Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るダンパプーリの全体構成を示す断面図および平面図である。図2は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るダンパプーリとオイルシールとを用いた密封構造の概略構成を示すための軸線に沿う断面における部分断面図である。図3は、第1の実施の形態に係るダンパプーリに取り付けられるフィン構造体の概略構造を示す斜視図および断面図である。本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るトーショナルダンパとオイルシールとを用いた密封構造は、例えば、自動車のエンジンに適用されている。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。本発明の第2の実施の形態においては、第1の実施の形態に係る密封構造1と基本的な構成は共通し、第1の実施の形態におけるフィン構造体60に代えて第2の実施の形態におけるフィン構造体80を用いている点だけが異なるため、当該フィン構造体80についてのみ説明する。
続いて、本発明の第3の実施の形態について説明する。本発明の第3の実施の形態においては、第1の実施の形態に係る密封構造1と基本的な構成は共通し、第1の実施の形態におけるフィン構造体60に代えて第3の実施の形態におけるフィン構造体100を用いている点だけが異なるため、当該フィン構造体100についてのみ説明する。
続いて、本発明の第4の実施の形態について説明する。本発明の第4の実施の形態においても、第1の実施の形態に係る密封構造1と基本的な構成は共通し、第2の実施の形態におけるフィン構造体80に代えて第4の実施の形態におけるフィン構造体120を用いている点だけが異なるため、当該フィン構造体120についてのみ説明する。
図2に示したように、密封構造1では、フィン構造体60の外周側(矢印c方向)であって当該フィン構造体60と対向する任意の位置に風速計70を備え、この風速計70によりフィン構造体60により生じる空気の気流Vの流速を計測する。風速計70としては、超音波式風速計や熱線式風速計等を用いることができる。
以上、本発明の第1乃至第4の実施の形態について説明したが、本発明は第1乃至第4の実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の概念および請求の範囲に含まれるあらゆる態様を含む。また、上述した課題および効果の少なくとも一部を奏するように、各構成を適宜選択的に組み合わせてもよい。例えば、第1乃至第4の実施の形態における、各構成要素の形状、材料、配置、サイズ等は、本発明の具体的使用態様によって適宜変更され得る。
Claims (4)
- 密封装置が取り付けられる被取付対象と、前記被取付対象の貫通穴を貫通する軸線の周りに回転可能な軸部材の外周側に拡がるように延びて当該軸部材と一体に形成された円盤状部材との間の隙間に配置され、前記軸部材と一体に回転可能に取り付けられた本体部と、
前記本体部の外周面に対して軸線とは垂直な遠心方向でかつ前記軸線と少なくとも一部が平行に形成されて気流発生用に設けられた複数の羽根部と
を備え、
前記羽根部は、前記円盤状部材に設けられた貫通孔の窓部と対向する位置にまで到達する長さを有している気流発生構造体。 - 前記羽根部は、前記円盤状部材の外周側の端部にまで到達する長さを有している
請求項1に記載の気流発生構造体。 - 前記気流発生構造体は、前記被取付対象と対向する密封側面に設けられた環状の凹部と
を備え、
前記凹部に対して前記密封装置のサイドリップが延びて、前記凹部を形成している前記気流発生構造体の外周面との間に環状の間隙が形成される
請求項1または2に記載の気流発生構造体。 - 密封装置と、
前記密封装置が取り付けられる被取付対象と、
前記被取付対象の貫通穴を貫通する軸線の周りに回転可能な軸部材と、
前記軸部材の外周側に拡がるように延びて当該軸部材と一体に形成された円盤状部材と、
前記被取付対象と前記円盤状部材との間の隙間において、前記軸部材と一体に回転可能に取り付けられた本体部と、前記本体部の外周面に対して前記軸線とは垂直な遠心方向でかつ前記軸線と少なくとも一部が平行に形成されて気流発生用に設けられた複数の羽根部とを備え、前記軸部材が回転した際に前記軸線とは垂直な遠心方向へ気流を生じさせる気流発生構造体と
を備え、前記羽根部は、前記円盤状部材に設けられた貫通孔の窓部と対向する位置にまで到達する長さを有している密封構造。
