Description
Claims (13)
- 外部電源モジュールからの外部電源信号に応じてバッテリー管理システムをウェイクアップさせるBMSウェイクアップ装置であって、
前記外部電源信号とは異なる経路でソース電源の供給を受け、前記外部電源信号の大きさに応じてパルス信号を生成するパルス生成モジュールと、
前記パルス生成モジュールに前記ソース電源を供給し、前記パルス信号に応じて前記バッテリー管理システムを駆動する作動電源を出力する電源出力モジュールと、
を備え、
前記パルス生成モジュールは、前記外部電源信号に応じて前記ソース電源が供給される経路を開閉するスイッチング部を有し、
前記スイッチング部は、FETを含み、
前記FETのゲート端子にしきい値電圧以上の前記外部電源信号が印加された場合に、前記FETのドレイン端子からソース端子にソース電流を流し、
しきい値電圧未満の前記外部電源信号が印加された場合に、前記ソース電流を流さず、
前記スイッチング部にソース電流が流れることに応じて前記パルス信号を生成する、
BMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記電源出力モジュールは、前記外部電源モジュールと異なるバッテリーモジュールから電源の供給を受け、前記バッテリーモジュールからの供給電圧を変換して前記ソース電源及び前記作動電源をそれぞれ生成するコンバーターを備える、
請求項1に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールの電圧に基づいて外部スイッチを制御するシステム制御モジュールを備える、
請求項2に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールの電圧を測定し、測定された情報を前記システム制御モジュールに伝達する第1電圧測定部と、
前記外部電源信号の電圧を測定し、測定された情報を前記システム制御モジュールに伝達する第2電圧測定部と、
を備え、
前記システム制御モジュールは、前記第1電圧測定部の情報および前記第2電圧測定部の情報に基づいて、前記外部スイッチを制御する、
請求項3に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記パルス生成モジュールは、前記ゲート端子に伝達される前記外部電源信号の印加時間を調節するスイッチング制御部をさらに備える、
請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記スイッチング制御部は、
前記外部電源信号によって充電されるキャパシタを備え、
前記外部電源信号が印加されてから所定時間が経過した場合に、前記キャパシタの充電によって前記スイッチング部の前記ゲート端子に伝達される前記外部電源信号の印加時間を減らす、
請求項5に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記スイッチング制御部は、
前記キャパシタと前記ゲート端子との間に位置する第4接点と、接地との間に位置する抵抗を備える、
請求項6に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記スイッチング制御部は、前記ソース電流が前記スイッチング部を流れる時間を前記キャパシタの容量および前記抵抗の抵抗値に応じて調節する、
請求項7に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記パルス生成モジュールは、
前記外部電源モジュールと前記スイッチング制御部との間に位置する第1接点と、接地との間に位置し、
前記第1接点と連結された前記外部電源モジュール以外の外部装置を放電させる放電抵抗を含む放電部をさらに備える、
請求項7または8に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記パルス生成モジュールは、
前記第1接点と前記スイッチング制御部との間に位置し、
前記放電抵抗の抵抗値未満の保護抵抗を含み、
前記スイッチング制御部及び前記スイッチング部に過電流が供給されないようにする過電流保護部をさらに備える、
請求項9に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 前記パルス生成モジュールは、
前記スイッチング制御部と前記スイッチング部との間に位置する第2接点と、接地との間に位置し、
前記第2接点とカソード端子が接続されるツェナーダイオードを含み、
前記スイッチング部に過電圧が供給されないようにする過電圧保護部をさらに備える、
請求項7から10のうちいずれか一項に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置。 - 請求項1から11のうちいずれか一項に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置を含むBMS。
- 請求項1から11のうちいずれか一項に記載のBMSウェイクアップ装置を含むバッテリーパック。
