アミン誘導体と、
乳化剤と、
金属イオン封鎖剤と、を含み、
前記適用サイクルが、前記潤滑剤組成物を分配する第1の期間と、前記潤滑剤組成物を分配しない第2の期間と、を含む、方法。

Claims (14)
- コンベアに沿った容器の通過を潤滑させる方法であって、前記方法が、
適用サイクルにおいて、前記容器又は前記コンベアの少なくとも一部に潤滑剤組成物を適用することと、
前記適用サイクルを繰り返すことと、を含み、
前記潤滑剤組成物が、
エチレン系又はプロピレン系のワックスエマルションを含む、合成ワックスエマルションと、
式R−NH−(CH 2 ) 3 −NH 2 の脂肪族アミンであって、RはC6〜C20の直鎖又は分岐鎖のアルキル/アルケニルである、脂肪族アミン、又は、式R 1 −O−R 2 −NH−(CH 2 ) 3 −NH 2 のエーテルアミンであって、R 1 はC6〜C18の直鎖又は分岐鎖アルキル又はアルケニルであり、R 2 は直鎖又は分岐鎖のC1〜C8アルキルである、エーテルアミンを含む、アミン誘導体と、
乳化剤と、
金属イオン封鎖剤と、を含み、
前記適用サイクルが、前記潤滑剤組成物を分配する第1の期間と、前記潤滑剤組成物を分配しない第2の期間と、を含み、
前記第1の期間が約1〜約60秒であり、前記第2の期間が約10〜約3600秒である、方法。 - 前記潤滑剤組成物が、非通電ノズルによって適用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の期間が、前記第2の期間よりも短い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の期間が、第1の長さを有し、前記第2の期間が、第2の長さを有し、前記第1の長さと前記第2の長さとの比率が、1:1〜1:100である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ワックスエマルションが、ポリエチレンワックスエマルションである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アミン誘導体が、オレイルジアミノアルカンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アミン誘導体が、アルキルC12〜C14オキシプロピルジアミンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乳化剤が、アニオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乳化剤が、約0.1〜約10%で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属イオン封鎖剤が、ホスフェートを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属イオン封鎖剤が、約0.01〜約1%で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑剤組成物が、
約5〜約90%の前記合成ワックスエマルションと、
約0.5〜約20%の前記アミン誘導体と、を含む、濃縮物であり、
前記方法が、前記潤滑剤組成物を水で希釈することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記合成ワックスエマルション及び前記アミン誘導体が、アミン誘導体1部につき約2〜約20部の合成ワックスエマルションの比率で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、複数の適用サイクルを通して約0.08〜約0.2の摩擦係数を維持することが可能である、請求項1に記載の方法。
