb structure 25 are sealed with the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23. Therefore, as described with reference to FIG. 7, when the paper honeycomb structure 63 is completely cut in the thickness direction by the cutter 71, the paper honeycomb structure 63 is less likely to be crushed, and the cutting work can be performed efficiently. ..

On the other hand, a case where the upper and lower openings of the honeycomb structure 25 are not sealed with the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23 will be described. As shown in FIG. 8 (a), the cutter 71 is arranged above the honeycomb structure 25, and as shown in FIG. 8 (b), a notch is made in the upper surface of the honeycomb structure 25 by the cutter 71, and FIG. 8 (b) As shown in c), when the cutter 71 tries to cut the honeycomb structure 25 in the thickness direction, the honeycomb structure 25 is crushed and the cutting operation cannot be performed efficiently. This is because the upper and lower openings of the honeycomb structure 25 are not sealed with the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23, so that the rigidity of the honeycomb structure 25 is set lower than that of the paper honeycomb structure 63. Because it is.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, the skin material is not attached to the first plate material 13 and the second plate material 15. However, the skin material may be attached to at least one of the front surface side of the first plate material 13 and the back surface side of the second plate material 15. That is, the skin material may be attached only to the front surface side of the first plate material 13, the skin material may be attached only to the back surface side of the second plate material 15, and the surface side of the first plate material 13 may be attached. And the skin material may be attached to both the back surface side of the second plate material 15. As the skin material, a non-woven fabric, a raised cloth, an artificial leather-like sheet, a skin such as a synthetic resin film, or a skin material in which a cushion material is lined on the skin can be applied. In particular, a general non-woven fabric, or a needle-punched non-woven fabric having a grain size of 20 to 500 g / m 2 composed of polyester fibers alone or mixed fibers in which polypropylene fibers are mixed in an amount of 0 to 20% by mass is preferable. By providing the skin material, it is possible to improve the appearance and the effect that the feel when touched by fingers is improved.

Further, in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first plate material 13 is arranged on the upper side and the second plate material 15 is arranged on the lower side, but the second plate material 15 is arranged on the upper side and the first plate material 15 is arranged on the lower side. 13 may be arranged and the deck board 9 may be used.

The effects of the first embodiment will be described below.
(1) The deck board 9 (laminated board) according to the first embodiment is the first plate material 13 and the second plate material 15 formed of a thermoplastic resin, and the first plate material 13 and the second plate material 15. A reinforcing body 17 arranged between them is provided. The reinforcing body 17 is a tubular object aggregate 19 in which a plurality of paper tubular objects 29 are arranged in parallel.

Since the reinforcing body 17 is a tubular body aggregate 19 made of paper, the laminated board has an effect of being excellent in rigidity (rigidity at heat) when used at a high temperature.

That is, conventionally, since the laminated board has a thermoplastic resin foam, there is a problem that the rigidity of the thermoplastic resin foam is lowered when the laminated board is heated to a high temperature state. However, in the present invention, since the reinforcing body 17 is made of paper, it is possible to suppress a decrease in rigidity even if the reinforcing body 17 is held in a high temperature state. Therefore, high rigidity (rigidity at the time of heat) can be obtained when the laminated board is used at a high temperature.

(2) A first paperboard 21 is arranged between the first plate member 13 and the tubular object aggregate 19, and a second paperboard 21 is arranged between the second plate member 15 and the tubular object aggregate 19. 23 is arranged, and the axial direction P of the tubular object 29 constituting the tubular object aggregate 19 is orthogonal (intersects) with respect to the surface directions of the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23. It is set in the direction. The surface of the first paperboard 21 on the side of the tubular material aggregate 19 is joined to the tubular material aggregate 19, and the surface of the first paperboard 21 on the side of the first plate member 13 is first via a thermoplastic resin. It is welded to the plate material 13 of. The surface of the second paperboard 23 on the side of the tubular material aggregate 19 is joined to the tubular material aggregate 19, and the surface of the second paperboard 23 on the side of the second plate 15 is interposed via a thermoplastic resin. It is welded to the plate material 15.

The opening of the tubular object 29 of the tubular object aggregate 19 is closed by the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23. Further, since the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23 are bonded to the tubular material aggregate 19, the rigidity of the vertical wall 27 of the tubular material 29 constituting the tubular material aggregate 19 is improved. do. Therefore, when the tubular object aggregate 19 to which the first paperboard 21 and the second paperboard 23 are joined is cut along the thickness direction of the deck board 9 (laminated board), the vertical wall of the tubular object 29 The crushing of 27 is suppressed. Further, the surface of the first paperboard 21 on the side of the first plate material 13 and the first plate material 13 can be easily welded by heating and melting the thermoplastic resin, and then cooling and solidifying the thermoplastic resin. Similarly, the surface of the second paperboard 23 on the side of the second plate 15 and the second plate 15 can be easily welded by heating the thermoplastic resin to melt it, and then cooling and solidifying it. ..

(3) The reinforcing body 17 is a honeycomb structure 25.
The honeycomb structure 25 is an aggregate of tubular objects 29 surrounded by hexagonal vertical walls 27 in a plan view. Therefore, the tubular objects 29 can be spread without gaps along the surface direction of the deck board 9 (laminated plate), and the volumetric efficiency of the tubular objects 29 is increased. Further, when a pressing load in the thickness direction is input to the deck board 9 (laminated board), the crushing of the vertical wall 27 can be efficiently suppressed.

(4) The resin that binds the first plate material 13, the second plate material 15, the first paperboard 21 and the first plate material 13, and the resin that binds the second paperboard 23 and the second plate material 15. May be all the same type of thermoplastic resin.

When all of these resins are the same type of thermoplastic resin, there is an effect that the bonding strength is higher than when different types of resins are used.

(5) The end of the first plate 13 forms a curved surface 31 that curves toward the end of the second plate 15, and the end of the second plate 15 is the first plate 13. A curved surface 33 that curves toward the end of the first plate member 13 is formed, and the edge of the curved surface 31 of the first plate member 13 and the edge edge of the curved surface 33 of the second plate member 15 are directly welded and welded. The part 35 is formed.

In this way, since the edge of the curved surface 31 and the edge of the curved surface 33 are directly welded to form the welded portion 35, high airtightness in the welded portion 35 can be obtained. On the other hand, when an inclusion such as a paper honeycomb structure 63 is sandwiched between the edge of the curved surface 31 and the edge of the curved surface 33, the airtightness in the welded portion 35 is lowered. Moisture may enter the inside of the deck board 9 through the welded portion 35.

If the peripheral edge of the deck board 9 (laminated board) is sharply formed, there is a risk that the fingers may feel uncomfortable when the peripheral edge is gripped by hand. However, in the present invention, since the peripheral edge portion of the deck board 9 (laminated board) is formed in a curved shape, the discomfort felt by the fingers when the peripheral edge portion is gripped by the hand is reduced.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, the deck board 109 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. However, the parts having the same configuration as that of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 9, in the deck board 109 according to the second embodiment, the end portion of the first plate member 113 forms a curved surface 131 that curves toward the end portion of the second plate member 115, and the second plate member 113 is formed. The plate material 115 of 2 extends in a flat plate shape up to the end portion, and the edge of the curved surface 131 of the first plate material 113 and the flat plate-shaped end portion of the second plate material 115 are directly welded to each other. The welded portion 135 is formed. Hereinafter, a specific description will be given.

A tubular body aggregate 19 (reinforcing body 17) formed in the honeycomb structure 25 is arranged on the central side of the deck board 109 in the thickness direction.

A first paperboard 21 is joined to the upper surface of the honeycomb structure 25. Specifically, the first paperboard 21 is composed of a paper member such as kraft paper and a thermoplastic resin layer (not shown) provided on the upper surface of the paper member.

The first plate material 113 is welded to the upper side of the first paperboard 21 via the thermoplastic resin layer. The materials for forming the first plate material 113, the thermoplastic resin layer, and the second plate material 115 described later are the same as those in the first embodiment.

The resin constituting the first plate material 113, the resin constituting the second plate material 115, the resin connecting the first paperboard 21 and the first plate material 113, and the second paperboard 23 and the second plate material It is most desirable that all the resins that bind to 115 are the same type of resin. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the respective resins do not have to be the same type.

In this way, the surface of the first paperboard 21 on the honeycomb structure 25 side (cylindrical material aggregate 19 side) is joined to the honeycomb structure 25 via an adhesive, and the first paperboard material in the first paperboard 21 The surface on the 113 side is welded to the first plate member 113 via a thermoplastic resin.

A second paperboard 23 is joined to the lower surface of the honeycomb structure 25. Specifically, the second paperboard 23 is composed of a paper member such as kraft paper and a thermoplastic resin layer (not shown) provided on the lower surface of the paper member.

The second plate material 115 is welded to the lower side of the second paperboard 23 via the thermoplastic resin layer.

In this way, the surface of the second paperboard 23 on the honeycomb structure 25 side (cylindrical material aggregate 19 side) is joined to the honeycomb structure 25 via an adhesive, and the second paperboard material in the second paperboard 23 is joined. The surface on the 115 side is welded to the second plate material 115 via a thermoplastic resin.

Further, at the peripheral edge of the deck board 109, the end portion of the first plate member 113 forms a curved surface 131 that curves toward the end portion of the second plate member 115, and the lower end portion 130 of the curved surface 131 is bent. Later, it extends flat along the second plate 115. The second plate member 115 extends in a flat plate shape up to the end 116. The lower end 130 (edge) of the curved surface 131 of the first plate 113 and the flat end 116 of the second plate 115 are directly welded to form a flat welded portion 135. ..

That is, as shown in FIG. 9, a flat plate-shaped flange 140 is formed by the lower end 130 (end edge) and the end 116 of the curved surface 131 of the first plate member 113. The tip 140a of the flange 140 is formed in a rounded arcuate cross section. As a result, even if the tip 140a of the flange 140 is grasped by the fingers, it is difficult for the fingers to feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, if the tip of the flange 140 has a sharp shape, the tip may hit the fingers and cause some pain, or the like, which may cause a sense of discomfort.

The effects of the second embodiment will be described below.
(1) The end portion of the first plate material 113 forms a curved surface 131 that curves toward the end portion of the second plate material 115, and the second plate material 115 has a flat plate shape up to the end portion. It extends and the edge of the curved surface 131 of the first plate 113 and the flat end of the second plate 115 are directly welded to form the welded portion 135.

Since the end portion of the first plate member 113 is formed in a curved shape, the discomfort felt by the fingers when the peripheral portion is gripped by the hand is reduced. Further, since the second plate member 115 is formed in a flat plate shape up to the end portion, it becomes easy to grip the end portion of the second plate member 115.

Further, in FIG. 9, the first plate material 113 is arranged on the upper side and the second plate material 115 is arranged on the lower side, but the second plate material 115 is arranged on the upper side and the first plate material 113 is arranged on the lower side. The deck board 109 may be arranged and used.

[Third Embodiment]
Next, the deck board 209 (laminated board) according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. However, the parts having the same configuration as those of the first and second embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 10, the plurality of reinforcing bodies 17 (honeycomb structure 25, tubular body aggregate 19) are arranged at predetermined intervals along the surface direction of the deck board 209, and the first plate material. It is arranged between the 13 and the second plate member 15.

The first plate member 13 and the second plate member 15 are directly welded between the predetermined reinforcing body 17 and the other reinforcing body 17 adjacent to the predetermined reinforcing body 17 to form a welded portion 235. The welded portion 235 is configured in the hinge 237. Specifically, the first plate member 13 is formed in a flat plate shape, and the intermediate portion of the second plate member 15 forms a curved surface that curves toward the first plate member 13. The first plate member 13 and the intermediate portion of the second plate member 15 are directly welded to form a welded portion 235, and the welded portion 235 is formed by a hinge 237. As shown by the arrow in FIG. 10, the left and right portions of the hinge 237 are bent upward so as to be deformed with the hinge 237 as the swing center. The bending direction is not particularly limited, and it is possible to bend toward the opposite side of the arrow.

The effects of the third embodiment will be described below.
(1) A plurality of the reinforcing bodies 17 are arranged between the first plate member 13 and the second plate member 15 at predetermined intervals, and the predetermined reinforcing body 17 and another reinforcing body 17 adjacent to the predetermined reinforcing body 17 are arranged. The first plate member 13 and the second plate member 15 are directly welded to and from the reinforcing body 17 to form a welded portion 235, and the welded portion 235 is configured as a hinge 237.

The deck board 209 (laminated board) is configured to be foldable with the hinge 237 as a boundary. Further, since it is not necessary to separately create a hinge, a deck board 209 (laminated board) can be obtained with a simple structure.

Further, in FIG. 10, the first plate material 13 is arranged on the upper side and the second plate material 15 is arranged on the lower side, but the second plate material 15 is arranged on the upper side and the first plate material 13 is arranged on the lower side. You may arrange and use the deck board 209.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
For example, although the honeycomb structure 25 is applied as the reinforcing body 17 (cylindrical body aggregate 19), it may be a tubular body aggregate in which a plurality of triangular tubular objects are connected, and the cylindrical tubular body May be an aggregate of tubular objects in which a plurality of the above are combined.

Further, the reinforcing body 17 may be a tubular body aggregate 300 having the shape shown in FIG. Hereinafter, a specific description will be given. As shown in FIG. 11A, a paper flat plate 301 and a paper corrugated plate 303 are combined to form a set of constituents 305. Here, the flat plate 301 and the corrugated plate 303 form a tubular object 329. Then, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), the tubular body aggregate 300 can be formed by sequentially arranging the constituent bodies 305 of (a) in parallel and connecting them to each other. In the tubular object aggregate 300, a plurality of substantially triangular tubular objects 329 are formed in a plan view.
