Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a laminated adhesive sheet in which laminated pieces are laminated and adhered by an adhesive layer that can be peeled off later.

In recent years, adhesive sheets that can be peeled off and bonded together have come to be widely used for forms, envelopes, postcards, pamphlets, booklets, etc., and some of them are generally peeled off on two or more overlapping surfaces. It has become to. In particular, in a laminated adhesive sheet having two or more surfaces, the peel strength (adhesive strength) of one laminated piece and the peel strength (adhesive strength) of another laminated piece are substantially equal when each of the plurality of laminated pieces is peeled off. Is preferable.

Conventionally, various laminated adhesive sheets that are later peeled and opened to recognize information and the like are known, and are widely known, for example, to be applied to crimping postcards described in Patent Document 1.

Here, FIG. 8 shows an explanatory diagram of a conventional crimping postcard. In FIG. 8A, the first piece 102, the second piece 103, and the third piece 104 constituting the crimping postcard are connected by a folding line 105 and peeled off from one surface of the first piece 102 and the second piece 103. The first adhesive layer 111A is formed by a possible adhesive, and the second adhesive layer 111B is formed on the other surface of the second piece 103 and the third piece 104 by the same peelable adhesive.

Then, as shown in FIG. 8 (B), the first piece 102 is folded over the second piece 103, and the third piece 104 is folded and crimped on the second piece 103 to obtain FIG. 8 (C). The crimped postcard 101 as shown is produced.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 04-208498

By the way, the formation of the first adhesive layer 111A and the second adhesive layer 111B shown in FIG. 8A is not performed by one forming unit, but is performed by different forming units even if they have the same mechanism. A peelable adhesive is applied to one surface of the first piece 102 and the second piece 103 in the forming unit and dried to form the first adhesive layer 111A, and then the second piece 103 and the third piece 103 are formed in the other forming unit. The same adhesive is applied to the other surface of the piece 104 and dried to form the second adhesive layer 111B.

That is, when the second adhesive layer 111B is formed by another forming unit after the first adhesive layer 111A is formed by a predetermined forming unit, different units are used even if the coating thickness of the adhesive is set to be the same. As shown in FIG. 8C, the first piece is substantially different from each other and because the drying treatment in the subsequent step affects the first adhesive layer 111A on the other surface. The adhesive force (peeling force) of the adhesive layer 112 between the first adhesive layers 111A between 102 and the second piece 103 and the adhesive layer 113 between the second adhesive layers 111B between the second piece 103 and the third piece 104 The force (peeling force) does not become the same even if the same adhesive is used and the coating thickness is set to be the same, while crimping is performed at one time, so pressure control between each bonding layer cannot be performed. There is a problem that it is difficult to perform quality control so that there is no difference in adhesive strength.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a laminated adhesive sheet that suppresses the occurrence of an adhesive force difference between a plurality of laminated pieces and facilitates quality control. The first adhesive layer 21 is collectively formed by applying a peelable adhesive having a thickness a and drying it with the first drying portion. As the peelable adhesive, an aqueous emulsion-based adhesive, an adhesive varnish (for example, an ultraviolet curable varnish) or the like is used, and is the same as that used for conventional crimping postcards or the like.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 1C, a thickness of an adhesive that can be peeled off by the second adhesive coating portion is applied to the other surface (upper surface) of the laminated middle piece 13 and one side surface (upper surface) of the laminated lower piece 14. The second adhesive layer 22 is collectively formed by applying with b and drying with the second drying portion. At this time, the type of adhesive does not matter as long as the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer can be peeled off, but the same member (water-based emulsion type) in which the first adhesive layer 21 was formed when the second adhesive layer 22 was formed. Use an adhesive or the above-mentioned adhesive varnish). Here, "using the same member" means, for example, when an aqueous emulsion-based adhesive is used for forming the first adhesive layer 21, an aqueous emulsion-based adhesive is also used for forming the second adhesive layer 22. Is used, and when an adhesive varnish is used to form the first adhesive layer 21, an adhesive varnish is also used for the second adhesive layer 22. Further, the "same member" particularly refers to adhesives having the same type of dispersed resin among aqueous emulsions, and if it is a varnish type, an adhesive produced using the same type of resin. Point to each other.

By the way, the peelable adhesives used in the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 have the same composition and weight ratio, so that the adhesive force (peeling when peeling) is apparent. The force) should be the same, but if the adhesive is applied and dried in different application units (adhesive application unit), the results will be different.

That is, the first adhesive layer 21 formed on the lower surface of the laminated upper piece 12 and the laminated middle piece 13 and the second adhesive layer 22 formed on the upper surface of the laminated middle piece 13 and the laminated lower piece 14. , Applied in different adhesive coating units as for different surfaces, for example, the first adhesive coating section coats the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive coating section coats the second adhesive layer, and each It is formed by drying in different drying parts as in the adhesive application part. As a result, even if adhesives of the same composition are used in different adhesive coating portions and the coating thickness is set to be the same, time elapses after the formation of the mechanical error and the operating environment (for example, the first adhesive layer 21). Due to the difference (such as when the second adhesive layer 22 is formed), the coating thickness varies, and the laminated middle piece 13 has already been dried during the formation of the second adhesive layer 22. It is also applied to the first adhesive layer 21 which is present, and the result is that the adhesive force (peeling force) of the first adhesive layer 21 and the adhesive force (peeling force) of the second adhesive layer 22 are not equal as a whole.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1 (D), the cutting portion cuts the single piece along the one-sided cutting line 15 to obtain a single laminated upper piece 12, a laminated middle piece 13, and a laminated lower piece 14. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 1 (E), the first adhesive layer 21 (thickness a = a1) of the laminated upper piece 12 and the second adhesive layer 22 (thickness) of the laminated middle piece 13 at the alignment portion. b = b1) is aligned as the overlapping surface, and the first adhesive layer 21 (thickness a = a2) of the laminated middle piece 13 and the second adhesive layer 22 (thickness) of the laminated lower piece 14 are aligned. b = b2) is aligned as the overlapping surface.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1 (F), by crimping at the crimping portions 51A and 51B, the laminated upper piece 12, the laminated middle piece 13, and the laminated lower piece 14 shown in FIG. 1 (G) were laminated in this order. The overlay adhesive sheet 11 is used. That is, the total amount of the adhesive applied to the first laminated adhesive layer 31 (first adhesive layer 21 (a1), second adhesive layer 22 (b1)) between the laminated upper piece 12 and the laminated middle piece 13 and the lamination The total amount of the adhesive applied to the second layered adhesive layer 32 (second adhesive layer 22 (b2) and first adhesive layer 21 (a2)) between the piece 13 and the laminated lower piece 14 is made to be substantially the same. The adhesive strength (peeling strength) of the above is almost the same.

Here, the relationship between the coating thicknesses of the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22, which is one of the factors that influence the adhesive force (peeling force), will be described. As shown in FIG. 1 (E), the laminated upper piece. 12 The coating thickness a1 of the first adhesive layer 21 on the lower surface, the coating thickness b1 of the second adhesive layer 22 on the upper surface of the laminated middle piece 13, the coating thickness a2 of the first adhesive layer 21 on the lower surface of the laminated middle piece 13, and the upper surface of the laminated lower piece 14. Assuming that the coating thickness b2 of the second adhesive layer 22 is the above, the thickness ratios are a1: b1 ≠ 1: 1 and a2: b2 ≠ 1: 1 from the above, and in some cases, a1 = 1 (a2 = 1). On the other hand, b1 (b2) ≧ 1.2 or b1 (b2) ≦ 0.8 may be obtained. Therefore, by forming the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 as overlapping surfaces, a1 + b1≈a2 + b2 can be obtained because a1 = a2 and b1 = b2. The same thing can be said even if this is replaced with an adhesive force (peeling force) a1: b1 ≠ 1: 1 and a2: b2 ≠ 1: 1 in consideration of the dry state.

By the way, in the above embodiment, it is assumed that the peelable adhesive forming the first adhesive layer 21 and the peelable adhesive forming the second adhesive layer 22 have the same components and are set to have the same coating thickness. However, the coating thickness of the first adhesive layer 21 and the coating thickness of the second adhesive layer 22 are intentionally made different, or the types of adhesives forming the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 are made different. Even if the adhesive strengths are different, by making the second adhesive layer 22 (first adhesive layer 21) overlap with the first adhesive layer 21 (second adhesive layer 22), as a result, the first adhesive layer is formed. The adhesive force (peeling force) between the layered adhesive layer 31 and the second layered adhesive layer 32 can be made to be substantially the same. It should be noted that different types of adhesives are produced, for example, by using adhesives having different types of dispersed resins in the case of an aqueous emulsion type, and using different types of resins in the case of a varnish type. It refers to adhesives.

Differentizing the coating thickness of the adhesive also has a further effect that when a certain adhesive force is developed, it is possible to make it difficult to curl by reducing the thickness of one of them. Further, different types of adhesives used have a further effect of facilitating the strength and weakness of the adhesive force.

The coating patterns of the adhesives forming the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 may be so-called solid coatings, but one of the coating patterns is solid coating and the other is halftone dot-like or striped. It is preferable to do so. That is, when the first adhesive layer 31 and the second adhesive layer 32 are peeled off, the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 are separated so as to be separated from each other. In some cases, curling is likely to occur on the laminated pieces after peeling, so in order to avoid curling, the adhesive strength is weakened without making one surface (especially the laminated piece to be peeled) a solid coating pattern. is there. On the other hand, if the coating patterns are striped or halftone dots, it is difficult to adjust the overlapping position to obtain the desired adhesive force. Therefore, if one is a solid coating pattern, it is easy to adjust. There is also.

By the way, in FIG. 1, the laminated upper piece 12, the laminated middle piece 13, and the laminated lower piece 14 have been described as a continuous state, but each of them can be similarly configured even in a single piece state. Briefly, the first adhesive layer 21 that can be peeled off is formed on one side surface (lower surface) of the laminated upper piece 12 and one surface (lower surface) of the laminated middle piece 13, and the other one of the laminated middle piece 13. A detachable second adhesive layer 22 is formed on the direction (upper surface) and one side surface (upper surface) of the laminated lower piece 14, and the first adhesive is formed on the laminated upper piece 12, the laminated middle piece 13, and the laminated lower piece 14. The second adhesive layer 22 is superposed on the layer 21 as a superimposing surface (first laminating adhesive layer 31 and second laminating adhesive layer 32), the laminated upper piece 12, the laminated middle piece 13, and the laminated lower piece 14. Is pressed and the first laminated adhesive layer 31 and the second laminated adhesive layer 32 are detachably bonded to each other.

Next, FIGS. 2 to 4 show a block diagram of a manufacturing process of a laminated adhesive sheet in which a plurality of laminated inner pieces are used. Here, as an example, it is assumed that the product is manufactured by the above-mentioned manufacturing apparatus in FIG. 2, a third adhesive coating portion and a third drying portion are further provided in FIG. 3, and a third adhesive coating portion is further provided in FIG. It is configured to include a portion, a third drying portion, a fourth adhesive coating portion, and a fourth drying portion.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the laminated upper piece 12, the two laminated middle pieces (first laminated middle piece 13A, second laminated middle piece 13B) and the laminated lower piece 14 are cut into one piece line 15 (even if they are not particularly formed). Well, the case where a four-layer laminated adhesive sheet is manufactured from a sheet substrate such as paper in a continuous state (continuously installed) by (a sewing machine wire may be formed) is shown. This also applies to FIGS. 3 to 6. It should be noted that the same applies to the case where the laminated middle piece is composed of three or more pieces.

In FIG. 2B, one side surface (lower surface) of the laminated upper piece 12, one surface (lower surface) of each of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B can be peeled off by the first adhesive coating portion. The first adhesive layer 21 is collectively formed by applying the adhesive to a thickness a and drying it by the first drying portion. The peelable adhesive is the same as in FIG. 1 (B). Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 2C, a second adhesive is applied to the other surface (upper surface) of each of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B and one side surface (upper surface) of the laminated lower piece 14. The second adhesive layer 22 is collectively formed by applying an adhesive having a thickness b that can be peeled off by the coating portion and drying it by the second drying portion. The adhesive used is the same as the adhesive (member) forming the first adhesive layer 21, and is the same as in FIGS. 1 (C) and 2 (B).

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2 (D), the single piece is cut along the one-sided cutting line 15 by the cutting portion, and the single piece is laminated with the upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B, and the laminated lower piece 14. To do. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 2 (E), the first adhesive layer 21 (a = a1) of the laminated upper piece 12 and the second adhesive layer 22 (b = b1) of the first laminated middle piece 13A at the alignment portion. As the overlapping surface, the first adhesive layer (a = a3) of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second adhesive layer (b = b3) of the second laminated middle piece 13B are used as the overlapping surface. The alignment is also performed, and the first adhesive layer 21 (a = a2) of the second laminated middle piece 13B and the second adhesive layer 22 (b = b2) of the lower laminated piece 14 are aligned as overlapping surfaces. At this time, the thickness ratios are a1: b1 ≠ 1: 1, a3: b3 ≠ 1: 1, and a2: b2 ≠ 1: 1.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2 (F), by crimping at the crimping portions 51A and 51B, the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B and the laminated pieces shown in FIG. 2 (G) are laminated. The lower piece 14 is a laminated adhesive sheet 11 laminated in this order. That is, the total amount of the adhesives of the first laminated adhesive layer 31 (first adhesive layer 21 (a = a1), second adhesive layer 22 (b = b1)) between the laminated upper piece 12 and the first laminated middle piece 13A. The amount of coating and the amount of the third laminated adhesive layer 33 (first adhesive layer 21 (a = a3), second adhesive layer 22 (b = b3)) between the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B. The total amount of the adhesive applied and the second laminated adhesive layer 32 (second adhesive layer 22 (b = b2), first adhesive layer 21 (a = a2) between the second laminated middle piece 13B and the laminated lower piece 14). )) The total coating amount of the adhesives is made to be substantially the same (a1 + b1 ≈ a3 + b3 ≈ a2 + b2), and their adhesive strength (peeling strength) is made substantially the same.

By the way, in FIG. 2, the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B, and the laminated lower piece 14 have been described as a continuous state, but each of them may be configured in the same manner even in a single piece state. Can be done. Briefly, the first adhesive layer 21 that can be peeled off from one side surface (lower surface) of the laminated upper piece 12 and one side surface (lower surface) of each of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B. A second adhesive layer 22 that can be peeled off from the other surface (upper surface) of each of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B and one side surface (upper surface) of the laminated lower piece 14 is formed. The second adhesive layer 22 is laminated with respect to the first adhesive layer 21 on the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B, and the laminated lower piece 14 (in order). The first laminated adhesive layer 31, the third laminated adhesive layer 33, and the second laminated adhesive layer 32), the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B, and the laminated lower piece 14. It is pressed and detachably adhered by the first laminated adhesive layer 31, the third laminated adhesive layer 33, and the second laminated adhesive layer 32. These things can also be applied to FIGS. 3 and 4 below, except for the fourth laminated adhesive layer (34) and the fifth laminated adhesive layer (35), which will be described later.

In this way, the laminated middle piece 13 has a single three-layer structure or a four-layer structure of the laminated middle piece 13 (first laminated middle piece 13A, second laminated middle piece 13B) composed of a plurality of laminated pieces. With respect to the laminated adhesive sheet 11, even if the adhesive force (peeling force) of the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 is different, the second adhesive layer 22 is made to be an overlapping surface with respect to the first adhesive layer 21. The difference in adhesive strength is absorbed, and it is possible to produce a laminated adhesive sheet 11 that suppresses the occurrence of a difference in adhesive strength between a plurality of laminated pieces and facilitates quality control.

Subsequently, FIG. 3 shows that the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B, and the laminated lower piece 14 shown in FIG. No information is formed on the facing surfaces of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B at the time of bonding, and it is not necessary to peel off. However, here, the same adhesive layer that can be peeled off (for example, It is formed of the first adhesive layer 21) so that no other adhesive layer is used.

In FIG. 3A, one side surface (lower surface) of the laminated upper piece 12, one surface (lower surface) of each of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B can be peeled off by the first adhesive coating portion. The first adhesive layer 21 is collectively formed by applying the adhesive to a thickness a and drying it by the first drying portion. The peelable adhesive is the same as in FIG. 1 (B). Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3B, an adhesive that can be peeled off by the second adhesive coating portion is applied to the other surface (upper surface) of the second laminated middle piece 13B with a thickness b, and the second drying portion is used. The first adhesive layer 21 is formed by drying. After the formation of the first adhesive layer 21 in FIG. 3A, for example, the first adhesive layer 21 is dried to the extent that it is not sticky and wound once, and the first adhesive coating portion and the first adhesive coating portion are applied to the other surface (upper surface) of the second laminated middle piece 13B. The first adhesive layer 21 as shown in FIG. 3B may be formed in the first dry portion.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3C, an adhesive that can be peeled off by the third adhesive coating portion is applied to the other surface (upper surface) of the first laminated middle piece 13A and one side surface (upper surface) of the laminated lower piece 14. The second adhesive layer 22 is collectively formed by applying with a thickness b and drying by a third drying portion. The adhesive used is, for example, the same as the adhesive (member) forming the first adhesive layer 21.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3D, the cutting portion cuts the single piece along the one-sided cutting line 15 to form a single laminated upper piece 12, a first laminated middle piece 13A, a second laminated middle piece 13B, and a laminated lower piece 14. To do. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3 (E), the first adhesive layer 21 (a = a1) of the laminated upper piece 12 and the second adhesive layer 22 (b = b1) of the first laminated middle piece 13A at the alignment portion. Is aligned as the overlapping surface, and the first adhesive layer 21 (a = a3) on the lower surface of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the first adhesive layer 21 (b = b3) on the upper surface of the second laminated middle piece 13B. The first adhesive layer 21 (a = a2) on the lower surface of the second laminated middle piece 13B and the second adhesive layer 22 (b = b2) of the laminated lower piece 14 are overlapped with each other. Align as a mating surface. At this time, the thickness ratio is a1: b1 ≠ 1: 1 and a2: b2 ≠ 1: 1. In this case, the relationship between a3 and b3 is not particularly limited.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3 (F), by crimping at the crimping portions 51A and 51B, the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B and the laminated pieces shown in FIG. 3 (G) are laminated. Adhesion between the coating amount and the second laminated adhesive layer 32 (second adhesive layer 22 (b = b2), first adhesive layer 21 (a = a2)) between the second laminated middle piece 13B and the laminated lower piece 14. The total coating amount of the agents is made to be substantially the same (a1 + b1≈a2 + b2), and the adhesive force (peeling force) of these agents is made to be substantially the same. The fourth laminated adhesive layer 34 between the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B is not particularly targeted for peeling, but here, the first adhesive layer 21 (a = a3) and the second adhesive layer 22 ( The total coating amount of the adhesive of b = b3) is made to be substantially the same as that of the first laminated adhesive layer 31 or the second laminated adhesive layer 32.

Subsequently, FIG. 4 shows that the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B, and the laminated lower piece 14 shown in FIG. At the time of bonding, the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B do not need to be peeled off and are bonded so as not to be peeled off.

In FIG. 4A, an adhesive that can be peeled off by the first adhesive coating portion is applied to one side surface (lower surface) of the laminated upper piece 12 and one surface (lower surface) of the second laminated middle piece 13B with a thickness of a. The first adhesive layer 21 is collectively formed by drying with the first drying portion. The peelable adhesive is the same as in FIG. 1 (B). Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4B, a thickness of an adhesive that can be peeled off by the second adhesive coating portion is applied to the other surface (upper surface) of the second laminated middle piece 13B and one side surface (upper surface) of the laminated lower piece 14. The second adhesive layer 22 is formed by applying the adhesive layer b and drying it with the second drying portion. The adhesive used is, for example, the same as the adhesive (member) forming the first adhesive layer 21.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4C, an adhesive that can be peeled off by the third adhesive coating portion is applied to one surface (lower surface) of the first laminated middle piece 13A to a thickness a, and the third drying portion is formed. The third adhesive layer 23 is formed by drying the adhesive layer 23, and as shown in FIG. 4D, an adhesive that can be peeled off by the fourth adhesive coating portion is applied to the other surface (upper surface) of the second laminated middle piece 13B. The third adhesive layer 23 is formed by applying with a thickness b and drying by the fourth drying portion. As the adhesive used for forming the third adhesive layer 23, a strong adhesive that cannot be peeled off is used, but the adhesive used in the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 is thickened. Strong adhesion can also be achieved by applying and forming.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4 (E), the single piece is cut along the one-sided cutting line 15 by the cutting portion, and the single piece is laminated with the upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B, and the laminated lower piece 14. To do. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4 (F), the first adhesive layer 21 (a = a1) of the laminated upper piece 12 and the second adhesive layer 22 (b = b1) of the first laminated middle piece 13A at the alignment portion. As a stacking surface, the third adhesive layer 23 (a = a3) on the lower surface of the first laminated middle piece 13A and the third adhesive layer 23 (b = b3) on the upper surface of the second laminated middle piece 13B.

4 (G), by crimping at the crimping portions 51A and 51B, the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B and the laminated pieces shown in FIG. 4 (H) are laminated. Since the fifth laminated adhesive layer 35 (third adhesive layer 23) between the first laminated middle piece 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B is strongly adhered without peeling, the amount of the adhesive applied is appropriately set. ..

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the laminated upper piece 12, the first laminated middle piece 13A, the second laminated middle piece 13B, and the laminated lower piece 14 are separated from a continuous state into a single piece, and the laminated upper piece 12 and the first laminated piece are in progress. When the pieces 13A and the second laminated middle piece 13B and the laminated lower piece 14 are overlapped and adhered at least so as to be peelable, the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 are formed at different times. Even if the adhesive strengths of the adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 are different, the second adhesive layer 22 is made to be a superposed surface with respect to the first adhesive layer 21 to cause a difference in adhesive strength between a plurality of laminated pieces. It is possible to produce a laminated adhesive sheet that suppresses and facilitates quality control.

Next, FIG. 5 shows an explanatory diagram when the laminated adhesive sheet according to the present invention is applied to a reciprocating postcard, and FIGS. 6 and 7 show an explanatory diagram of the manufacturing process of the reciprocating postcard of FIG. FIGS. 5 to 7 show a case where the laminated adhesive sheet is applied to a reciprocating postcard, and each laminated piece is superposed on the postcard type so as to be peelable. The adhesive layer is the same as that described in FIG. 1 and the like. These things can be applied to the above-mentioned forms of FIGS. 2 to 4.

In FIGS. 5A and 5B, the reciprocating postcard 41 is composed of a outgoing postcard 42 and a reply postcard 43, and the outgoing postcard 42 corresponds to the laminated adhesive sheet 11 according to the present invention. The outgoing postcard 42 is composed of a laminated upper piece 12, a laminated middle piece 13, and a laminated lower piece 14, and a reply postcard 43 is continuously provided to the laminated middle piece 13 by a cutting line 43A. The laminated middle piece 13 and the reply postcard 43 are postcard-sized, and the laminated upper piece 12 and the laminated lower piece 14 are smaller than the laminated middle piece 13 in the width direction, and the upper surface of the difference region of the laminated middle piece 13 is ". It is formed so that the characters of "postcard round-trip postcard" can be visually recognized. The reply postcard 43 may be connected to another laminated piece (laminated upper piece 12 or laminated lower piece 14).

Predetermined information is formed on the lower surface, which is one surface of the laminated upper piece 12, the first adhesive layer 21 is formed, and the address information as a postcard is formed on the upper surface. Address information and the like for reply are formed on the lower surface of the reply postcard 43, and predetermined information is formed on the upper surface. Further, a second adhesive layer 22 is formed on the upper surface which is the other surface of the laminated lower piece 14, and an adhesive binding layer 45 using a strong adhesive adhesive (for example, hot melt) is formed at the end on the reply postcard 43 side. It is formed. A blindfold pattern is provided on the lower surface of the laminated lower piece 14 so that the information of the laminated middle piece 13 cannot be seen through.

Further, predetermined information is formed on the other surface (upper surface) of the laminated middle piece 13, and the second adhesive layer 22 is formed at a position corresponding to the first adhesive layer 21 of the laminated upper piece 12. Predetermined information is formed on one surface (lower surface) of the laminated middle piece 13, and the first adhesive layer 21 is formed at a position corresponding to the second adhesive layer 22 of the laminated lower piece 14, and the reply postcard 43. An adhesive binding layer 45 is formed on the side end portion with a strong adhesive adhesive (for example, hot melt). Then, the first adhesive layer 21 of the laminated upper piece 12 and the second adhesive layer 22 of the laminated middle piece 13 are used as overlapping surfaces, and the first adhesive layer 21 of the laminated middle piece 13 and the second adhesive layer 22 of the laminated lower piece 14 are used as overlapping surfaces. Is fixedly bonded by the adhesive binding layer 45, and can be peeled off by the first layered adhesive layer 31 and the second layered adhesive layer 32.

As shown in FIG. 5C, the reciprocating postcard 41 peels off the laminated upper piece 12 from the corner opposite to the reply postcard 43 in the outgoing postcard 42 when it arrives, and the opposite side to the reply postcard 43. The laminated lower piece 14 is peeled off from the corner of the postcard, and after the peeling, it becomes a booklet form. Then, the reply postcard 43 is separated from the cutting line 43A, and the predetermined information is entered and then posted.

The production of the reciprocating postcard 41 as described above is shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. Although not shown, the manufacturing apparatus is roughly defined as a first adhesive coating section, a first drying section, a second adhesive coating section, a second drying section, a transport direction cutting section, and a first binding adhesive coating section. A second binding adhesive application portion, a widthwise cutting portion, an alignment portion, and a crimping portion are provided at least. Here, as described above, it is assumed that the components of the peelable adhesive applied in the first adhesive coating portion and the second adhesive coating portion are the same, and the coating thickness is also set to be the same.

First, in FIG. 6A, the laminated upper piece 12, the laminated middle piece 13, the reply postcard 43, and the laminated lower piece 14 are continuously provided in the width direction via the transport direction cutting line 46, and these are further arranged in the width direction cutting line. Corresponding information as shown in the figure is provided on the front and back of the continuous sheet 40 which is continuously provided in the transport direction via 47 and has marginal portions 44 provided via the transport direction cutting line 46 on both sides in the transport direction. It will be printed. That is, it is a so-called post-glue type in which a peelable adhesive layer is formed after printing, and in the pre-glue type in which a peelable adhesive layer is formed before printing, the adhesive force changes due to printing (ink) on the adhesive layer. Therefore, there is an advantage that the adhesive strength can be easily grasped.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6B, the peelable adhesive is applied to predetermined positions on one surface (lower surface) of the laminated upper piece 12 and the laminated middle piece 13 by the first adhesive coating portion, and the first The first adhesive layer 21 is formed by drying with a dry portion. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6 (C), the peelable adhesive is applied to predetermined positions on the other surface (upper surface) of the laminated middle piece 13 and the laminated lower piece 14 by the second adhesive coating portion, and the second adhesive is applied. 2 The second adhesive layer 22 is formed by drying with a drying portion.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6 (D), the bonding direction cutting portion cuts along the transport direction cutting line 46 to form continuous laminated upper piece 12, laminated middle piece 13, and laminated lower piece 14, respectively. As shown in E), it is the upper surface of the laminated middle piece 13, and is bonded with a strong adhesive by the first binding adhesive coating portion adjacent to the second adhesive layer 22 on the cutting line 43A side with the reply postcard 43. The layer 45 is formed, and in a separate step, it is the upper surface of the laminated lower piece 14, and is bonded with a strong adhesive by the second binding adhesive application portion adjacent to the second adhesive layer 22 on the side of the laminated middle piece 13. Layer 45 is formed.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 7A, the laminated upper piece 12, the laminated middle piece 13, and the laminated lower piece 14 are being laminated with the first adhesive layer 21 of the laminated upper piece 12 at the positioning portion, respectively. The second adhesive layer 22 of the piece 13 (reply postcard 43) is aligned as an overlapping surface. Next, as shown in FIG. 7 (B), the reply postcard 43 is folded toward the laminated lower piece 14 side at the folded portion, and as shown in FIG. 7 (C), the reply postcard 43 is cut at the width direction cutting line 47 by the width direction cutting portion. Then, it is regarded as one unit of the laminated upper piece 12, the laminated middle piece 13, the laminated lower piece 14, and the folded reply postcard 43, respectively. Then, as shown in FIG. 7 (D), the reply postcard 43 shown in FIG. 5 (A) is made into a bent reciprocating postcard 41 by crimping at the crimping portions 51A and 51B.

Regarding the folding step of the reply postcard 43, it may be performed after cutting by the width direction cutting portion, or after crimping by the crimping portion. Further, regarding the folding direction of the reply postcard 43, when the address is formed on the laminated lower piece 14, it may be bent toward the laminated upper piece 12, but due to the positional relationship with the conveying roller to be conveyed to the next process. It is sufficient to set so that the reply postcard 43 is not positioned on the transfer roller side.

As described above, even if the method for manufacturing the laminated adhesive sheet 11 according to the present invention is applied to the reciprocating postcard 41, the adhesive force (peeling force) of the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22 is similarly different. By making the second adhesive layer 22 a superposed surface with respect to the first adhesive layer 21, the difference in adhesive strength is absorbed, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a difference in adhesive strength between a plurality of laminated pieces. It is possible to produce a reciprocating postcard that facilitates quality control.
