Description
以上の実施例1から9、および比較例1から4の非水電解液二次電池に対して、以下の特性測定を行った。測定に関する結果は、表1に示す。
充電条件1:電圧が2.7Vに達するまでは0.2Cの定電流で充電し、その後、2.7Vを維持して定電圧で充電し、その後、電流が0.02Cとなった時点で充電を終了する。
放電条件1:電圧が2.0Vまで減少するまでは0.2Cの定電流で放電し、2.0Vとなった時点で放電を終了する。
充電条件2:電圧が2.7Vに達するまでは1Cの定電流で充電し、その後、2.7Vを維持して定電圧で充電し、その後、電流が0.02Cとなった時点で充電を終了する。
放電条件2:電圧が2.0Vまで減少するまでは2.0Cの定電流で放電し、2.0Vとなった時点で放電を終了する。
充電条件3:電圧が2.7Vに達するまでは0.5Cの定電流で充電し、その後、2.7Vを維持して定電圧で充電し、その後、電流が0.02Cとなった時点で充電を終了する。
放電条件3:電圧が2.0Vまで減少するまでは1.0Cの定電流で放電し、2.0Vとなった時点で放電を終了する。

Claims (9)
- 正極と、非水電解液と、負極と、前記正極と前記負極との間に挟持された電気絶縁材料からなるセパレータと、が封入されてなる封入体を有する非水電解液二次電池であって、
前記負極が負極活物質とバインダーを含む負極活物質層を集電体上に塗布してなり、
前記負極活物質がチタン化合物を主成分とし、前記チタン化合物の平均粒径が0.1〜20.0μmであり、
前記バインダーがポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVdF)にカルボキシ基を導入した酸変性PVdFであり、
前記封入体内の負極水分量が400ppm以下であり、
前記酸変性PVdF中のカルボキシ基含有モノマー単位の比率が、前記酸変性PVdF中の全モノマー単位の0.1mol%〜1.0mol%であることを特徴とする非水電解液二次電池。 - 電池の充電状態(SOC)を50%以上とし、25℃で14日以上保管したときの電池電圧変動が、0.01V以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記チタン化合物がチタン酸化合物、チタン酸リチウム、および二酸化チタンよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記チタン酸化合物が、H2Ti12O25であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記チタン酸リチウムが、スピネル型のLi4Ti5O12であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記二酸化チタンが、ブロンズ型構造であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記正極が、正極活物質としてスピネル型マンガン酸リチウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記正極が、前記正極活物質として層状岩塩型化合物を更に含み、前記正極活物質に対して、前記層状岩塩型化合物が2質量%以上5質量%以下含まれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記層状岩塩型化合物が、コバルト酸リチウム、ニッケルコバルトアルミニウム酸リチウム、およびニッケルコバルトマンガン酸リチウムよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
